We go with a group of friends for NYE each year and this is the best house we've stayed in! Definitely will look to rent again for summer and NYE!

The property was better than the pictures.
love the pool
a little far from beach as we had 3 little ones
weeks was nice but may need to do it in August rather than September in the future
one negative is that the oven did not always come up to temperature unless you shut it off several times and re-started it.

We rented the house for a girls weekend and it was perfect. The dining room table is amazing and was more than big enough for our large group. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for cooking. The beds are very comfortable. There was plenty of hot water for everyone showering in the morning and at the same time. The owner met us to go over everything in the house and she was very nice and personable. Loved the location as it is easy walking distance to restaurants. Everyone in the group really loved the house and if we do it again next year we will rent again for sure!

Fabulous House!
We rented the house for a girls weekend and it was perfect. The dining room table is amazing and was more than big enough for our large group. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for cooking. The beds are very comfortable. There was plenty of hot water for everyone showering in the morning and at the same time. The owner met us to go over everything in the house and she was very nice and personable. Loved the location as it is easy walking distance to restaurants. Everyone in the group really loved the house and if we do it again next year we will rent again for sure!

We recently spent the week when our son was married in Nov. This home is absolutely beautiful and provided lots of space for the two of us, our 3 children and 6 grandchildren to gather. Having lots of bathrooms was important as all of us had to dress for the wedding at the same time and we especially liked the bunk rooms that were off of the king bedrooms for the younger children. The close location to Rehoboth Ave. was also nice since we were able to walk to all restaurants. Judy was very easy to work with and made check in a breeze! We were just sorry it was too late in the year to use the lovely pool and hot tub area! This is a great property for a large group!

Just Perfect!
We recently spent the week when our son was married in Nov. This home is absolutely beautiful and provided lots of space for the two of us, our 3 children and 6 grandchildren to gather. This house was beautiful!!! The place was super clean, modern, very spacious and just all around beautiful! Our group of 8 had a fantastic time in Rehoboth. The layout of the house is great. It's got an open concept 1st floor, so the cooks are always part of the action. The house's location is convenient to everything. It's quiet because it's just off main street, but it's within walking distance to the shops and restaurants. The kitchen was equipped with high end appliances and the pool and electronics were in good working order. We would highly recommend a stay at this house.

This house was beautiful!!! The place was super clean, modern, very spacious and just all around beautiful! Our group of 8 had a fantastic time in Rehoboth. The layout of the house is great. It's got an open concept 1st floor, so the cooks are always part of the action. The house's location is convenient to everything. It's quiet because it's just off main street, but it's within walking distance to the shops and restaurants. The kitchen was equipped with high end appliances and the pool and electronics were in good working order. We would highly recommend a stay at this house.
