Our host Aileen was exceptional, we were greeted by the most friendly kind person, who made us feel extremely welcome and comfortable. We were presented with a beautiful cake fresh out of the oven and later on in the evening Aileen made us her own brown bread. The apartment was spotless extremely comfortable and everything we could have wanted was provided. If 1 was a bad rating and 10 a good rating we would give it a 20. We would highly recommend staying here and we'll definitely be back in the future. Personally I found Aileen to be the best host I've ever met.

We hadn't any complaints

Apartment was very comfortable and clean. The fresh scones, home baked brown bread , milk , cereal, yoghurts, eggs, butter , juice, tea, coffee etc were a much appreciated difference from some other air b and bs we have stayed in . The kids were delighted with the few board games available too. Aileen and Denis gave lots of recommendations on things to do and places to eat in Doolin and they were always available if needed. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it

Good location, apartment was spotless, very cosy apartment with everything you need in it. The beds very really comfortable. Hosts had breakfast provided and delivered buns to us on arrival 😋 would highly recommend this apartment.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

The place was extremely cozy and comfortable. We had all the facilities of a normal house for cooking. The host left delicious scones for breakfast and a lot of other food supplies for us. Also, the place is only 6 minutes by car from nice pubs. I definitely recommend the stay. :)

It was perfect for our needs, self catering and Aileen had delicious food for us on arrival and plenty for breakfast each day and snacks. It was central to Doolin and all surrounding areas and we never had a concern for parking as it is designated. Overall we were delighted with the accommodation and our host the exceptional Aileen 😀

Aileen was a fantastic host she went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. She left delicious brown bread and scones and everything we could possibly need for breakfast and gave great recommendations for local places to eat and visit. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and perfectly set up for our family of 4, we felt instantly at home. I wouldn't hesitate reccomending Tigh Aildín to anyone looking for a great spot to explore Doolin.

Exactly as described, photos don't do this property justice. Set back in the hills overlooking Doolin, very comfortable for us (2 adults + 2 teenagers). Aileen & Denis could not have been more friendly or helpful. The apartment is very private and has all mod cons. Only 5min. drive to beautiful Doolin and 15min for Lahinch

I really liked how Aileen went above and beyond with making our stay as comfortable as possible from the clean apartment and warm welcome to the fresh scones and breakfast items in the fridge. Aileen also told us what great places we could eat at and she was right !

You couldn’t pick a better location if you tried. So close to all the main places of interest and a local supermarket. The apartment was spotless and fully stocked with Everything you could need from milk, water, fresh fruit, breads, cereal, even down to sun cream. Our hosts even baked some banana & chocolate muffins for us. The perfect getaway in Clare , would highly recommend and would absolutely return.

Fantastic location, minutes from the pier and our boat trip to aran Islands. Stunning area to drive around and soak in sea and cliff views. Immaculately clean, very well stocked with food for breakfast, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, freshly baked scones etc. Very private. Loads of room for our family of 4. Really nice home from home, would highly recommend if looking for a stay in this area.
