We have stayed at this beach house three years in a row...it's been well enjoyed by our small but multi-generational family. The location cannot be beat. It comes with all the amenities as listed and the home is just so pleasing to the eye - especially looking through all those clean windows - to that "ahhh" view. Love it. Lovely hosts too.

Property was clean and well maintained. The view was spectacular. You can step off the deck onto the beach.

This is our 6th year at this property. We look forward to coming every year. We are booked for 2024. The location is perfect. Our grandkids can play in the sand and we can see them for inside. Of course, we are also out with them. The owners have made many improvements.over the years.

We had an amazing time staying right on the beach in the gated community. The house was clean and comfortable. My kids and granddaughter enjoyed the sand right off the deck. We left a kite for the next family.

Our stay was perfect. Comfortable accommodations that allowed us the true relaxation that we were seeking.

Our extended family rents different houses, for a reunion, at this time every year. Our house is the favorite for the beach location and the large open layout of the front rooms and the deck.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful, wonderfully stocked rental home with one of the most incredible views! Everything about our stay was perfect. The owners were incredibly understanding and helpful when we got a bit stranded due to paralyzing icy weather on the coast. We greatly appreciate all they did to help us get back to Portland. We highly recommend this property and will definitely make plans to return to one of our favorite spots!

Probably the best beach house I’ve ever stayed at the view is amazing and it’s awesome to have the kids be able to play in the sand literally right off the deck…. I’ll also add there’s some nice cookware in this house which was a huge bonus for me cause I do a lot of home cooking!

House was clean and a great size for two kids and four adults. Great location right on the sand. Well stocked.

We had a fantastic time. We got a perfect week of September weather to go along with the great beach front location — so had a wonderful vacation!

What an incredible vacation. My only wish is we had booked longer. When we started looking, our biggest requirements were on the beach, kid friendly (friends have a 1-year old and 3-year old), and great views. This house hit the mark on all fronts and then some! I'm used to a rental having SOMETHING off, and just expect to find something in between slightly disappointed and exactly what the pictures showed. This rental was the rare time where expectations were simply far exceeded. The views, especially from sunset on were the kind you just can't capture in a picture. The house had every kitchen utensil, spice and space you could ask for. The windows are massive and the bedrooms are a good size. There were plenty of chairs and the deck was perfect. To top it off the communication with the hosts was quick and friendly. To be clear, the house was clean and the accommodations exactly what we wanted but this was not a luxury rental, so understand that you are getting a great rental at a very fair price, but you won't be living in a luxurious, modern rental during your stay. This is the perfect lived in beach house for family, friends, or a romantic getaway. We will 100% be staying here the next time we visit the Oregon coast.

We love the on-the-sand location of this house, the clear view, the well equipped kitchen, pretty counters, clean decor, wide deck and spacious feel. It works perfectly for our small, 3 generation family and we want to make it a family tradition of visiting each summer the same week. This year was our second stay and I've booked it for next year, same week. Looking forward to it!

This location is unmatched. We don’t travel much but this was definitely the nicest place we’ve stayed at. The views are beautiful, the host was so quick to respond, & everything was very well stocked. Beds were comfortable, showers were nice, everything was just great. Highly recommend!

This was our 5th year staying here. We have made many wonderful memories. We look forward to next year.

The views from this property can’t be beat. Absolutely gorgeous. This was a perfect bit of tranquility. Be aware that there is a rather steep climb from the upper beach where the house is located to the lower beach which will be difficult for aged family members. Layout of the house was perfect for us with the 2 living areas.

Perfect location on the beach. Third bedroom has 4 bunk beds, perfect for kids. Nice open layout in the connected dining, kitchen and living room with beach view windows. We’ve been coming to Kiwanda for years and this is the best house we’ve had. The owners have been very helpful by saving the same dates that our other family’s rent their houses.

I expected top quality, due to the incredibly high price charged per night.. The furniture was old and damaged, tears in couch. The house was not well cleaned. You could not walk bare foot in the house, feet would get dirty. Fingerprints on windows, I cleaned them myself. Coffee pot dirty. Linens and towels still in dryer. House was beat up, not well maintained. Sand everywhere, outside of my car had sand all over it. On the good side. Beautiful view, games were great, great tv selection, loved the open floor plan, beds comfortable, soft blankets in living room, great kitchen well supplied. Todd the host for the house was great, responded immediately to any questions. We had a good time, but would not rent this particular home again at this price.

I highly recommend this rental. The views are STUNNING. Even on a high wind day we were able to enjoy the ocean and view from the indoors. The owner was extremely communicative and helpful. Rental was well stocked for cooking, s’mores, laundry, games. The only downside is that the master bedroom is one with its bathroom, which caused a little privacy issue. We absolutely loved our stay and hope to book again in the future!

Excellent beach property! Everything was clean, great stocked kitchen, and the beds were super comfy. The owners respond quickly. This is our new go to vacation property! The Grateful Dead art is icing on the cake.

Best beach house I have ever stayed at. The views are spectacular! The house is right on the sand and you literally have a deck that goes onto the beach. So so beautiful. Bucket of sand toys ready for little one and everything you need for the trip. I will for sure come again! The only downside I wish there was a vacuum available since there was a ton of sand and the coffee maker needs to be cleaned out (inside where the water is). We used the French press and that worked perfectly! Everything was clean, and lots of fresh towels. Highly recommend! Thank you Todd!

My friend who stayed with me said it best: "There is nothing like being able to sit inside warm and cozy with a coffee watching your children just outside the window dig around in wet sand and having the time of their lives." We rented during a partly rainy weekend. The sunny days were magical. Chilly because it's April… we walked and hiked all the way up the beach to the very steep hill. Excellent scenic workout for sure. Got coffee at stimulus, which is always delicious. On the rainy days stayed inside and watched those adorable bundled up second graders and one year old dig around in wet sand. We were pleasantly surprised at how well furnished the kitchen was. Usually at places like this it's a real mishmash of stuff. Seems that the owners probably spend time here and know what a family needs. The master was an en suite with no barrier between the facilities and tbe main room. That's always a little awkward for me, but it was a small thing to take with all the other great stuff!

The house has the best location right on the beach secluded away from others. Everything was clean and had all the amenities needed. We received all the necessary information to get it and we were never bothered during our visit. We’ll definitely stay there again.

We were extremely surprised by this house. It's light and bright, the location is absolutely phenomenal, the house is extremely well stocked with cookware, games, movies. The beds were comfortable. We had a great weekend with two families and will be back as soon as possible!

House is right on the beach. Beautiful setting. Nice gated community. Will come back and stay again.

Best birthday so far! Really enjoyed our time.
