This was a beautiful home tucked into the trees but just minutes from Granby Ranch. The home was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The views were amazing. Andy was great to work with. The only thing worth noting was the driveway was steep so a 4x4 vehicle was helpful in the snow and ice. Will definitely be back!

This home is perfect for a family that wants good private space but also a gathering spot for the whole family. This is our third time we renting this home and it is well equipped and the manager is very responsive and provides all the helpful information.

Great rental at a reasonable price, close proximity to wonderful winter recreation opportunities along the Grand Lake to Winter park corridor. Amazing views, well-stocked rental, some really nice features like heated floors, board games, well-equipped kitchen, heated garage. Steep driveway was somewhat tricky, glad to have had snow tires. The e-documents sent introducing the property seemed to have conflicting instructions regarding check-out procedures for linens and towels, but no big deal. We had a wonderful family trip to this property and will consider booking the exact same property for a similar vacation next winter.

The property had an excellent layout with lots of space and plenty of sleeping room for our large party. The owner was quick to respond when we ran out of toilet paper and didn't hesitate to bring us more plus extra items we might be low on. The only thing that I took points off for was that the listing, when we booked it, stated there were 5 bedrooms when in actuality there were only 4. This ended up not being a big deal as the communal space was large enough to accommodate us. Overall, a very nice stay!

This was our 2nd time to stay at this property. We booked it again as we absolutely loved it the first time, but this time seemed different. It was as if the owners/caretakers changed and didn’t care anymore. The house was so dirty when we arrived that we had to spend time vacuuming and cleaning things, a maid came by and looked at house while there and offered follow up clean that did not happen, hot tub no longer available for use but was told “under maintenance by owner”. Such a pretty house but doesn’t seem to be cared for the same this time. Thank you for the memories x 2 regardless

Overall it’s a fabulous location and full of amenities and space! We had a great time. House is well equipped with blankets, extra bedding, housewares, and basics. Guests should be aware you will need a 4wd vehicle because the driveway is super steep and is difficult to get in and out along with the slope of the surround roads. Also, there is a basement perfect for kids and families but the television didn’t work for more than 15/20 mins at a time. Also, the house isn’t listed with a hot tub but there is one on property but it’s locked and not currently accessible. If you’re grocery shopping there is a plastic bag fee as of 1/2023 so be aware or use the extra bags in the pantry and leave for others to reuse after you. There are only 2 plastic shovels and one metal and it was not that helpful. Our family member brought an ice pick for the driveway which was way more helpful. Maybe the homeowner can add one to the property?

The house and location were great

We loved this spot for our pre-Thanksgiving annual celebration. The drive to and from was beautiful, the location was fun - quiet in the small town of Granby, but quick drives to both Winter Park and Grand Lake were part of our trip and while we were too early in the season to ski at Granby Ranch I’m certain that would be fun too. The house is very comfortable, has a nice separation between the main floor and the basement. We had college kids that played on their gaming system in the basement while we watched movies & sporting events on the main floor. The bedrooms were very nice and very comfortable as well. We had a couple of small needs while in the home and the owners were very prompt in returning our messages and taking care of what was needed. We hope to return to this great home. Thanks!

We stayed from Friday thru Monday at this lovely mountain home. Huge spaces for everyone (all bedrooms had their own bathrooms). We had 3 teens who especially enjoyed the ping pong table - as well as the adults. So nice with the extra TV's as well. Large decks with amazing views! Kitchen was well equipped with nothing missing for cooking and baking. Huge table for everyone to enjoy a meal together as well as playing games together - this family enjoys their games! We loved our stay at this location. It’s spaced out with several beds and every room has its own restroom which is great! The heated floors were a great bonus. Andy and company provided everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The view from the back porch is an absolute beauty.

My family stayed at Andy's property at the peak of fall colors. It was so beautiful and we enjoyed our stay very much. We had plenty of space, home was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Close to Granby, Grand Lake and Winter Park - perfect location for lots of outdoor activities. Andy was very accommodating and always responded if we had any questions. I would recommend this property and would stay again!

We had a fantastic weekend at this house. Great location right by golf and not far from the lakes. The house is well outfitted and very comfortable, especially with a large group. Check in/check out was easy- I appreciated there wasn't an over-exhaustive check out procedures as I have had at some places. Great host, great house. Highly recommend for your stay in Granby!

We had a great time. The place was clean. It is close to Rocky Mountain national park and winter park. Plenty of activities close by.

Spacious retreat in hills 5 minutes outside Granby, CO. Perfect for 8 adults, accommodates 10 with comfortable bunk bed in downstairs space. Small decks outside every bedroom and main floor dining room. Close to hiking, biking, skiing, water sports. Great kitchen and living room (lounge chairs and sofa only accommodate 6 in living room but you can easily bring more in). Very responsive owners.

We loved this home and all it had to offer. Our host was very accommodating when we contacted him with a question. Every room was perfect and very quiet. We loved gathering and cooking in the evening and sitting on the deck. Beautiful views and perfect location to experience all we wanted to do! Grocery store was very close. We will return in the future!

Our family of 10 ranging in age from 2-66 years old spent a week together at this house. The space, layout, and amenities were great. There was plenty of room for everyone, the kitchen was supplied like no other, and the location was great. The owner was great answering any and all questions. I would definitely suggest this place to others.

Like many of the reviews, this cabin is perfect and well equipped to handle a large group. The way the cabin is designed, the kids can go downstairs and play ping pong and sleep in the oversized bunk beds built to the wall. Two kids can fit on each of those beds or you can pull out mattress under the bunk beds for little ones that can't climb the ladder. By having the basement rec room you are able to isolate the noise from the kids as they are having fun playing ping pong or their electronic games, while upstairs the adults can have conversations or play cards/games on the big dining room table. The other thing that helps with noise transference is the construction of this cabin is sound. Once you close the bedroom door you can take a nap in peace. The other nice feature of this home is the number of full bathrooms either located as part of the bedroom or right outside it which gives much privacy for everyone. We had plenty of hot water for our large group. Kitchen is very well equipped with plates, glasses, utensils, and it even had plates, cups, and utensils for smaller kids. The refrigerator is very large and holds a lot of food because of all the compartments. You can cook indoors or use the outdoor gas grill. The laundry/mud room off the garage is a large room where you can keep lots of your supplies and gear before entering the house. This room has many hooks for hanging ski pants and coats in this area. Not only is the cabin beautiful inside, but outside the scenic views are incredible and look out on the valley and the lights twinkle at night from the city of Granby. The cabin is conveniently located for Grand Lake, Fraser, Tabernash, Winter Park. Three families can feel very comfortable in the place and not on top of each other and there is plenty of parking with the garage and driveway. Less than 5 minutes from Ski Granby Ranch. We had many great memories here and we'll be back!

This property was perfect for my large family. It was very comfortable, spacious and well maintained. We will be back next year for a 3rd time. Big thanks to a wonderful host.

We had a family of 10 (5 adults, 5 kids). The house was equipped with EVERYTHING we needed for cooking, toiletries, paper goods, etc. It may have been leftover from a previous group but we didn’t need to purchase much! We were bummed to see the hot tub locked, as this was a major reason to book this particular VRBO, but we kept busy with all the snow activities so it ended up not being a big deal. The house is 20 minutes to Winter Park/Fraser. Very quick drive and a beautiful one! There’s a market right by the house to grab everything you need if you intend to cook. Lots of liquor stores in the area. Each bedroom was very comfortable, and the kids loved the bunk rooms. We had a blast sliding in the snow right outside the house. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back to this beautiful home. Oh! The floors are heated and it is LOVELY!!!! Also the showers are heaven. Hot, hot water and so many shower heads!!! We literally discussed around the large family table that this house was just perfect in every way. We had an amazing vacation and we will never forget it. This house added so much to our fun time, and we are forever grateful for the wonderful stay! Now, when can we book for all the summer activities in the area!? :)

This was our second visit to this house, we also stayed last year. The group we went with loved it so much last year we hoped to book it about this year. We did get it booked and our stay was just as nice as the one from last year. The house was nice and warm when we got there. It was also very clean. We are already starting plans for next year. It is nice not to worry about where we are staying and hoping everyone in the group liked it, thank you for removing that worry.

Spacious house on a hillside overlooking a valley. Generously sized rooms, comfortable furniture, well appointed kitchen, radiant heat throughout make for a very comfortable stay. Good wifi, smart TVs allow streaming / working remotely. No complaints, would definitely stay again when in town.
