We had a wonderful stay with our group of 10 including grandparents and grandkids. There was plenty of space for us to gather together to play a game or watch the Olympics but also plenty of room to spread out for separate activities. The beds were very comfortable and overall everything was wonderful. We were hoping to be a little closer to the park, we could see if but little legs in our group had a hard time making the walk back after playing so we opted for the short drive.

This house is perfect for our 6 adults and 6 kids. The three separate living areas are great for accommodating everyone and our different activities. The kitchen is well stocked. The home is clean and comfortable. The deck and hot tub are perfect. This is our 2nd time at this house (we waited too long and couldn’t get it last year). Jennifer is a dream to work with. We have already booked for next year.

We had a very relaxing and fun five days at the house. House has all the amenities you need. It is close to everything we wanted in Sunriver.
We had a problem with the air conditioning on one of the very hot days, but the property manager, Jennifer, got on top of it and had the air conditioning people over working on it on a couple of different occasions that day. Thank them for getting that going.

We enjoyed our stay. The house is very clean. The beds are very comfortable. We were very close to Ft Rock Park. The house is large and easily accommodated our group of 9.

Thank you very much for letting us stay there. The lock on the hot tub was very stiff so I decided to just leave the key in there. No complaints. We had a blast.

Well equipped house with lots of room for everyone. My grandkids enjoyed the swings on the back patio! Being close to the park was nice as it was not too far to walk to and we went several times. Sharc passes were used every day and were appreciated. Only downside was the beds were hard. The adults ended up buying mattress toppers for the 3 king beds. My daughter said they could feel the springs in one of the king beds downstairs. Some people may like hard beds, we don’t. Nevertheless we had a great time.

We (7 longtime friends) had another successful Bachelor ski trip. The 7 Sumac Lane house was perfect for our stay, and we enjoyed our time in Sunriver as well. Thank you, Jennifer, for your quick responses and helping to make another memorable experience with my friends.

This house is wonderful for big families! We really enjoyed the multiple living spaces and well-stocked kitchen. We had all the tools we needed to make Thanksgiving dinner. Great location close to Ft. Rock Park. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!!!

Absolutely amazing stay. Couldn't have found a better place. Questions asked and responded to wirhin a day. Perfect location, everything you would ever need. I have stayed in many VRBOS and this is the best. If we ever go back, we will definitely stay here again. Can't say enough positive things about this home.

This house was perfect for grandparents, children and grandchildren. Lots of games, a garage full of games and even swings on the lower patio. The upper deck is large and private. It was all great.

We stayed in this home 4 years ago with family....and it worked so well we stayed again for a family celebration of my granddaughter graduating from the UO. Great house for a family vacation.

The property was nice. We had 3 generations of family, ages 73-2. Everyone had their space. We were centrally located near to all Sunriver had to offer - easy bike ride or walk. The kitchen had all the cooking ware needed. It was a quiet cul-de-sac that the children enjoyed riding their bikes. We would stay there again.

This is our third year taking our kids and grandkids and our second in this house. It’s perfect for our big family! Close to the park, and a nice bike ride to the village. We love this house so much we’ve already booked it for next year:)

The way the house is laid out is perfect for different activities. From the hot tub lower deck to the swings below, to the back deck, family room, formal living room and bedrooms on both floors enabled us to all gather for meals, but able to be in small groups too The bikes, swim passes, and closeness to the park were a bonus.

What a great home for our family vacation. Six adults and six kids and there was ample space for everyone to spread out or come together. The house is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and fun stay.

The house has several areas to relax or gather. Nice bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The expansive deck is perfect for large family dinners and there are lots of tables and chairs. It's older but very well kept.

50th Anniversary Celebration
Great spacious property near all the Sunriver action. We had the entire family join us as we celebrated our 50th. This house had everything we needed to make this a memorable week together. Jennifer was very attentive to all requests.

The house was a great place to stay. It is old and needs some things fixed, but overall nice.

We had a good time here. With 7 females in the house we ran out of toilet paper. House is comfortable but needs some cosmetic repairs. The best stock kitchen of all the places we have stayed at. We would rent again.

Perfect Christmas Vacation Home
This home is beautiful, clean, and spacious. The kitchen is stocked with everything but food. It has everything you might need to stay entertained for all ages. We didn't need to bring anything except food and clothes. Perfect home to spend Christmas at with family. Jennifer was quick to respond and very helpful. Would definitely go back.

Great home for large groups!
This house was great for our large group! The five bedrooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. There is plenty of space for everyone to hang out in the living room and family room upstairs, or bonus room downstairs. The kitchen has plenty of dishes, gadgets, cooking utensils, and cookware…probably the best I’ve experienced! Overall, one of my favorite houses and it will be on the list for our next trip to Sunriver!

Great home for families
Beautiful home with all of the amenities. The homeowner was very responsive and helpful. Plenty of room for our extended family. We loved the large kitchen, extra den/tv room downstairs, and the great location (near Fort Rock Park). We look forward to renting this home again in the future.

The house was great for our group. The kids loved the game room and so did the adults! There were lots of places for everyone to spread out and we appreciated all the baby gear we didn't have to pack. Thanks for a great vacation spot!

We had 4 kids, ranging from 3-7, and they all had a blast. We will stay at this house again and again because it is perfect. The kitchen has EVERYTHING (but salt, sugar, flour type things... but every single cooking gadget you could want). There was lots to do and it did not matter at all that there was no cable... the internet TV set up was perfect in every room. One thing I REALLY appreciated was that they didn't ask us to do 100 things to check out. We washed the towels and took out the trash, which is a big change from homes that expect you to change the beds and sweep the floors. This would be a perfect house for a family reunion or 3 families traveling together. We had 4 adults and 4 kids and we didn't even use all the rooms. Can't wait to return next year.
