Plenty of room but the pool thermostat was not working so it took until Thursday to warm. We could not use the pool at night because the pool lights don’t work. The fireplace did not work and there was no gas connected to it. We had to get a friend to fix the TV in the living room, there are no instructions on anything in the house and many cables and remotes. We spent way too much of our vacation trying to fix things.

Love the Fountain Hills location. Views are the best. Nice community. Access to all you need. The exterior of the property is well maintained. The interior needs freshened with new paint, maintenance and updated furnishings.

Very nice, large house which overlooks a valley. Located in an upscale neighborhood with a Safeway and Target nearby for any forgotten items.
We utilized the pool, grill, outdoor seating, and there was plenty of room to hang out inside.
It was very clean and stocked with anything in the kitchen we could need. I’d stay again if I’m in the area.

Family of 5 with little ones, and this house was fantastic. Lots of room, great pool (we had it heated) and the views were fantastic. We also hiked very close to the house so all in all great area!

This property was nice and suited us for our stay. Property definitely needs some updating but understand with this being a rental owners may not want to invest in some of the needed upgrades. Lighting was somewhat dim in most areas the house. Pool area was nice. Lounge chairs need to be replaced. Kitchen was well equipped. Beautiful location and close to a lot of things to do

We had a womens retreat here with 6 guests and it was the perfect balance of quiet space for relaxing, while being close enough to any fun amenities that we may be seeking. It was a beautiful quiet neighborhood, but not too far from the main roads. Warm and Spacious with excellent views!

It was a very comfortable home, the pool and patio were very nice as well as the views of the mountains. Inside wow it was comfortable the following items need to be replaced, living room furniture is worn torn and dated plus numerous stains. Kitchen pots and pans were almost unusable and cooking utensils or sparse. Beds and baths were comfortable and usable. Outside cushions around the pool were in great condition outside cushions closer to the home warranty deed it flat and should be replaced! These items corrected and I would’ve rent the home four-star

My friends and I used this perfect oasis as the perfect get away for our girls trip. It slept all 8 of us comfortably! We enjoyed the views, the pool, plus the host was responsive. It was easy to sit back and relax. Would book again.

My friends and I used this perfect oasis as the perfect get away for our girls trip. It slept all 8 of us comfortably! We enjoyed the views, the pool, plus the host was responsive. It was easy to sit back and relax. Would book again.

We had a wonderful weekend with the kiddos! This property is beautiful and the area is quiet and peaceful. The house was very clean well stocked with anything we needed including paper products, towels (bath and pool) and all in excellent condition. We would absolutely stay here again!

We were not sure what to expect with 118 degree weather, was the AC going to hold up, was the pool water going to be like a bath, would we be able to enjoy laying out... luckily everything worked out fine. AC pulled through, pool water was cool, and all the beams in the backyard add for nice shading when laying out along with a nice breeze. All in all amazing stay second time at this house, definitely would recommend and visit again.

Among landing with an excessive heat warning update on our phone. We were not sure what to expect with 118 degree weather, was the AC going to hold up, was the pool water going to be like a bath, would we be able to enjoy laying out... luckily everything worked out fine. AC pulled through, pool water was cool, and all the beams in the backyard add for nice shading when laying out along with a nice breeze. All in all amazing stay second time at this house, definitely would recommend and visit again.

Great Secluded getaway!
This was a great house! We came for a low key girls weekend and it was absolutely perfect! The Kitchen was equipped with all the needed cooking Gadgets to be able to make all your meals at home. I would recommend doing grocery delivery, getting a rental car or scheduling any Uber/lyft rides as these were very difficult to get in fountain Hills. The house lacked towels specifically in the kitchen and there were no pool tools, so I recommend bringing your own. Other than that is was extremely clean, the beds were comfortable and it was the perfect secluded place!
