Beautiful, welcoming home in a great location. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Home was spotlessly clean, had great patio and lovely sunny garden. We are already planning our next stay.

It is a beautiful place in a good location it had everything we needed.

We enjoyed our stay so much! The house is beautifully decorated and so much effort has been put in to make it the best stay for guests. Everything you need is there, the beds are so comfortable and rooms are so cozy. Communication was 100% and Annette, went out of her way to make us feel at home. Annette, thank you so much for making our Christmas special with the wonderful gift and the cutest decorations! We will be back for sure!!!

Loved it there. Spacious, green, comfortable beds, awesome shower, dog friendly, air coned in every room, everything provided, 2 living rooms. The host was lovely to deal with. No wonder people returned again and again. 10 out of 10. Thank you so much! Couldn’t find anywhere better at the price. Loved it!

The house was immaculately cleaned. It smelled nice when I walked in and it’s big and spacious. It’s about a 4 min drive to the Main Street and 2 mins to the jetty. The bathroom has a bath and ensuit a double shower with rain shower head. Unfortunately I wouldn’t stay here again because I found the bed extremely uncomfortable 😔 very very hard and so I couldn’t sleep, and in the morning had severe back and neck pain. And the pantry was fully stacked but the jatz crackers were opened, and the other packet of crackers expired in 2021. Minor details, but for this I give it 4 stars. If you don’t mind hard beds you will absolutely love this house :)

Met all our expectations, conveniently located

From start to finish an easy and enjoyable process. Communication with Annette was exceptional and everything was just as described or better. The house is on point, big and breezy clean and neat as a pin. Nicely appointed with everything you need for your stay. A gift on arrival was an unexpected surprise and a nice touch. Honesty couldn't fault our stay. We will be back to stay again, just a shame we had to go home. 11 out of 10.

Our 1st holiday stay away with our fur baby. Excellent home. Pet Friendly and super garden area for our Daisy fully dog proof. Very quiet area close to beach and General Store. Home was super clean and you want for nothing. Excellent communication with home owner and credit to owner for such a well equiped home.

Title says it all. Could not fault the house and the communication from the host was great. We had a great stay.

I stayed at The Boat House in Moonta Bay with my mini-schnauzer Daisy. Payment and checking in and out is very quick and easy with the Stayz app. The property is located on a quiet cul-du-sac. The house was exactly as advertised: well presented, clean and comfortable with everything that you may need to make your stay enjoyable. The bed in the main bedroom was amazing - I haven't slept that well in years 😁! The enclosed back garden is a good size for playing chasey, zoomies, soaking up the sun and stargazing. Vehicles can be parked in the carport. A short walk takes you to the beautiful long open beach. We also followed the footpath running along the beach to Port Hughes. Shops are a short drive away Annette was very accommodating and quick to answer my questions, and I wish we could have stayed longer. We really enjoyed our stay and would very much like to visit again soon. Maybe next time we'll bring the rest of the family!😁

Annette was a lovely host! So friendly and the communication was amazing!! Upon arrival all four boys were so excited to get in! The house was super clean and smelt AMAZING our entire stay! Everything we needed was there! It really did feel like home away from home!! We can’t wait to be back for a longer stay 🙂

The house was very well equipped & spotless. The assortment of kitchen appliances was amazing, we only hoped for a kettle & toaster but found so much more. The beds were very comfortable & cozy. Our two night there was way too short & we intend to return for a longer stay. The only downside was the damp,windy weather.

Great location, was a short 2min drive to beaches and splash park. Price was affordable. House was stocked with everything you could need. Able to park our car in garage. A bit of dog fur from previous stay but otherwise clean enough. Mattresses were comfortable for all the family. Some games and DVDs were enjoyed. Clothes line was handy to dry bathers/towels. Overall, yes likely to return.

Excellent!

This is the second time we have stayed here and our view hasn't. This is a lovely place for family and friends to share. The rooms and amenities are great and the backyard perfect for games. We discovered the joy of cornhole and finska. While not having absolute beach frontage, it is just a quick walk away.
