The beds were comfy. Backyard has a lovely view. Close to the main Street of Tanunda.

There was a coffee machine, but no coffee/tea provision. There are 2 bathrooms, however the second is outside in the granny flat. This made it a little difficult with 4 guests. The blankets in the hallway cupboard had stains on them.

Th Location was great and the house was pretty big

The property was advertised with 2 bathrooms and there was only one bathroom. The property was a little dirty and run down. The built in cupboards in the main bedroom had broken sliding doors which would not slide open / closed. The mirror lights in the bathroom did not work. There was a coffee machine but no Tea or coffee or Sugar. There were no cleaning products to wipe down the benches, like spray and wipe. The property is close to a school so noise from school kids on Weekdays.

Good location, clean comfy beds. The pool looked nice and would be lovely in summer.

It said the property had 2 bathrooms, 1 was in the laundry and the other in a converted shed. The sofas were grubby and the light switch in the lounge/dining room is on the ceiling. The back gate was partially hanging and the back sliding door and wardrobe doors were coming off their hinges, this has been mentioned in previous reviews. The fridge and kitchen cupboards needed wiping. There was lots of pots and pans and crockery but no serving bowls or boards. not very equipped for a group weekend getaway.

Comfortable and well appointed and good location.

There were several chipped plates and the outside windows of bedroom 2 needed cleaning. The foliage outside of this window needed cutting back. The shower screen over the bath creates a water catchment and consequently during a shower it runs along, down the side and all over the floor. We first thought there was a leak! it required putting a towel on the floor outside the bath otherwise water runs into the hallway?

Very comfortable beds, great outdoor entertainment area and excellent kitchen facilities. Easy proximity to centre of town

Waking to a leaf blower early every morning (from nearby school we assumed) , barking dog next door early every morning

Location. Being shown personally how to work the technology out. Super clean and huge fridge. Lots of space. Beautiful vista to the back garden. Excellent walk down to the river and short walk to shops. Excellent ducted aircon and insulation meant the house was still warm even after being off all day

2 minor items let the place down from excellent - no plug 4 bathroom sink + difficult switch access to dining light (on the ceiling!) A covered area in the back would be nice so you can be outside despite the wet.

Excellent location; walking distance to shops and restaurants; kitchen is modern; beds very comfortable; efficient ducted heating;

Overpriced; main bathroom tired looking, only one toilet for multiple guests, and opens onto living room; back door and wardrobe doors off tracks, previously mentioned in reviews but still not fixed; dining room small and dimly lit, bizarrely, dining room light switch on ceiling; bedside lamps useless; only narrow clothes racks in two of the bedrooms and, weirdly, coat hangers supplied were for 2 year-old's clothes.

Bathroom needs some work, the shower glass , wardrobes in one room needs attention
