We held a Family get-together (my husband and I, our 4 kids and their spouses and children.) We enjoyed the property and the location. I especially liked the downstairs where the kids could go play pool and watch movies while the adults were fixing food, etc. The views were beautiful and we got some great family photos with the views and the wildflowers.

We had a large group and this house provided plenty of space and activities for everyone. It is located close enough to town but far enough away to feel the mountain experience The property manager was very responsive to any questions

The house was absolutely fabulous. There were six families, including my wife and I and all of our children and their children. There was a bed for everyone. The game room was fabulous. The kitchen was good size and perfect for our family. The hot tub was a big hit in the trails around the house were perfect for daily hikes. The town of Breckenridge is awesome and the surrounding area activities were a big hit with the whole family.

The accommodations at Estate at Baldy Ridge is phenomenon .From the back deck that faces the peaks of the mountains of Breckenridge , to the privacy that this corner lot affords you is stunning. With 10 kids of all ages this fantastic lower level was a gathering place each and every night . it has something for all of us . pool table, shuffle board table,foosball table, video game machine.And a movie theater, which was used almost every night . Estate at Baldy Ridge is one of a kind . We will be back. By the way as always the supporting staff was as good as you would expect from the River Ridge Rentals Staff. Thats why we always deal with them.

Hi, I wanted to let you know that majority of our guests got a stomach virus while staying at the house. The home was not clean prior to our arrival, the heater did not work downstairs our entire stay. It was 0 degrees outside. Overall, it was a very bad experience. The sofa was filthy. We even found nail clippings in the sofa cushion seat and dust and hair in all the corners even after cleaning crew came back. It did not feel like a luxury experience. Instead we bought sanitizing wipes and we're cleaning the surfaces because we did not feel like anything was sanitary. There should also be a note that during snow it is not a short walk to the shuttle. You need a car to get an around. Uber is not always available. The sheets had hair and one bed had dirt in it. Very hard to believe for the price we paid.

Estate at Baldy Ridge is the ideal house for large groups that need multiple sleeping arrangements. The owners have done an excellent job of providing a first class experience. And you're only 10 minutes away from peak 9 (with snowy roads. We would definitely rent this property again and without a doubt we will use RRR.

This property is perfect for large gatherings. Lots of perks to keep everyone entertained - the shuffleboard game table and pinball arcade game was great! The deck is huge, kitchen is beautiful, and property is clean. Easy check in and check out. We will definitely come back again.

We had our meeting at the house in the theater space which worked perfect. We greatly enjoyed the games in the basement and the large hot tub was amazing for our group. We had 7 guys in our golf trip through Breck and couldn't have had a better experience. The home was beautiful and located in a quiet neighborhood with amazing views. I would highly recommend staying at Baldy Mountain!

The TV area etc was great for the kids movies. The bedrooms are well placed and gave everyone privacy. We did have issues. The counter depth refridge had broken drawers that you could not pull out, if you did the door would not close. The pullout trash can was broken, the plastic cans were broken and the cabinet front was loose from the pull out hardware. One bedroom had a door that got stuck and it took several pulls to get out of the bedroom. The kitchen faucet was very loose and hard to operate. The biggest issue was the floors they were very dirty. We sent pictures to the rental company and they sent someone to clean them. Due to covid we were out of the house 3 hours with 5 little ones. When we got back in, the floors were just as dirty. Then we got a back leak in the garage, sent pics to the rental company. The next day a contractor showed up and beat all the snow off the roof for several hours so no naps for the little ones. All these issues should not really been present in a property this expensive. They were annoying. This property just feels tired and not maintained.

House accommodations were wonderful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Even with the pandemic!

We enjoyed the spaciousness of the house for our 3 night family gathering. It was nice that it easily accommodated 20 of us, 5 being young children, without being crammed together.

This was a very spacious and beautiful home! The inside is gorgeous but so is the property around it. Hiking trails nearby and short drive into Breckenridge for other activities. We loved staying here. Guest services were wonderful. Thanks!

There is no doubt that the size of the house is amazing. We had 15 people here and even when we were all in one area we never felt cramped or crowded. Also, River Ridge Rentals was very good at responding to the issues that arouse during our stay. With that said, this house is not in the condition we expected. We had issues with so many appliances that didn’t work, and the furniture is old and worn. Just my opinion, this house is for sale and the owner is not putting the money needed in to fix things.

It was nice he perfect place for our family. Lots of room for kids to have fun.
