Excelente localização, funcionários educados e cordiais, café da manhã muito gostoso. Tem opções pré-definidas mas todas são excelentes. O iogurte com frutas e o suco são muito muito gostosos. Os ovos, omelete, etc, muito muito bons.

Não tive o que reclamar. Ficamos só uma diária. Nosso quarto ficava de frente à área comum e não tivemos problemas, mas era uma terça feira. Não sei se no fds outros hóspedes tiveram. Com certeza eu voltaria a me hospedar.

As fotos não dão a noção exata do tamanho do quarto que é minúsculo. Somente com malas de mão e já não dava espaço para nada. O banheiro é apertadíssimo. Falta atenção nos detalhes. Não tem nem sequer um copo de água no quarto. A internet é péssima. A limpeza deixa muito a desejar. Falta manutenção no banheiro e nas paredes do quarto que além de riscadas são sujas.

Ótima localização, próximo a muitos locais importantes, históricos e turísticos de Santiago. Conseguimos realizar muitos passeios a pé e com segurança (para nós conta muito). O staff muito bom, sempre atencioso, chegamos antes do check in por alterações do voo e mesmo assim nos acolheram. Nos dias de viagens em que precisávamos sair cedo, sempre perguntavam se queríamos levar um lanchinho. Experiências excelentes, com certeza este local contribuiu muito para tornar nossa estadia em Santiago memorável!

A equipe foi muito gentil e super interessados em ajudar, todos muito simpáticos. A cama bastante grande. A localização é muito boa também.

Pode ser que ao locar não ficou claro para mim, mas o café da manhã segue um menu padrão qual você escolhe o que quer, não pode comer a vontade. Tinha um travesseiro que era muito ruim (mole demais). A acústica do nosso quarto era ruim, dava pra ouvir muito bem o barulho do corredor de pessoas trabalhando, conversando e etc.

The stay is recommended for couples and anyone who wants to relax but also likes to go out for drinks at night. Really good location,near subway station, couple blocks away from cerro san cristobal and patio bellavista. Excellent staff, they really saved us with their guidance! Well served breakfast, all fresh and prepared as you order.

Friendly and helpful Personal. Located right next to the Center of santiagos in- barrio with dozens of restaurants, bars and streetart. Great starting point to visit santiago.

The only thing I like was the location of the hotel

The staff didn't speak English; we had room 4 and people were in the small courtyard outside our window while we slept; the bathroom grout is shabby, saw a dead roach in the hallway, not clean

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. When we arrived too early for check in they allowed us to leave our luggage in a secure room and even offered us some breakfast while we waited for our room to be available. The breakfast was delicious! Our rooms were tidied and our beds made everyday which was lovely to come back to in the evenings.

The room was quite small so not much room to lay out our suitcases and move around. The shower also tended to flood quite easily.

This was my favourite lodging during my six weeks in South America so I am compelled to write a detailed review! From the moment I checked in for my two night stay the staff could not have been more helpful or welcoming. They created such a nice relaxed atmosphere (especially Nao and Maria). My room was delightful - a big window so the room felt light and airy, extremely comfortable cosy bed, a jug of drinking water on the bedside table, fabulous shower with good water pressure and endless hot water. The room was charmingly decorated and both it and the bathroom were spotlessly clean. Breakfast was delicious - freshly squeezed juice, cappuccino, eggs, fruit - in a bright spacious breakfast room. There is a fabulous outdoor patio to chill out in also so the whole vibe is really relaxing. The building is completely secure as they have a 24 hour reception so whoever is on front desk duty is buzzing people in and out (I liked that there were no random people wandering into the premises). The area is quiet and I felt totally fine walking around it on my own. There are restaurants and cafes a few streets away (I recommend Galindos - yum) and the neighbourhood is pretty and tranquil. It didn't feel like being in a city to be honest.

very close to downtown but in a quiet neighborhood. Only a couple blocks from the fanicular that will take you to the top of Cerro San Cristobal which is the best views in the city! The breakfast was delicious and the staff very attentive.

Casa Bellavista is an excellent place to stay. The location is fantastic, 5 mins walk from the restaurants and bars in Bellavista -so you are close enough, but also not too close that you are affected by the noise at night. The room was excellent, if a bit cramped - but that’s reflected in the price. The included breakfast was wonderful and cooked fresh for your daily.

Wonderful decks and public spaces. Our room was small but more than adequate. The staff was amazing. We arrived early and they stored our luggage, gave a place to change and let us relax on the upper deck.

The breakfast provided was excellent and the staff who served it were exceptionally friendly. The furniture in the room was newly installed and well-maintained, while the room itself was always kept clean and tidy, with fresh towels and bathroom amenities provided.

The staff at the hotel spoke very little English (not my first language either). However, I assume this is common in this part of the world. To communicate with them, I made use of a translator app. It was a shame, as the staff was extremely friendly, and I would have enjoyed having more conversations with them. Regrettably, the room I stayed in was extremely cramped and compact, not even large enough to accommodate a closet. That applies to the bathroom as well.

Everything was fabulous but from the moment I arrived in Chile, I feel this country is about wonderful and genuine people and they outshine everything else. Staff take hospitality on another level, they are so kind, helpful and friendly that I am speechless. I stayed only one night but I wish I had more time. PS I had to leave earlier, before the breakfast began, and they prepared for me a bag with goodies. It was delicious.

I loved everything.

The breakfast was made on order which is nice - you can have the eggs as you like. The ladies were very nice too. Room is nice and clean, ours was looking out to the hills with big windows and nice breezes, we enjoyed it. The public lounge area was great to hangout and have a glass of wine(you will receive a complimentary wine). The bed was enormous.
