We never could get the television in the second bedroom to come on.

Excellent choice if you want to stay near the Long Beach Convention Center or Downtown Long Beach. Very Secure Building. The owner met us at check in and I now understand why. The building is extremely secure. You have to have a key fob to enter at all points (entry garage, elevators, public doors...)The area is a bit noisy (big city street noise). I packed a "noise machine" and had no problem sleeping with the windows opened. Love the wrap around balcony in the living room and the private balcony off the master bedroom. Large bedrooms with plenty of space. Overall very comfortable. We look forward to returning.

Perfect location, nice 2 bed condo, and it's definitely priced right. For our purposes we made a good choice but luxury as the description, not exactly if you truly do need luxury. Check-in is not contactless so if you require that, it's not. Face to face interaction was a standard part of the process. Owner was super nice, quick to reply and provided great direction and detail. A few niceties like a Keurig, additional toilet paper (we had to stop for refills) and enough towels for 4 guests to go 3 days would be perfect. Some towels are provided, but w daily showers we had to run a load. Definitely not the end of the world but with the popularity of rentals, TP, towels and K cups have become standard. Shampoo and body wash are provided in both showers. Do yourself a favor and take the one-hour ferry to Catalina Island. Absolute heaven! This day trip definitely elevated our stay in Long Beach. And (if you're still reading) Ellie's Italian was chill on the cover BUT one of thee best Italian meals we've ever had, including in New York. Delish! And Christian was down to earth and friendly. Enjoyed hanging out - Ellie's seems like a neighborhood gem. We really enjoyed our brief time in Long Beach.

We had a wonderful stay at Ken's condo in Long Beach! It was clean, spacious, comfortable and Ken is a wonderful host. We stayed here for a meeting at the convention center, which was only a 5-10 min walk depending on which end you needed to go to. All of our colleagues were envious that we had a full apartment while they were staying in smaller (and expensive) hotel rooms. It's also about a 10 min walk to the beach, the Vons grocery store and local restaurants, which were all perfect. We highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a nice stay in Long Beach.

Very clean quiet property with great location. We are a family of four with two littles from the PNW and started our cruise vacation early by spending the weekend in Long Beach. Enjoyed how so many activities are within walking distance since we didn’t rent a car. The fully stocked kitchen was very helpful for meals and snacks for the kids. Beds were very comfy and the washer dryer in the unit was a life saver! Vons is a few blocks away and Rose Park coffee is across the street for morning espresso and treats. The outside pool is heated which the kids enjoyed. Concierge service was also very helpful for information. The owner Ken was also very responsive to our needs. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Ken was very helpful with all of his communication before and during the stay. Enjoyed the harbor view, size of the condo, comfortable and clean furnishings, well stocked Kitchen, well secured parking structure, and proximity to so many wonderful restaurants and the aquarium. Beds were very comfortable and the linens were very high quality and as soft as any of the 5 star hotels that we have stayed at. Very impressed and will stay here the next time we are in the area.

Spent the weekend here with my daughter. We loved being able to walk everywhere and the view was amazing. The property was clean and we had all the amenities we needed. A huge bonus for me was safe, secure, onsite parking with a designated parking spot. We will definitely be staying again.

The condo is well furnished with 2 full bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, family room, laundry room and 3 well sized tvs. The condo gym is well equipped and conveniently located on the main level. The condo is located near Von’s grocery store where you can pick up all your needs. The condo is close to the waterfront/activities/beach/restaurants/Pike outlet mall. I would highly recommend this condo if you plan to enjoy what Long Beach has to offer!

This property is even better in person than the photos. It had exactly what we needed and more. Location was perfect. Ken was so helpful and thorough. This will be my go to accommodation in Long Beach. So much better than the local hotel options and way more homie and convenient. Loved the building and amenities. Used the gym. Easy access to all things downtown and on the water.

The wrap around patio was a hit for us. Attended the reggae festival across the way and it was so convenient to walk and even watch the event from our location. The views are amazing! Lots of places to walk to, including the aquarium where we took our kids on our down time. Ken was very communicative. A few concerns we had with minor things, such as battery replacements, but all was taken cared of.

Very nice apartment. Bright, comfortable. Good views from balcony. Check in was a bit weird. Owner needed to meet us in the basement garage to show us where to park and take us to the apartment. Got a call from him on our way from LAX asking when we would arrive. We were sightseeing on our way. Kind of weird he wanted us to arrive at a specific time. Other than that everything was fine. Lots of places to walk to.

The property owner was very helpful in our arrival by guiding us through the details of the parking garage and the apartment. The location is wonderful. The pictures online are very accurate. There is so much right in the neighborhood, that it is not necessary to go anywhere else. The concierges were so friendly and polite. The elevator is convenient and fast. The washer and dryer are hugely important. The two baths and two bedrooms are wonderful. There are plenty of different options for restaurants in walking distance The beach is a short walk from the property. The pool, hot tub and open deck area are easily accessible. The gymnasium area is well equipped.

We had an Infiniti vehicle that would not fit in the parking ramp. No where in ad does it mention a parking ramp of any type. It was very hard to park even on upper level in compact spaces. Toilet wouldn’t stop running, no paper towels, leaking bidit onto bathroom floor. Location was great to walk to the beach. Very dirty area on the streets/beach.

The property was in a great location and within walking distance to restaurants, grocery store and Marina. The building is secure and has a concierge at the front entrance. Good location for going to beaches, Universal Studios, and other things to do in LA County.

Family Vacation
This property is exactly as described and depicted in the pictures and description! The private gated parking garage made our family feel safe and secure. The condo is a short walking distance from the beach, restaurants, a grocery store and my favorite - Starbucks!! We were only a short drive (depending on traffic) from Los Angeles, Disneyland and Santa Monica. Overall, it was a great experience! The owner, Ken was just a phone call/text message away and my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time there!
