My brother & sister-in-law, my husband & I. We needed 2 bedrooms with king size beds on the first floor. Both men over 6’. Floor plan was ideal and we Loved the location. We have vacationed & golfed every year for approx 25+ years. Only concern; we notified that the smoke detectors did not have batteries. None of us had the ability to reach and replace batteries. Maintenance did not respond.

Pictures were not accurate. Need to be updated. Bathrooms were small and no shelves to put anything on. Closets didn't appear to be finished. Also, could not see the beach. I was expecting rocking chairs on the porch. I wouldn't be interested in staying here again unless it was updated. Also, had a few bugs.

We stayed in this home with our 6 children (ages 2-13) and our elderly mother - 9 of us total. The home was exactly what we expected, based on description and photos. There was ample parking, even for our large 12 passenger van. The bedrooms were large with plenty of room. Some of the beds were very comfortable, a couple were hard. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The bathrooms are very tiny and 3 of them need some TLC, but we didn’t mind - we didn’t spent much time in the bathrooms anyway. Our elderly mother struggled with the short toilets a bit - the bathrooms either need taller toilets or a grab/pull bar installed. The closets in two of the bedrooms are very large - large enough for baby/toddler to have their own “room” with their pack’n’play! The kitchen was well stocked with everything you’d need to make meals - even a crock pot, blender, etc. The refrigerator isn’t in the best of shape - It’s missing a shelf and drawer - but it keeps the food cold. There is a nice sized pantry with lots of shelves for your stuff. It would be VERY helpful if there was a door on the pantry to keep toddlers out. Dining table and living room couch were a good size and comfortable. The glass table in the living room was very unstable/wobbly and we were afraid it would collapse on us - that needs to be fixed or replaced for safety. The lock on the sliding glass door didn’t work, but used the provided PVC pipe. The washer and dryer work great, just wish they were upstairs.

The beach house was in a great location, it was quiet and relaxing. The inside bathrooms coukd be updated a bit. There is no view of the beach do to sand dunes. The pool was the highlight of the house.

We have stayed here several years, and it is by far our favorite place on the beach! It is relaxing, out of the hub of Myrtle beach chaos, and the view is unmatched. The way the house sits low behind the dunes, it looks like you’re floating in the ocean. The kitchen is large, and we love the open floor plan. We sit on the deck in the shade watching the waves while our children play in the pool. No need to pack up to go to the beach. We just walk right out when we feel like being there. This year was the first time we experienced some “issues” with the place upon arrival regarding necessary working appliances and cleanliness. However, we contacted the management team, and they immediately set things into motion to correct the situation. Also noteworthy: we arrived the day after a hurricane passed through, so many things were in disarray beachside. The pool was cleaned promptly, appliances replaced and we experienced outstanding communication and efficiency from the management team. I cannot praise their professionalism and dedication to “making things right” for our stay enough. The place is heaven. The management is wonderful. Best place on the beach!

Second time staying here and it was just as amazing this year as last! We had two times we called maintenance and they were very quick to respond and make sure we were completely satisfied with their response to our concerns. We definitely plan to stay here again! The house is perfect for relaxing and enjoying family and friends. The rooms are a nice size and the porch is pure heaven. The pool is perfect and the access to the beach is great! Truly cannot say enough about how much we love this house.

We had a great week here. Everything you needed was right where we were. The heated pool was perfect since the Carolina weather had the ocean icy some days. The space was perfect for a family/friend get away. Space for everyone to branch out & come together. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful beach and very convenient to local attractions!

Each of the four bedrooms having their own bathroom was great. Thankful to have the bed sheets and bath towels supplied unlike some other tentals. Spacious for the 8 of us. Enjoyed the deck, especially to watch the sun and moon rise. Temps a bit too chilly to have enjoyed the pool but would have loved it in warmer weather. Easy walk over the dunes to the beach except for a few pesky sandspurs. Easily room for four cars. The second refrigerator on the ground level was helpful for drinks and snacks. Would happily stay there again.

The property was clean and exactly as described in the listing. Although it was below freezing outside the entire time we were there, the house was warm and cozy. The beach was beautiful and there was a lot to do even in winter. We would highly recommend!

My husband and I booked this rental to celebrate our 1 year wedding anniversary. This was probably one of the most relaxing vacations we've ever taken. You just can't beat having the ocean literally at your backdoor! The property was still in great shape despite the recent hurricane activity in the area. The home could use a good deep clean in my opinion, but it wasn't dirty by any means..just a bit dusty and sandy here and there. Nothing major. I do agree with some of the other reviews in that it would be nice to have some sort of keyless entry option instead of having to swing by the iTrip office to pick up the keys. That said, this location is hard to beat! It's steps from the ocean, close to shops and restaurants, and while we were there the beach was extremely quiet and peaceful! The highlights of the property are definitely the large back deck and private pool! This is where we spent most of our time. Overall, we really enjoyed the place and would definitely consider returning in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property. There was ample room for our party of 8. Each bedroom having its own private bathroom was great! Property is exactly as advertised. We enjoyed the pool and close proximity to the pier although it was damaged during the recent hurricane. We'll definitely stay in this property again if available when we return.

Eight retired friends enjoying the off season. Perfect beach house for us - great location and comfortable beds. We loved the shaded part of the pool area. The only drawback was you had to drive into NMB to pick up and drop off the keys. Most VRBO rentals offer keyless entry. The beach was close and the pool was clean and nice. We had one issue with the wireless, but someone came to fix the issue within a few hours. Enjoyed the week!

Where do I start. I booked with VRBO, then the agreement switched to itrip, and yes both charged me a fee. The house was in desperate need of some repairs. Kitchen drawer panel feel off, fridge was missing door trays, shower door could only open on one side as the other side was hardly hanging on. I don’t think the cabinets surface has ever been cleaned. Outdoor grill should be taken away as it was beyond nasty. The photo of the house on VRBO shows a unobstructed view of the beach. In reality, there’s a jungle between the house and beach with no view of the beach from the pool. The house cannot be seen from the beach. The fence around the pool is covered in some kind of vine with prickly stickers. Be careful by the fence. Beds were already made when we got there, including sand.

This oceanfront house was perfect for our 3 children & spouses, our three young grandchildren and my husband and me. I loved that each of the bedrooms had its own bathroom and that the beach was just steps away from the beautiful private pool. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend precious beach time with our family.

This is our second time staying here, and it’s perfect. We’ve come to the beach every year of my almost 50 years living, and this is by far my favorite place to stay. The beds are comfortable. The house is cozy. My kids (and we) love the pool. If you glance around, it’s the cleanest pool in eyesight. You can sit on the beach without leaving your room or porch. Because the house is one story, you can see the ocean without seeing all the people. It’s like you’re the only one on the beach. Kitchen is well stocked. TVs for everyone so no fighting on the show. There’s no place we’d rather be. We were concerned about the back door lock, they sent someone right out, and he was helpful and friendly. . Correspondence was always quick and helpful. The only suggestions to improve would be: 1. Shower heads that detach into handheld 2. More places to hang towels in bathrooms But these are only suggestions. We will absolutely be back. Thank you.

This is a very good rental. Value and communication are great! The pool and access to the beach were the best!! Comfortable mattresses and good linens. We would stay here again.

This place was all we hoped it would be! The location is wonderful, the view is amazing! There is so much room for everything! The kitchen pantry is amazing. The pool was great! It was cleaned twice during our stay. I can’t wait to book it again!!

We rented for a laid back girls’ weekend and found the place to be clean & maintenance was responsive. It’s a little far from restaurants & amenities walking wise, so consider renting a golf cart or car rather than depending on Uber. It could use some updating, nut everything was functional & clean.

We did ask for a refund after the second day of no one coming to fix it and they did refund the fee. We would have preferred the heated pool.

1st, easy check in and out procedures. 2nd, fully furnished with EVERYTHING you need for your stay...and then some! 3rd, home away from home feeling. Very spacious and accommodating for my family of 8. Last but definitely not least...incredible price for our stay even for off peak time. Until next time...YOUR BEACH HOME ROCKS!!!
