Not much really. Perhaps 2 parking spots next to one another would be nice to consider, harder mat and fluffier blankets would be nice as well.

Hotel and room design is excellent. Bravo for The designer! Very comfortable bed, linen. Clean room, bathroom. Very friendly staff. Free hotel parking and 24h check- in. For us hotel location - close to The highway- was perfect because we’ve been on the way back from Italy.

Just two really little things. Our room was a bit hot- no aircondition, what now in May is fine- you can just open the windows. During your summer stay choose the room with aircondition. The second thing: breakfast was very tasty but with small amount options for Vegetarians. Dear hotel owners please consider scrambled eggs without meat. Anyway The hotel is really great.

Restaurant closed at 8pm.

The interior is nice and the entire place looks new.

The airconditioning is centralized, so we can’t control it by ourselves.

Size of the room delux. Nice bathroom. Great big bad. Comfortable armchair. Good food. Very nice style of whole hotel. Checkout at 11, what is in my opinion minimum.

Lack of the craft beer. Shower doors which makes puddle into toilet part. Not enough hanger in bathroom. Some problem with electric (tv turn off, lamp beside bad turn on/off without control).

But in common I love this Hotel, great breakfast and good location with parking, very good design of the room and perfect and cozy rooms, but it was really bad after my long trip to get such fail from the Hotel admins.

Ive booked this hotel second time, and they just called me once I have been driving to the hotel, my trip was about 900km and it was quite unpleasant to know that my booking is cancelled due to some unknown reason for me (they told me that receipcion and the whole hotel was not working on 11th of December ). Just to give you suggestion dear admin of the hotel - in case you have some issue, you should not allow your customers to book the hotel at these dates, very simple solution.

Absolutely lovely design in every respect, the size of the room, cleanliness, great breakfast choice, very good evening meal in the restaurant on site, very professional waitress. Quiet surrounding. I simply loved the place. An excellent Moravian wine along with dinner and the whole elegance of the hotel made our stay an experience worth repeating in the future. Highly recommended.

I would appreciate a free bottle of water in the room. It would add to the perfect atmosphere of the place.

First of all, we are saying again “thank you” to the lovely receptionist who upgraded our deluxe double room to a superior double room at no extra charge. It was a pleasant and unexpected surprise from the hotel’s staff. The superior room we stayed in was spacious and very clean, with a very large and comfortable bed. Located in the corner of the building, it had very good soundproofing from outside and other rooms. Maybe this is due to the triple glazed windows and the thickness of the walls of the powerful old building.

I would notice that the hotel looks stylish and modern, especially inside. But it is a pity, that the whole impression was spoiled by the dirty glasses in the restaurant. Having lunch or dinner, we had such glasses not only once. After asking to change them we always got other glasses but, unfortunately, they were not clean either. As you know, restaurant is a good indicator of a hotel's overall quality. Finer hotel restaurant should have perfectly polished glasses (it doesn’t matter for wine of water). An excellent wine list that this hotel has doesn’t save from bad job of bartender. If a four star hotel doesn’t have such an employee, this work have to be done by waitresses. We would like to say that they are friendly and polite but maybe they just haven’t known all their duties. One more thing is the shower cabin to mention. It has very modern, fancy look but lacks one essential thing, namely a shelf. You simply don't have any place in the cabin to put your own shampoo, washcloth or soap.

comfy bed, very good level of soundproofing from outside and other rooms, overall everything in the hotel looks much better in reality than on pictures.

This hotel is beautiful and updated. The bed was amazing and the breakfast was great. The bathroom was a dream.

The heat was almost unbearable. We asked them to turn it down and they said they did, but we continued to be very warm. Luckily we could open the window to help cool off.

Combination of modern with old. Excellent restaurant.
