Our family stayed here the week before Christmas and had a wonderful time. Place was beautiful, close to everything. Would definitely stay here again. We had a couple questions after checkin and everything was answered promptly. Thank you!!

Well supplied and as advertised.

This was a perfect place for us to spend the Feast of Tabernacles where we met at the Hilton Waikoloa. We walked along the path by the ocean and golf course to attend our conference. We enjoyed the patio with a spectacular view of the sunset, ocean and golf course. Enjoyed the patio in the morning with breakfast to enjoy the awesome view and sound of the birds. Took advantage of all the walking paths for daily walks/runs. The condo had everything we needed for a spectacular visit. Thank you the hospitality.

The location was amazing close to ocean edge pool and spa. located on ground floor ocean view , golf course greenery and palms within 5 easy min drive of Resort shops and Restuants A Must Do!!

Our family of 4 stayed here for 4 nights in mid July. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed for a great stay in Waikoloa! The Hilton day passes were a big hit with the kids as was the pool area at the complex. The patio was a wonderful place to read and relax as well as enjoy the sunset. We will definitely be back!

This condo was exactly what we’d hoped for! Beautiful inside and equipped with everything we needed, easy walk or drive over to the amazing Hilton pools and lagoon, great pool at the complex an even closer walk, beautiful view from the porch!

Great condo unit top of the line with a view of the ocean from the linai

Incredible sunsets, ocean club and pool a huge plus.

This three bedroom condo was great for our family of six adults. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of space for us to enjoy time together or to pursue individual interests. We especially liked that the patio faced the beautiful sunsets!

We had a great stay in 10H. The location and condo were perfect for our family of 5 (3 adults and 2 teenagers). The condo is a great size and is extremely well-stocked- everything you need in kitchen and a great "beach" closet that includes chairs, snorkel gear, etc. Access to the Ocean Club was great. We used the open-air gym and enjoyed lunch and dinner at the restaurant. The pool is small but great location with view of the ocean. And it's a 2 minute walk from the condo! We spent one day at the Hilton pool which was a nice perk. Really convenient to have shops, restaurants and a grocery store within a few minute drive. We have stayed in rental properties all over the country and this location definitely tops the list!

This property was perfect for our needs. Being ground floor we utilised the outside space daily as our 2yo toddlers ran around on the grass and watched our golfers out on the course. It was a short stroll to the Ocean Club which we used most days & ate at a number of nights (food is delicious)! The inclusion of the passes for the Hilton Waikoloa Village pools was well received and we spent much time over there both in the lagoon pool and the water slides. We had such a relaxing vacation and all the extra touches that this property had included (beach towels, sports equipment, board games etc) just made our stay that much more enjoyable.

The communication from Vacasa prior to our stay was great. The unit was decorated nicely and was very clean. Beds were extremely comfortable. The view from the lanai was great.

This home is beautifully decorated, welcoming, and comfortably functional. Every living space is equipped, stocked up and provided to meet your needs. Attention to details around this unit is incredible! Our favourite part of this unit was the patio view of the golf course and the ocean. This view can be seen from the kitchen sink area too. Outside furniture was very comfortable to sit in as well as the table &chairs. The pool area is breathtaking and the restaurant dining is a wonderful option. We have stayed in lot of rental homes but this unit is our new favourite place.

Condo exactly as described. Kitchen is well stocked with cookware and utensils. Really appreciated the beach supplies. Amazing location for sunsets and close to major road to ease of getting around the island.

The Condo exceeded our expectations, it has everything you could need on a vacation from beach gear to cooking supplies. We had a great time and look forward to returning to this property again.

Enjoyed stay with the kids for wife's 70th BD. Although expensive, golf on beach course was fantastic.

We have stayed in different units here and we were most impressed by the Vacasa management team on this one. When we needed something, they had it to us within the hour! Very responsive and accommodating. They even returned a piece of jewelry we left behind. Highly recommend staying in this unit!

The information provided prior to our booking helped us plan our entire trip months before we arrived. They provided suggestions for local beaches, snorkeling spots and tours, hikes, local spots to visit as well as am amazing evening boat trip where we could swim with Manta Rays. We were traveling with out two girls and our host provided great insight into spots that were family friendly and beaches that were good to spend a day with kids. The condo was fully stocked with everything that we needed to prepare breakfast each morning and dinners when we were too tired to go out. For beach days, they had umbrellas, chairs, coolers, snorkeling gear and boogey boards. The area where condo was located had a nice pool area with a restaurant and bar that served food and full bar. It was a great place to head at the end of the day to watch sunset and have a drink while our girls were swimming in the pool. We are looking forward to coming back to stay again when our travels bring us back to Hawaii.

This is a wonderful property! The home has everything you need for a great vacation! The beach closet—- near perfection! Don’t pass on this property! The swimming pool in the gated community has views that are some of the best to watch a sunset! Our time here has been a 10 plus!!

Fabulous property, highly recommend! The location on the island and within the condominium development was perfect. We had a short walk to the pool and it overlooked the ocean and golf course. Grass area outside our patio door to walk and play on. The spacious condo was beautiful, updated with very nice furnishings and kitchen supplies. We were impressed they included beach towels, snorkel gear, beach chairs, 2 coolers, sand supplies and basketball. So nice not to have to rent for the week. Property area well maintained and landscape was very pretty. The pool was nice overlooking the ocean and had a pool bar w/ good food. Happy hour was from 2:00-5:30pm, the Mai Tais were yummy. We would definitely stay here again.

This was my fourth visit to Hali Kai, but my first stay at 10H. This unit is the cleanest and best equipped of the four. The owners have thought of everything a family could need for a visit and provided more than enough of kitchen and beach supplies. I would gladly return to this unit again!
