The house was great. The setting was beautiful. Everything was clean and the house was well stocked. It was the perfect family gathering place.

Beautiful cabin, very clean! Kitchen and large pantry space were perfect for our family cooking projects. The extensive game room was quite popular throughout the entire stay. Another high point was the gorgeous setting on the lake -- we came in November and the lake was totally quiet. We watched birds and wildlife from the decks and made use of the kayaks for exploratory outings. HIghly recommended.

Game room was supplied with everything you needed to play pool, ping pong And darts!!! The kitchen had condiments and other food that we never expected. We have rented many times before and never had supplies like that. Beds were very comfortable and the cove was very quiet!! Used the gas grill every night. Cons: Location was further than expected from grocery stores and highway. There were exposed nails on the deck but I told the property manager and he said they would be fixed!! Couldn’t figure out how to turn on the lights on the dock for night fishing. All in all our family of ten had a great time and time just flew by!!! The weather was perfect all week.

This place is amazing and a great place to spend a week on the lake. The house and amenities were great! The adults and kids enjoy everything about the house. This is definitely a place I would consider visiting again.

We had so much fun! This place really exceeded our expectations. We had grandkids from the ages of 5 to 14 yrs old. We never got bored between the rope swing, the slide, the kayaks and paddleboard not to mention all the activities inside the cabin. The theater room was awesome! The lake was never busy and we had fun boating too! The kitchen was also well stocked and we ate most of our meals in. Thanks for a wonderful stay! We look forward to coming again sometime.

Amazing property that more than met our needs for our annual family fishing trip. The driveway was extremely steep but warned in advance, we were able to park our trailers at the top and back our vehicles into the driveway. The dock easily accommodated our four boats and had outlets to charge our batteries. The stairs are great exercise but can be taxing for those with knee problems. Loved the cabin and would consider visiting again!

Everything was clean and had plenty of amenities. There was also plenty of space for the big family. Would definitely stay here again.

We had one older adult, 3x 50- somethings, 2 x 20- somethings, and five teens. Plus a dog. The game room and Jacuzzi were big hits, and the kitchen was very well stocked for all of us who love to cook! The surroundings were simply beautiful. I suggest taking a drive to the hike at Piney Falls… that was stunning. The owners/property managers made check in absolutely seamless. The fact that we could bring our dog was a big bonus! It was too chilly to swim or take advantage of the kayaks, but I would definitely love to return during months when that would be possible. We wished we could have used the fireplace inside, but understand the restrictions due to insurance purposes. The fire pit was down the hill too far for us to enjoy without leaving my mom behind, so we ended up not using it. If you have an older adult with you, that is something to be aware of. On the whole, we all really enjoyed the stay and would love to come again.

This cabin is spectacular! There were a few issues with the cabin that the owner contacted us prior to arrival to let us know about and was willing to do anything he could to help with the issues. Communication was great with the owner and the maintenance crew. Pros: Location - great location on the lake very close to the marina and in a small quiet cove. Lake wasn't very crowded and we never had an issue finding a good place to ski or tube. Lake temperature was good (we are big babies and don't like cold water we didn't have an issue at all). The owner of the marina was very nice and allowed us to pull our boat out the night before we left and leave it in their parking lot so we didn't have to pull the boat back to the house on the small curvy roads. Game room - pool table, darts, foosball, ping pong table, and arcade. Plenty to keep everyone entertained. Movie room - 5 electric recliner chairs stadium style with a nice TV, DVD player, and movies. This room also has 2 bunk beds in it. Master bedroom - comfortable bed and nice jacuzzi tub. Deck - very large overlooking the lake and dock, nice zero gravity lounge chairs, patio furniture, and gas grill. Dock - We had a 24 foot deck boat that fit great in the slip, enjoyed the kayaks and paddle board, and the water slide was a lot of fun. We hung out at the dock several times just floating in the cove and playing with everything. Hot tub - needed repairs but after they got it fixed worked good. One set of the jets were excellent and helped with sore muscles from skiing. Fire pit - we really enjoyed making s'mores, firewood was provided, nice having a fire right on the lake. Kitchen - Had everything you could need to cook and a good pantry for all your food. Second fridge in the garage which helped with the drinks. Amenities - There was a good amount of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, and dish liquid. Cons: Driveway - VERY steep! Couldn't imagine going down it during snow or ice. We had our boat trailer and was able to keep it on the property at the top of the driveway so really not an issue for us. Steps to the lake - there are a LOT of them! Really not sure it was a con since it was great exercise everyday. Distance to store - It's a drive to get to the grocery store so get everything you need on the first trip (of course we didn't). Overall we really enjoyed our vacation and the house. We had two families staying with kids ranging from 6-19, great time was had by all!

We had a wonderful stay. The cabin was perfect for our purposes. Just hanging out on the dock with the little kids was our favorite pastime. We highly recommend this beautiful place

This place was fantastic. Plenty of room and great entertainment for the kids. Only regret is that we didn't book for the summer. The cove and dock were nice. Cold outside with a little rain but still attempted to fish. Overall wonderful place.

We had been looking for a place to take our 6 kids and our parents. Ages 9 to 74. It had to be big enough for all 12 and have a great game room and a dock for our boat. This property had everything and more. It was full of pots and pans and dishes. The kids had games to play and loved the kayaks. Everyone had a great time and it was perfect. Super clean too!

The property was wonderful! The house was very well stocked on all items and the water toys were so much fun. I was informed after the listing that the jet skis were not available which was a bummer but I can honestly say we did not miss them much. The property was fairly secluded and we enjoyed jumping off the private dock, swimming, kayaking out to the larger portion of the lake. paddle boarding, and sitting out in the sun. We had a few fires out at the fire pit and coffee out on the deck in the morning. The game room was fun for all ages and we watched one of the provided movies in the theater chairs. There is much more I could say about the great fun we had while at this property. We stayed here for four days and never left the comfort of the cabin. :)

We loved our stay, the house was beautiful and so was the scenery. The weatherwaas perfect for swimming and hanging out on the lake. Unfortunately, we werent able to rent out the jet skis but had fun nonetheless. Lots of privacy. We all fit comfortably.

The cabin is spacious and accommodated 10 of us easily. We cooked all our meals in the cabin and loved eating it out on the deck. The activities were wonderful- the ping pong table, pool table, hot tub- not to mention the kayaks, paddleboats and jet skis! Great memories! Thank you!

If you've got 2-3 families and are looking for the house with everything, look no further! Our group of 8 (4 adults, 4 kids) had more than enough room & had the time of our lives during our stay. The house is large & very clean! The kitchen is well-equipped, the game room & theatre rooms are amazing & the dock, waterslide, kayaks & paddleboards got constant use during our stay (as did the pontoon that we rented from Blue Springs Marina...also highly recommended). The fishing was even good! We caught multiple bass in the 2-4lb range right off the dock in the mornings & evenings. At a couple of points, I reached out to Chris with questions related to our stay and he was extremely prompt, friendly & helpful with his responses. I've stayed at many vacation rentals over the years & the level of communication provided by Chris was among the best I've experienced! The only thing I'd recommend for others traveling in for a visit is to provision your food/drinks on the way. There isn't a grocery store very close by (I believe the closest was 17min away one way & it didn't look very big), so you might want to schedule a grocery pickup somewhere on your way. We did a large Walmart Grocery pickup for all of our week's supplies & picked them up about 50min away on our drive in. I highly recommend going that route, as we didn't have to leave once we arrived (other than on a quick boat ride to grab ice once). At the end of the day, we couldn't be happier with our choice to stay here & we're already looking at dates for next year. Thanks for an amazing time!

This property is so beautiful and IMMACULATE! It has everything you need to just show up and enjoy! The property manager was super helpful and easy to contact. We had a wonderful, relaxing vaca.

The place was a nice getaway for a family winter gathering. I was very spacious and had lots of different areas to hang out. It was nice being on the lake, and I can imagine that it would be wonderful during the summer when you can take advantage of water activities. We all enjoyed our stay.

We were looking for a cabin on the lake to get away from it all. We looked at Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, but these places are way too busy and not at all “peaceful”. We really enjoyed our stay and the paddle boats and kayaks were fabulous. Chris was very responsive and helpful. We will be back

The cabin is fantastic. The beds are comfortable. The games downstairs were actually maintained and useable (not many places can say that). We stayed during December and they even had a small Christmas tree which was a really nice surprise. Unfortunately, due to weather we couldn't make use of the water and toys. The driveway is STEEP, but fun if you're aware of that. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and other cooking needs. A great place that we would definitely stay at again.

Very easy process for first timers! The property manager was helpful and quick to respond. The property is very nice and has a great spot on the lake. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds and the entertainment options.

Our long time friend group hosted our 2nd annual “cabin trip” here. Very clean, beautiful place to stay! It fit all 16 of us comfortably. I would definitely recommend this place. No complaints!

Beautiful cabin in a nice secluded spot. Very clean and fully equipped for a fun weekend at the lake. Plenty of room even for a large group. Very convenient to Blue Springs Marina for boat rentals and Crows’s Nest Restaurant. Highly recommend this rental and definitely plan to come back.

Great house and great location on Watts Bar. Dock, boat slips, and all the toys were amazing. Our kids had a blast on the Lake and in the basement that was a kid wonderland. Adults enjoyed the beautiful back deck with all the outdoor seating. House has everything you need for a perfect weekend. Owners are very friendly and respond to questions extremely fast. They were extremely accommodating on a later check out. Highly recommend this property on Watts Bar. Everyone had a blast!

This house was the perfect location for my group of friends for a nice weekend away! We spent so much time on the lake Saturday and the boys loved the kayaks/paddleboards provided by the hosts. The kitchen had some supplies on the off chance we left things behind which was really nice. We spent our first night there utilizing the game room which included darts, ping pong, pool, etc.. Any issues or questions that I had prior to, during and after the trip, I went to the owners with as they occurred and I felt that they were quick in response and positive. I would highly recommend!

Love this property! Will definitely be back. We've gone on many cabin trips over the years and this is by far the best cabin we've stayed in!
