Le logement est au calme dans un quartier agréable. L'entrée indépendante donne le confort et la discrétion de nos déplacements, la vue sur le jardin était un plus et la petite terrasse privative aussi. L'aménagement est parfaitement optimisé dans l'espace de taille vivable pour un petit séjour. La place de parking privative devant la maison est vraiment un plus. L'amabilité de notre hôte qui a pris le temps de nous accueillir et de nous faire découvrir son bien.

Rien de non appréciable juste un point de vue personnel. Nous avons eu la chance de louer juste pour une nuit nous a t'il dit a nôtre arrivée et que normalement il ne le fait pas. Ce que je trouve dommage car nous avions à faire seulement une nuit dans les environs et c'est bien pratique et plus chaleureux qu'une chambre d'hôtel.

Bien situé à 5mn de Vannes, dans un quartier tranquille. Lieu paisible et sans aucun bruit. En toute autonomie. Les intentions vont de l'accueil au petit dej.

Kleines Appartement mit allem was man für zwei Übernachtungen braucht, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Geschirr vorhanden. Moderne Kaffeemaschine, kleines Duschbad, Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln vorhanden, konnte wegen des schlechten Wetters leider nicht genutzt werden. Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Lage um Vannes und Umgebung zu besichtigen super.

Frühstück macht man sich in der kleinen Küchenecke selber, im Kühlschrank ist alles vorhanden, Butter, Milch für den Kaffee, Saft. Brot gab es leider nur abgepackt zum selber Toasten und abgepackte Marmeladen.

Quiet, tranquil property. Excellent host who shared local knowledge and made sure our stay was comfortable.

The studio had everything I needed for a couple of nights stay. The host was very helpful and kind.

It was so nice to meet the host, who was very nice and gave great suggestions for dinner and places to visit. I had a lobster fresh from the water for the first time in a year in FRance because usually it is so expensive. I loved the different promenades in the marais, especially la petite passeur.

A really cute studio, really well organized, everything you need for your stay, with thought for details. A practical bathroom. Great location, and a warm and friendly welcome.

Great option to discover Vannes as it's only 15 minutes away by car whilst enjoying the country side. It is an ultra quiet and well equipped studio, exactly as per description, opening directly onto the garden. Very friendly and responsive host who thought of all details to make your stay very pleasant. It is very clean, the bathroom with shower is spotless, the bedding comfortable and the electric blackout curtain a nice touch for a good night sleep. Eventhough on the small side for 2 people with large luggage, it was perfect for 1. There is a small corner with coffee machine, kettle, microwave, toaster, fridge and a sink. The host placed bread, butter, milk, coffee etc for you to prepare breakfast and enjoy it in the garden. Parking place on spot. Highly recommendable place.

Since there is enough place in the bathroom to place 2 toiletry kits, soap dispenser, teethbrush pot etc, I would remove the little shelf above the sink as it stands in the way of your head when you bend over to water your face. This is the only small detail I can think of to make that little charming place perfect.
