Two-week getaway with my sister. Access to beach wonderful. Pool amazing, well cared for. Overall a great stay:)

Comfortable condo with perfect views. You can't beat beach front. Bathrooms are all new and unit is very clean. Kitchen is very well-equipped. Great stay! Will be back. Worth noting the building does not have elevators. This isnt an issue for me however it was for my 85 yr old mother. My fault for not checking that but just wanted to note for others.

The condo was perfect for a relaxing stay with my sister. The condo was super clean, beds very comfortable and the view was breathtaking. Just bring quarters if you want to do laundry! Highly recommend!

Great location on the beach. Everything was easy and I was able to walk most places, which was a bonus. Weather was great- everyday was a beach day and the beach is literally downstairs. I had a restful few days and was sad to leave.

The condo was what we needed for the week.We were using it for a workcation and my teenagers enjoyed the beach and pool. Great views of the beach and so convenient to the Carolina Boardwalk. The place was very clean and Bill was so responsive to all requests. We had an issue with AC but Bill took care of it as quick as he could. Highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to book it again.

The property was clean, easy beach access, without stairs so easy fo rthe beach cart rolled easily there making our access simple! A fabulous place to rest and rejuvenate Great fireworks displays were fantastic! .

The condo was perfect for our party of four. There is a pull out couch in the living room if necessary. The bed in the master was comfortable. The shower was fabulous but the bathroom itself was small with little to no counter space. There is a cabinet to store your toiletries. The three high chairs out on the deck are wonderful to read our books or just watch the ocean. A little table out there would be helpful as we prefer to eat our breakfast on the balcony. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. There are some beach chairs and an umbrella but none of it is in really good shape so might need to be replaced soon. We brought our own beach chairs. The pool was enjoyable when we would return from the beach. I would definitely recommend this condo for your beach vacation.

My grandson who is 3 loved the blue place with the beach- that’s what he called it. The Vrbo pictures are spot on. The place is clean, owners friendly, area is fun, beach view priceless.

I have rented CB condos for 12 years, and I would not hesitate to rent this property again! This condo is perfectly located, adequately equipped and furnished, and owned by wonderful people. The new patio door and windows really open up the unobstructed view of the beach and ocean. Looking forward to my next visit!

A comfortable warm space that felt like home immediately. The location is great with a wonderful view of the ocean and the beach. The hosts were responsive and kind. Highly recommend.

Can’t wait to come back in the spring! View was beautiful. We loved listening to the waves while falling asleep and having morning coffee as the sun came up on the balcony. Property managers were super nice and very accommodating. Overall it was perfect for us!

The property was perfect for a nice relaxing week at the beach. Great oceanfront balcony, plenty of space, comfortable furnishings, full kitchen, and most importantly a great location with easy beach walks to the pier or the boardwalk area.

The condo was well supplied and very cozy. We love this location and can't wait to come back next year.

Loud roof top AC units on all day and night. Refrig ice maker broken. TV broken. Contacted via email the owners asking for help. Did not hear back until too late. Read your emails you used to to comm with me!! Will not stay here again.

Perfect place to see the sunrise and feel the ocean breeze. Condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We even got to see baby turtles hatch one evening.

The view from the deck is private and amazing...you feel you're right on the beach and is worth every penny. The property is walking distance to the boardwalk...parking in Carolina Beach is pricey...$5/hour, $25/day in summer...so walkable is very convenient (not to mention if you have a few drinks). We walked to Sea Witch a couple nights (highly recommend for food, bar and music). North end cafe is right across street (good for breakfast/lunch). We walked to Stoked (don't recommend...service great, food poor). Havana's is very good and walkable (but at comfortable walking limit for us). Deckhouse was closed due to staffing shortages (they have their own parking) Michael's Seafood very good, but definitely not walking for us We did an evening cruise with Island Cruises (very reasonble price)...get on board early if you want a table...we went on a Thursday so boardwalk fireworks when we got back (maybe why cruise quite packed)...they let us stay onboard for it...then walked across to to SeaWitch for drinks and music. The condo was clean and functional but dated (and no laundry in unit)...3rd floor walkup (but keeps you in shape). There is a public beach access adjacent to the property on the north side. They recently "renourished" the beach and in August 2022 it was in amazing shape. We've done a week at the beach every summer for over 20 years we've been in NC...this was one of the best.

Great location right on the beach! Condo is clean and well stocked from the kitchen, to puzzles and books, to beach and ocean toys.
