La casa è stata perfetta per le nostre esigenze. Comoda, un bel giardino per fare colazione la mattina e un bel terrazzo per la sera. Il mare sta letteralmente a 50 metri con una scelta di spiagge e rocce. Molto bella.

Nicht nur dass uns das Haus von der Familie vorgestellt wurde, es wurden auch viele goodies kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt wie zB Sonnenschirme und Decken. Man hat sich sehr bemüht ein reinliches Objekt zur Verfügung zu stellen und hat zeitnah auf Fragen reagiert und Hilfe angeboten. Ich würde jederzeit wieder diese Anlage buchen.

Der Kontakt ist sehr angenehm. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und bekamen noch Kulturelle Tipps. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist zweckmäßig, es fehlte an nichts! Einkaufen und die kulinarische Versorgung ist fußläufig ohne Probleme erreichbar. Der spät Check-out war auch kein Problem. Vielen Dank für alles und weiter so 👍.

We had a lovely stay in Pittulongu. The house was great with everything we needed and the beach only a short 5 minute walk away. The location was great with some good restaurants within walking distance while having good access to other parts of the island by car. The hosts were great and very accommodating. Only negative was that we were surprised to have to pay an €80 cleaning fee and €10 per person for towels on arrival. We expected this to be included in the rental cost as it was not outlined in the listing.

Appartamento pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort. Buona posizione, situato a pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia del Pellicano e a pochi minuti di macchina da Olbia, da Golfo degli Aranci e da altre bellissime spiagge della costa. Parcheggio privato interno, bel giardino con amaca e splendida terrazza ventilata da cui si sente il rumore del mare. buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Paolo nos trató fenomenal, muy atento para todo lo que necesitamos. La casa tiene de todo, lo mejor la terraza y el jardín. Ideal para grupos o familias. Sin duda repetiríamos.

We had a lovely time visiting Pittulongu for a week in mid April. I think we were the first guests in the house for the season, and the place was clean and just as described in the ad. The summer heat was not yet present, so the house felt a bit coldish in the evenings. But that was no problem as there is an adjustable heater in the livingroom. The place is well equipped and suited our group of 3 adults and 3 kids perfect. I have nothing but good things to say about the host Paolo who always answered our questions promptly. I also would advice any visitor to rent a car to be able to do the necessary shopping without having to rely on the buses. A la prossima, Pittulongu!

Die Ferienwohnung entsprach der Beschreibung. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Hauskomplex mit 4 Wohnungen. Zu unserem Reisezeitpunkt war die Wohnung nebenan belegt, wobei wir vermuten dass es sich nicht um eine Ferienwohnung handelt sondern um normale Mieter oder Besitzer. Die Wohnung ist etwas hellhörig so dass man von den Nachbarn einiges mitbekommt, aber alles im normalen Rahmen. Das Grundstück ist von Büschen und Bäumen eingefasst, sodass es nicht wirklich Meerblick auf der Terasse gibt. Man kann das Meer aber zumindest "erahnen". Die grosse überdachte Terasse ist wirklich sehr schön und man verbringt die meiste Zeit dort. Wir hatten an 2 Tagen so schlechtes Wetter( Sturm,Starkregen) dass die Terasse dann doch nicht nutzbar war, da Wasser durch die Überdachung tropfte, bei normalem leichten Regen ist dass aber kein Problem. Muss man sich bei schlechtem Wetter im Haus aufhalten stellt man doch fest dass es sehr dunkel im Haus ist, die Energiesparlampen geben da nur gedämpftes Licht, und grosse Fensterflächen fehlen. Die Wohnung ist in einem gepflegtem Zustand und es ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Betten waren für unseren Geschmack etwas zu hart, aber das ist natürlich Geschmackssache. Mit der Küche kann man sich auch arrangieren, es gibt einen Gasherd mit Elektroofen und einen Geschirrspüler. Küchenutemsilen und Geschirr sind genügend vorhanden. Die Einrichtung ist insgesamt maritim/rustikal. Die Vermieter sind hilfsbereit, sollte etwas fehlen kann man jederzeit anrufen , war bei uns aber nicht notwendig. Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte bei Anreise direkt am Haus inklusive kurzer Einweisung . Man kann zu Fuß 1 sehr kleinen und 2 etwas größere Strände erreichen. Zu unserem Zeitpunkt waren diese allerdings auf Grund der Wetterlage nicht so richtig nutzbar, da sehr viel Seegras angespült war. Ein weiterer sehr schöner großer Strand befindet sich im Norden von Pittulongu, ca 5min mit dem Auto. Wegen des feuchten Wetters gab es sehr viele Mücken. Das Haus hat komplett Mückengitter an Fenstern und Türen. Der Ort selber ist sehr ruhig. In 250m Entfernung gibt es ein sehr gutes kleines Restaurant ( Bar Bolla) und in ca 500m eine ordentliche Pizzeria. Wir können die Wohnung empfehlen für einen ruhigen Familienurlaub.

Sehr ruhige Lage, Zentral für Motorradfahrer und Badeurlaub sehr gut geeignet ! Haus ist sauber und Vermieter sehr Gastfreundlich! Gerne wieder!

Le gite est pafait tres propre et tres bien equipe. La clim est la bienvenue par grosse chaleur. Le premier lieu de baignade est a 30 secondes a pied la grande plage de bados a 200 metres et surtout paolo vous accueille comme des amis n hesitez pas a le consulter sur les ballades et lieu gastronomique il donne de tres bon conseils ( sur cabu abbas ) Je compte bien retourner dans ce gite l annee prochaine

Die Wohnung wurde etwas zu gut beschrieben. Bis auf Kleinigkeiten die fehlten, konnte man sich mit ein bisschen Improvisationstalen,einiges herrichten. Beispielsweise kl. Möbel umstellen, eine Ablage mit einem Stuhl fürs Bad herstellen, usw. Alles nicht dramatisch, aber anders erwartet. Der Kontakt m. dem Vermieter klappte gut. Nachdem wir ihm am zweiten Tag mitgeteilt hatten, das wir doch gerne für 4 Personen auch 4 Liegen hätten, brachte er uns diese dann am nächsten Tag. Schade war, das es von der Terrasse keinen (wie angekündigt) Meerblick gab.

Nearest supermarket is 5km away. We have walked one way and the other way we’re struggling as there were no buses. Finally one of the local people gave us a lift ! We have plenty of memories from Pittulongu. Place to visit that we highly recommend is Bar Bolla (about 200 meters away) .

Schöne, ruhige und saubere Ferienwohnung in Strandnähe, jedoch ohne direkte Sicht auf den kleinen Badestrand. Die Betten sind gut, die Küchenausstattung etwas unüberlegt (von einigem zuviel, anderes fehlt), aber gut brauchbar, der Gasherd tipptopp! Die grosse Terrasse ist toll, die Gartendusche sehr praktisch.

We really loved the house, it was spacious, cool and only few steps from a little rocky beach (perfect for a morning swimming). The owners, Mrs Gina and Mr Paolo were very kind and helpful. If You want to try local food, they will tell You where to go to. We spent Our time on two amazing beaches with stunning views. One of the beach is about 200-250 meters from the house and the second (most beautiful in my opinion) is about 500 meters. "The Day of the Arrival was a bit crazy, because we got there on Sunday Evening. At the Airport in Olbia, we took the bus to the center and realized that we missed the last bus (19.00!!) to Pitulongu. By deciding to walk from the center to the house, we made a bit mistake because we couldn't take the road near the coast. In the end we lost the way. Then we called the owner Paolo, who was really awesome and greatfull to seek after us. Than he drove us to the house. That was totally nice and noble. After this stressful turn we finally could enjoy this wonderfull residence, with an awsome outlook to the coast and the cultivated green garden. He was that friendly to bring us some linen, towels and wine! The rooms, the kitchen, bath- and restroom were arranged tastefully. The modern equipment and the antique furniture underlined the comfortable and homely atmosphere. All in all the landscape and the neigbourhood was verry nice. But for the next time we deffinitely would rent a car to reach more destinations comfortablely and spontanously. Manny thanx and greatings to the family, the best hosts i ever met.
