Great location, beautiful beach, large pool. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our family vacation. We were close to some amazing restaurants. The balcony view at sunrise and sunset were breathtaking. 10/10 would recommend.

Location was perfect to Ft Walton and Destin. Owners communicated continuously and were easy to get ahold. Condo has plenty of beach apparel including chairs, umbrellas, inflatables, sand toys and view is amazing. The beach crew was amazing to work with setting up our chairs for the week. Great place to stay!

Great condo with plenty of space for a large family. We have stayed several times at this complex and it is always clean and convenient.

I liked the location on 6th floor and on the end. A couple of negatives: stain on carpet in bedroom next to the bunk beds and the ice maker didn't work. The air conditioning sometimes had the condo at 78 degrees no matter what we set it at.

Beautiful condo with an amazing view! The kitchen was fully stocked and the hosts provided lots of beach items to use, as well. We were there with another family of four and had plenty of room for both families. The hosts were outstanding and always available to answer any questions. The pool was extremely clean and not overly crowded. Overall this was an amazing vacation and highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed with your stay. Amazing hosts and we hope to return for another family trip!

Our family stayed here about two weeks ago (end of July into August). The condo is big and beautiful. It was myself, husband, our four kids (ages: 14, 9, 6, & 1 1/2 years old), my dad, and his girlfriend. This place was perfect for us. The sliding doors are heavy so not east for little ones to get out on balcony without an adult. The master closet is massive and we were able to put our youngest in there in a pack-n-play to sleep (we just kept doors opened). The views were absolutely spectacular. The owners of the property are super responsive and very nice. We will hopefully be back again one day :)

This place was fantastic. We had a total of nine guests and had plenty of space. Everything we needed was right at our finger tips and very clean. We will definitely be coming back.

I rented this condo for my family of 4 and my sister’s family of 5 to share. This condo offered everything we were looking for and more. The owners were very friendly and accommodating, and we had the best trip we’ve ever had. The convenience, comfort, cleanliness, and little extras all added up to a perfect stay.

The property and unit were very clean and comfortable. We will definitely be returning!

We had a wonderful and relaxing vacation at Water's Edge! Everything was perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed having daily breakfast and evening Happy Hour on the roomy deck overlooking the ocean! We were even treated to a dolphin sighting while enjoying the views! The penthouse kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed. We also appreciated the closet full of beach toys and chairs. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions that we had before and during our stay...we especially appreciated the opportunity to stay another day after our vacation was delayed due to flight cancellations. This was our first visit to Destin and we look forward to coming back again soon!

The property was awesome and the hosts were great with communication. I've stayed at pther VRBOs and had trouble getting the host to answer questions. Our host this time was proactive and made our experience even better!

Enjoyed our stay very much, was a very nice Condo and we saw dolphins everyday from our balcony. No need to go buy or bring beach chairs or toys they have everything you could need for enjoying a day on the beach.

Best stocked condo I’ve stayed in on the island. This goes for kitchen and beach stuff. 8th year I’ve been to okaloosa with my family. Dishwasher and washing machines are in good shape! Beds are comfy and this is important for us. Pool is clean and big. Great for a family needing 3 bed 3 bath.

Great experience! Our Host Indred and Mike Rogers were on top of all our needs. There was a couple hiccups, but they were so on top of things it seemed seamless! Excellent beach service, beautiful view, great gulfside pool, and Penthouse was very comfortable. We keep coming back to FWB and can't wait to return!

They have everything you might need in the condo, which I thought was awesome. If you forgotten something they probably had it there for you to use and put back. The beach is beautiful there and very clean. The beach attendant that set up the chairs was very nice always asked how we were and if we needed anything. The swimming pool was really clean. Even though it was spring break week it was really nice. It is very close to plenty of things to do and places to eat. Great place I would definitely recommend. The owners were easy to get in touch with if you had questions and you can tell they really want you to enjoy your stay.

The condo was great! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. The balcony was my favorite place to drink my morning coffee and listen to the waves and watch for dolphins. Love the beach!!

Renting was easy.

The building this unit is located in is easy to get to and modern. The attached garage provides ample parking, and entry points on each floor of the garage is convenient. We experienced a lot of waiting trying to use the elevators, so if you have your hands full and/or little ones who aren’t fond of the stairs to and from the 6th floor this can be a bit irritating. People were packing into the elevator(first trip since covid so I wasn’t thrilled)so we ended up using the stairs quite a bit. The property has a beautiful pool area with plenty of loungers and clean bathrooms. The beach access is adjacent to the pool and has shower/hose stations which is helpful for feet & toys. The view from this unit is absolutely beautiful. The large balcony is wonderful and well furnished. The inside of the unit has a nice layout, as a family of four we appreciated having plenty of space to spread out and maintain some privacy with showering, changing, etc. The kids did use the hall bunks but just for lounging at night- they’re more appropriate for kids so I wouldn’t count on them for a large teen or adult to sleep in. The kitchen is well appointed with pots/pans/dishes so if you want to do some cooking during your stay everything you need is there. Bring trash bags (2 is not enough) and laundry soap if you want to do laundry. There were enough dishwasher pods and hand soap for the kitchen but I’m not sure if these were left behind or if they’re re-stocked. Noticed a lot of mold inside the washer and we had quite a bit of sand and crumbs on the floors (under the cabinets) when we arrived. Ended up sweeping and wiping surfaces down the first night. Seemed like whomever cleaned before we arrived was in a hurry. Noticed toothpaste and water spots/drips on the walls in the master bathroom around the sinks and tubs; and food splatters on the kitchen pantry door (trash) and walls. Floor under trash can was dirty. The unit is very nice overall but could use a deep cleaning with better attention to detail. While inside we preferred to have the balcony doors open but we were greeted with the odor of heavy cigarette smoke which filled the condo every time. The host was very responsive when made aware of this which we appreciated. Our last day at the pool was ruined by the odor of burnt marijuana coming from what appeared to be a third floor unit on the West end of the building. Would stay again for the view & location. Beds were very comfy too. Hopefully no smoke next time

Very nice property! Loved the fully stocked kitchen and additional items provided for infants. Great amenities and property did not seem overcrowded. Also appreciated the extra cleaning items provided to try and combat COVID. Overall, great stay!

What an amazing property with amazing sunsets and views of the gulf. The condo was amazing with three king size beds, an amazing balcony with rocking chairs. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer property and owner’s, the Rogers! First class condo and process from rental, check-in and check out! We will definitely stay at this property again , if they will have us!😂😂

Took my children and grandchildren here as their Christmas presents. What a great time we had! The property was amazing and the check in / out process was super simple. There are plenty of "extra" amenities including beach toys, extra blankets, pillows, and even a play pen. We very much enjoyed are stay and will be returning (not soon enough, I'm sure). Thank you! It was perfect for our family!
