In Orlando for volleyball tournament. Great location and plenty of room for our family of 7.

Very clean, well equipped. I have stayed at many townhomes in Windsor Hills and this is right up there!

All in all we had a great stay. Small hiccup at the gate on arrival but quickly resolved. Nice resort with amenities for all ages. Good location with easy access to convention center, disney springs, parks etc. Would stay again in the future.

Good value for the price. House could use a fresh coat of paint and some new towels but overall it was a good place to come back to at the end of a busy day at the Disney parks. The location can’t be beat!

The property is dated, but clean. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed that each room had its own bathroom. The neighborhood was safe, quiet and close to everything. A good value for the money.

Great budget place to stay while visiting Orlando, especially the Disney parks. The parks are within 12-20 minutes away (depending on which one). There is a bit to do within the resort itself, including the "backyard" private pool (the water is quite cold, so opt for heating if you plan on using it). You do have the heated common pool within the resort, with a hot tub, slides and a splash pad. The unit itself has barebones amenities, incl. the kitchen which had enough utensils/pots/pans but no cooking oil (maybe due to COVID rules?). We bought some and left it for the next guest(s). They do have ample pillows and duvets/sheets, and TV in each room of the house. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Safety was high - felt quite safe and secure within the resort. There was not enough toilet paper and wash pods provided for an 8-day stay, but the owner was super nice, apologetic and very accommodating with quick communication. He tried to rectify any situations within his control. Definitely recommend staying here!

We enjoyed our 6 night stay, the kids enjoyed the pool and the splash area. This property was close to Disney as well as many shops.

The location of the property was amazing to get to Disney World quickly and easily! Aside from the beds being slightly uncomfortable we enjoyed out stay.

This property was clean and effective for what we needed it to be. I was happy with the price and what I got for the price! We loved the little pool attached.

Great stay! place could use a few updates but other then that everything was amazing. the townhome is very close to the water park about a 5 min walk. Walmart 5 min away. quite neighborhood. host made check in very easy and always super fast at replying to any concerns we had. my family enjoyed our stay alot and will be back very soon.

We stayed in this unit for 12 days and 11 nights. Location of the unit was great for Walt Disney World and all the attractions Orlando has to offer. The kids loved both the plunge pool and bigger pool for the complex. The walk to the big pool for the complex was just a short walk from this unit. The layout of this unit was really spacious. We had three adults and two kids in this unit and we felt like we had plenty of room to sit, relax and be together as a family. The kids loved having their own tv in the Mickey Mouse bedroom. The owner was very responsive to any needs or questions we had. Overall, a good vacation home and a great price.

Clean home, benefit of personal pool in backyard. Located near the parks and many other restaurants and shops. We will stay at this property again when we return to Disney!

Really enjoyed having the private pool! If you're looking for a good night's sleep, this isn't it as the beds are extremely uncomfortable, but the setup of the house was convenient with each bedroom having an attached full bathroom. There are plenty of (large) bath towels, but no wash cloths. We arrived late and didn't expect to have to run to Walgreens to grab loofahs (Walmart was already closed). Parking is a bit confusing as there is only room for one vehicle and the neighbors were taking our spot, but we just parked on the side and called it a day. We did run into some trouble with the back door, but Management responded and resolved everything very quickly (within the hour). Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again if the beds were more comfortable.

Perfect for our family of 5 with young kids!

Our trip was nothing short of amazing! We loved everything! It was clean, spacious, and close to all the parks! The management and owners of the condo are wonderful as well! Highly highly recommend!!!!

Myself and daughter, along with 2 of her cheer teammates and moms stayed for their nationals competition at ESPN! The location was perfect, close enough that we could drop them off with their coaches and come back to the house and relax a little! The space was perfect for the 6 of us and had everything we could've possibly needed! The owner responded very quickly when we had issues with the patio foot and had someone there within 2 hours to fix it! We also had trouble using the keycode (user error) and he texted to make sure we got in send gave is some pointers! We would definitely stay here again when/if we return for Nationals!

Really enjoyed our stay at Windsor Hills Resort!! The home was spacious, well equipped and more than met our needs. The only drawback is the heavy traffic in the area.

Everything was perfect

The property was clean and accurately described. It’s a great location close to Disney and not too far to Universal. In fact, had we know how nice the Windsor Hills resort was, we would have planned more “rest days” from the parks to stay and enjoy the resort.

I would return to this property. The manager was quick to reach out and accept feedback. My children and family had an enjoyable stay.

We really enjoy having our private pool at the house. Kids have fun.

Had a wonderful time at this property. It felt like a second home from the moment we walked into it! We felt very safe and secure being in the Windsor Hills community and would easily stay here again! I only wish we could've stayed longer. No problems while staying here and the amenities were as expected. I really appreciated that we had an email from the owner the day after we arrived to see how we were settling in! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

We had a great vacation at Windsor Hills. Love the clubhouse, pool, fitness center, the fact that it is gated and the owner and property manager we’re easily accessible. Plenty of room and loved that there was a bathroom for everyone, kids liked the little pool at the Townhouse but the showstopper was the pool at the club house! Felt super safe and loved being able to park right at the front door of the townhouse. I’m use to a pillow top mattress so the beds were too firm for us and the couch has seen better days but nothing that really kept us from getting the rest we needed for 4 days of amusement parks! I loved being able to do our laundry everyday so I didn’t have to dread that part of going home to loads and loads. Kitchen had everything we needed except a pizza cutter. Loved the soaking tub in the master and stand up shower on 1st floor. Water was hot and very good water pressure. This is our 2nd stay at Windsor Hills, if we ever come back to Kissimmee/Orlando area I would stay there again. I wanted to recommend Discovery Cove and the Dolphin swim experience also. It was amazing! I would bring swim shoes or go to Five Below or Walmart to get some before going to Discovery Cove or Aquatica. I would suggest if you like to cuddle on the couch to bring a couple of throw blankets. There is a large pantry with a high chair and a small stroller inside there and 3 pool towels in the upstairs hall closet. I had a small electronic scooter/wheelchair delivered to our room and kept it all week for the parks. (Recent back surgery). I used Gold Mobility and they were excellent if anyone needs that service. Windsor Hills also provides a list of restaurants that deliver with their phone numbers but the clubhouse has great food and icees if you just want something by the pool.

Nice and clean had everything we needed for our 6 night stay .had a little trouble checking in contacted owner he had the problem fixed with in 10 minute.my kids loved the pool in the back and the community pool and water slide would definitely stay again

Happy with my families stay

My family and I stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed every bit of it. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were very clean and comfortable. The amenities of the resort were awesome! The kids enjoyed being able to swim at any time of day or night. We would definitely stay here again!
