Large apartment in a good location

Really hot inside, too much noise from the outsude busy street.

Wohnung erinnert eher an eine heruntergekommene Studenten-WG als an eine gepflegte Ferienwohnung. Ein paar Beispiele: Sauberkeit: Boden, Schränke und Arbeitsflächen kleben vor Dreck, wir sind in Socken in der Wohnung gelaufen und die waren nach 5 Minuten komplett schwarz, Hausschuhe mit Haaren vom Vormieter, Sofa speckig, Geschirr mit Essensresten Ausstattung: Heizung-/ Heißwasser Gastherme geht regelmäßig aus, großer Topf steht drunter, weil die Gastherme tropft. Einige Platten des Gasherdes gehen wieder aus (war nach 3 Tagen ok, vermutlich wurden die Gasgeräte einfach lange nicht mehr benutzt), Fensterscheibe im Wohnzimmer gesprungen, Glas im Kerzenleuchter zerschlagen, einer der beiden Mokkakocher hat keine Dichtung - kann man lange auf den Kaffee warten, Geschirr und Besteck sind wildes Durcheinander - eher Überbleibsel vorheriger Bewohner, Spülmaschine fehlt eine Rolle am Geschirrwagen der dann immer rausrutscht, Tiefkühlfach ist so vereist, dass die Tür kaum wieder zu geht.

Very light and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartments are right next to the metro which makes it easy to travel around Vienna. Michael was very helpful.

Good position, price is fair, spacious apartment.

The apartment wasn't clean, especially the fridge, the bathroom and the cutlery had to be cleaned by us, but dust is everywhere. In general doors, windows and floor should be renovated, the building is ancient and I think those were never changed. The spyhole in our door was a big hole that couldn't be covered, so everyone could see inside. The building really should be maintained, dirt and garbage is all over the stairs. Three floors without elevator should be advertised, it's okay but it's better to know before.

The house was cosy and the beds were comfortable. We didn't meet the host but we found a sheet with all the info we needed and received some through this app too. It was very helpful. The location is very good, the apartment is opposite the local train station so it is super easy to hop on a train or a tram and go to the most popular areas, though the city centre is no more than half an hour away on foot. The neighbourhood seems nice, we hung out at night and felt safe.

The bathroom is divided in two areas, there's the shower and sink in a room and the toilet in another one. It's not really functional but it's not a big deal. We had booked for 7 people but only 6 beds were made so we had to put sheets on the last one ourselves.
