My grandson and I had a great stay. The condo was immaculate and well stocked. We never had to buy any essentials. The beds were comfortable and it was so easy to communicate with the owners. It was very simple to check in and out and the location was wonderful. Will definitely be back!

We loved this condo! It was very comfortable, had a great central location, and had lots of extras that made our stay easier, like beach, laundry, and kitchen supplies. The beach towels were a big help too! The condo has a beautiful view from the balcony, and we really enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and beach access. We'd definitely stay again! In my daughters words, "It was very awesome and nice." Thanks for everything!

This is the second year we have stayed at the condo. Our third stay is already in the books. The location and view are amazing! My friends and I enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the gulf with the sounds of the waves rolling in. Diane and Chuck’s place is clean and well appointed with everything you may possibly need. The only glitch we encountered on our trip was the elevator breaking down. Diane was very responsive and sympathetic. She kept us informed and updated throughout the repair. Aside from the elevator we had another fantastic vacation in IRB and can’t wait to return!

This vacation was all about the location and this property did not disappoint. So much to do within walking distance of the condo, aside from the ocean, but the ocean was the best part. The top floor view was amazing and the price was well worth what we got. Definitely plan to come again.

We very much enjoyed our trip to Indian Rocks and our stay at Sandcastle North. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for the week including great beach chairs and a wagon to get everything to and from the beach. We appreciated all the extras in the condo. The only thing I struggled with was the firmness of the beds, but that did not take away from how much we enjoyed our the condo, location and easy walking to lots of restruants.

Our family of 3 adults and 3 children had an amazing time. The views were spectacular and the convenience to everything you could ever need was so nice. The place had absolutely everything you could ever need from extra towels to toiletries and all kitchen necessities. They went all out in this slice of heaven. We already booked next year’s vacation here. Debbie and Chuck were excellent hosts and checkin and checkout were very easy. We really appreciated all the beach toys and umbrellas with a wagon to get them to the beach. Pool and hot tub were a plus too. Met great people at the complex too including a Raiders rookie! Thanks for the memories!

I cannot say enough good things about Debbie and Chuck's condo. The condo sits in a quiet area with a convenient store, Pajano's pizza and Indian Rocks Beach Creamery right across the street. The ground level has 1 assigned parking spot for the unit. This was very convenient and kept the car cool. Once inside, the condo is decorated beautifully, updated, and the most stocked condo i have ever seen and also immaculately clean. You can see the attention to detail with things like night lights, air fresheners and Alexa. We found plenty of kitchenware, along with cups with lids you could take onto beach, drink coozies, scissors, extra beach towels, movies, games, books, etc. It was unbelievable. One notable thing that didn't bother me, but may some people, is the master bedroom curtains are thinner and do not black out much, if any light. Once the sun comes up, it lights the room up. Likewise, the master bed was pretty firm, more than i prefer, but that's just a difference in preference. The view from the balcony was unobstructed and beautiful with seating for 6. The pool and hot tub are small and could get crowded if all 16 units were full, luckily we did not have to deal with that. The same could be said for the amount of beach space. I also found opening the condo door to be tricky. Once the code is entered, you had to push and turn the lock at the same time and i never was strong enough, or had slippery hands, and couldn't do it. Thankfully i was always with someone that could. The door also has to be locked from outside. This was the first time I'd seen a door entry this complex, but nothing to detour me from staying again. In fact, i am sure we will return in the future to Debbie and Chuck's condo. Debbie was quick to respond the couple times i texted her with questions, and even answered the phone when i called to ask about extending our stay. We really enjoyed everything! Thank you!

The condo was wonderful. In a small complex with full amenities. Everything you could want and more stocked inside the condo. Great location for viewing sunsets and is easily walkable to several great restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. We were impressed by how well stocked it was with beach chairs, books, kitchen cookware and the basics we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location! Away from the touristy parts, but very close and easy to get to those locations. The unit itself is the most stocked unit we have ever rented. The host has thought of absolutely everything you will or may need while staying there. From the littlest things like envelopes, cooler- including ice packs for the cooler, an air pump, extra toilet paper, bar soap, beach towels and chairs, wagon, beach accessories- I could go on and on! The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of everything. You may want to checkout the supplies before heading to the grocery store- we had several items that were taken back to Walmart due to the unit already had them. The local restaurants that are within walking distance are very good! Groupers has a delicious Cuban sandwich and the grouper sandwich is quite yummy too! The suncoast trolley is very easy to use and runs right infront of the building with the trolley stops to either side of the buildings. The only thing that is in need of attention is the living room couch and recliner, they are quite worn . Other than that, we really enjoyed our time at this unit and would highly recommend it!

In all my years coming to Indian Rocks Beach, this is the nicest condo I have ever rented. It was super clean and everything was provided. Our hosts were easy to reach and very nice. Awesome view. Will definitely be back again.

Nice place but there is a water concern in the condo. We emailed the, called and used the VRBO sight for a question we had because our flight changes then concerns of the water. Owners get there money and never respond to any questions. Don’t rent here if you feel you may have any concerns especially the water issue, you will be ignored. Worst experience we have ever had with VRBO. These owners give the experience a bad vibe. Don’t ignore your renters. This is why you get bad reviews. I would pay more money to stay somewhere else.

This condo was everything it claimed to be on the VRBO listing. The pics were accurate, showing you exactly what the condo looks like so there were no surprises. It was clean and well stocked with the amenities it described on the VRBO listing. The view from the balcony was fabulous. We stayed in the 5th floor unit, top floor. All the appliances were modern. We had to look for the manual to the washer/dryer since we hadn't used that type of washer/dryer before but it was easy enough to use once we read the instructions. It was very nice having a washer/dryer in the unit. Beach/pool access was easy to get to and we were the only ones using the pool during our stay. Using the entry key pad/lock was easy getting into the unit but kind of tricky exiting as the locking mechanism was a little off kilter so we had to pull it close really tightly and had to use both hands to pull close and then enter the door code and then turn the locking lever but after doing it two times, was fine. I think due to the humidity day to day and the expanding and contracting of the door jamb, made it slightly off center but was fine. All in all this was a 5 star experience and this unit and the owners have moved to the top of our go to places to rent off of the VRBO sight. Thank you again to Debbie and Chuck for a wonderful experience for our early Christmas visit to be with family. Leigh and Tyler, Seattle WA

Everything about this property was absolutely perfect! From location to the views it was exactly what we were looking for!

We had an amazing stay. The property has everything you need. Furnished with a few extras like beach chairs and pool toys, plenty of paper goods and toiletries. The pool and hot tub were a nice bonus. Mattresses were in good shape and we all had great nights sleep. Loved the location in between Clearwater and St Pete. We lacked for nothing here. Can’t re moment highly enough!

We were extremely pleased with our stay. The condo was gorgeous with updated appliances and bathrooms. The location was awesome. The view of the gulf was stunning. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing stay at Indian Rocks Beach.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The condo was exactly as pictured and described. The views were amazing! We loved enjoying our morning cup of coffee on the balcony and even saw a few dolphins too! The beach was quiet and not crowded at all. The beach accessories provided were nice too. We enjoyed some of the local restaurants, Groupers on the Gulf, Slyce Pizza, Indian Rocks Beach Creamery. We would definitely return and consider renting this condo again. The only suggestion we have would be to look into the water pressure in the master suite shower. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

We were so pleased with this rental. It was clean andthey have everything you need there. Owners are very responsive. We loved Indian Rocks Beach. Nice beach and beautiful water.
