This cabin was exactly what our family needed! We came to ski at Winter Park and we wanted a quiet, cozy place to stay afterwards. This cabin was perfection - comfortable, cozy, clean, and fully stocked with all sorts of conveniences. We all slept comfortably on the super-soft sheets, and we awoke to the beautiful view of the mountains from the kitchen. The owner was exceptionally thoughtful, kind, and helpful. We’re already looking forward to returning!

The location was ideal for getting the kids to Granby Ranch. The house was small but all you could want or need was right there. The house was nicely decorated with great beds and comfy living room furniture. The kids, two boys, loved their sleeping arrangement - single bed and a trundle. The views from the kitchen windows were gorgeous. We would love to go back in the summer for fishing and hiking.

We loved our stay in this wonderful cabin. The place was just what we needed regarding room and location. The owner was wonderful to communicate with and easy to get a hold of. We really enjoyed our stay and will for sure return to this lovely place.

Super cute and cozy cabin nestled next to the river. Tetherball, horseshoes and lots of places to sit next to the water. We really enjoyed sitting on the patio stargazing!

This cabin was perfect! It was very clean and had everything we needed and more! Our plan was to go hiking at Rocky Mountain National Park and this is a great location. I loved listening to the river at night as a fell asleep! I would highly recommend this cabin!

We had a wonderful stay! The owner was very nice, calling and texting as needed before and during our stay. The cabin was wonderfully furnished with anything we could need. We cooked several meals, relaxed in the living room, used the onsite hot tub, and loved the beautiful view of the river and nearby mountains each day. The cabin was close enough to walk into town, but far enough off the main highway to not hear any noise (outside of the lovely river off the deck). The cabin was within a very reasonable distance to Rocky Mountain National Park, and other nearby towns, to shop, go rafting and more. Oh, and the mattress in the master suite was SO comfortable! Overall, we highly recommend this place and would happily come back again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It was decorated so well and the host thought of all the little details that we would need such as bathroom supplies and single serve condiments packets. The view out the window and on the porch was so beautiful and serene. Our host was great at checking in with us to see if all was well and if he could help us in any way.

We loved our stay at the cabin. Location was perfectly tucked between Winter Park and Grand Lake. The cabin is petite - would not have more than 4 adults, if you plan to stay inside for long periods of time. That said, it was perfect for our two families each with one child. The morning views of the creek, the playground on-site and the well-kept grounds were a delight to walk around. Very pleased with the property and owner communication was perfect. We will come back!

This property was very clean, offered a ton of on-site amenities and was nestled between Grand Lake and Winter Park. Access to beautiful hiking and water. Loved the little river behind the cabin, the on-site pond, playground and tether ball. Pool was not open (bummer), but we didn't miss it. The cabin has a fully stocked kitchen (open all the cabinets) and two patios. Great to have 3 full bathrooms. Worked perfectly for two families of 3. Very pleased.

Staying on the river was beautiful, quiet, and peaceful, but do bring bug spray in the summer, the mosquitoes were bad. The cabin was furnished with everything that you need! The owners have thought of everything. The only downside was that the cabin does look bigger in the pictures compared to what it was. For 4 adults and 2 teens, it was tight. Sitting in the family room altogether to enjoy tv at night wasn’t possible. That would be my only complaint.

From the great and timely communication from the owner, to the well appointed cabin, this was the perfect vacation for me and my spouse. While the Fraser river was flowing at a level that made fishing more challenging, the sound of the water and the views of the snow-covered made the trip very memorable. I would recommend this unit at Edgewater without reservation.

We have a family of 5-3 kids ages 12 through 17. This was the perfect space for our large family. The owner was very helpful and accommodating from before the stay and throughout. It was very comfortable. The views were spectacular. I do not think there is anything negative to say about our stay here. We will definitely stay again!

Perfect getaway for a weekend. Lovely, clean house. Super short drive to Granby ranch as well as restaurants in Granby. Had a great time and a great stay.

The positives about this property begin with the property manager and his communication, which was excellent. He responded quickly to email questions we had, made us feel welcome, and went above and beyond. Specifically, due to a medical condition I have he arranged for us to be able to arrive early, and he provided an outdoor extension cord for us to use on our plug-in/hybrid car, since we'd forgotten our own. Seriously good customer service! We loved the view from the dining area, and my wife opened up the sliding doors in the upstairs bedroom so she could hear the rushing waters all night. The unit was super clean upon arrival, and fully furnished as advertised. The main floor bathroom shower is really tight, and the kitchen, dining room, and living room is comfortable for 2-3 folks, but would be cramped with more people than that. For us, it was perfect -- close to Grand Lake, Shadow Mountain Lake and plentiful hiking. Just a gem of a spot and good value!

Stayed 5 nights and loved the central location to Grand Lake and Winter Park. Great to be in a place that was clean and well stocked for a week away from home. Owner was very responsive.

The property was unbelievably clean. We watched a bear in a tree right across the river from our balcony. Owners kept constant line of text and phone communication as we navigated the decision to go at all due to fires. Boy, are we glad we went. No fire issues at all, including air quality. We will be back.

the house was great, we loved sleeping with the windows open and hearing the creek. there are a lot of amenities on the grounds and it was very acceptable to Rockey mountain national park!! plus, the owner was just great, very helpful and accommodating.

This property was very clean & nicely situated on the river. We didn't realize that all of the fishing in river and all on site ponds (including kids fishing pond) was fly fishing so our daughters weren't able to use their fishing poles. My husband enjoyed fly fishing though.

We very much enjoyed the cabin. It is in a quiet neighborhood with unobstructed views of a river and mountains to the south and west. The unit is furnished very well. We grilled on the patio and spent most of our time enjoying the view. Very good value.
