My two Sisters and I were EXTREMELY HAPPY with Charles and Paula's Cottage in Eastham. Loved meeting them on one of our walks around the neighborhood. Beautiful views of the water from several rooms, and just steps from the Beach. The cottage is well stocked, very clean, and the beds are comfortable. The area is quiet, yet close to rte. 6 for convenience. We rode out Tropical Storm Nicole like 3 kids, then ran down to the beach to catch another glorious Sunset. Would definitely recommend this charming cottage to anyone looking to spend time at The Cape. Thank you Charles and Paula! Nancy, Lori and Barbara

This property is immediately adjacent to Campground Beach. The ocean is visible from several locations in the house. While the kitchen and bath are small, the 3 bedrooms are good size. The window air conditioners are a big plus during the height of the summer. However, we found that the breeze of the water did a great job keeping the house cool during our stay. There is lots of room available in the 3-season room and on the deck. We love the Cape and Eastham in particular.

Beautiful views, great area to take long walks, close to restaurants and stores and very private and quiet.

Great location with easy access to bay and ocean beaches. Beautiful sunsets!

Great week at the Cape with excellent bay access location. Very small bathroom (outside shower saved the day) and kitchen but perfect for 2 and a very clean unit.

Clean house close to the Bay with a nice sunny deck and breezes off the bay. Choice of a public or private beach a short walk away.

We really enjoyed our stay here. In late April it was as quiet as could be! The hosts are very responsive and helpful. The location is perfect for exploring the entire Cape, and it is quite close to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, which we thoroughly enjoyed biking. The view of the bay from the deck and one of the second floor bedrooms is wonderful, and being able to walk a few steps to the Bay beach (for sunset) is great. We also really appreciated the very well-equipped kitchen since we cooked all of our meals. One note: The stairs to the 2 second floor bedrooms are very steep, so they could be a challenge for those who are not so nimble. (Bathroom is on first floor.) We actually ended up moving down to the very comfortable first floor bedroom after the first night.

The house was adorable and cozy! Exactly what our family of four needed for a getaway. Walked to the beach in less than a minute. Plenty of space and very clean. Looking forward to booking again.

Amazing get away! Charles and Paula were great hosts! Spacious house , with comfy beds, kitchen full of what you need and a deck with a grill and plenty of seating - shaded or sunny (open up the umbrella for shade!) We felt like we had our own private bird sanctuary behind us - we were entertained every morning!! Couldn’t believe how close we were to the beach, we just grab our towels and walked over to Campground beach for a swim - yes, even in May the water was warm enough, in a refreshing way! And, then came back and rinsed off in the outdoor shower. Located close enough to route 6, to restaurants and to take a day trip to P- Town or Chatham. We did both! Loved everything the house had to offer and can’t wait to come back!!

Loved this cottage. The location is perfect for proximity to the beach. The cottage is furnished comfortably and has a real Cape feel. We had a wonderful time and would love to return. Just a couple of things that could be mentioned in the listing. Make it clear that if you like to cook, there are no condiments or spices, aside from salt and pepper. Otherwise there are adequate supplies of cooking utensils and pots and pans. Bar soap was also not provided for the shower and should be mentioned in the description.

This was our first getaway since the start of the pandemic. While I felt a bit nervous to book a trip, this ended up to be perfect. The cottage is fantastic. The location is excellent. A perfect getaway. Being off season, it was very quiet and serene at the cottage. But even on season, the layout of the property would allow for privacy. The cottage itself was so sweet. There were water views from many vantage points. The porch, deck, and multiple sitting areas were awesome. The kitchen had everything you might need. While the bathroom was small, there is a large outdoor shower. The downstairs bed, where my husband and I stayed, was extremely comfortable. The view from upstairs was beautiful. There was heat for the days we needed it. The only slight issue we had was the lock box for the house key. It was hard to unlock upon arrival, and even harder to lock back up upon departure. A very minor glitch in a fantastic, perfect getaway. Highly recommended!!

With COVID still looking, we wanted an easy getaway that would allow us to still social distance but feel like we were on vacation. This cottage was perfect. Right at the beach with tons to do. While it was too cold to be a beach vacation, we biked in the National Seashore, walked around Provincetown, visited lighthouses and had quality family time. I would definitely rent again!

We stayed here for a long weekend and it was lovely. We only wish the weather had been warmer and drier so we could enjoy the deck. The view from the upstairs bedroom and location were both fantastic. One note - I think the photos here might be outdated as there are actually two double beds in the upstairs bedroom rather than a twin (so don't bring twin sheets like we did!).

What a wonderful, charming, accommodating cottage! We absolutely adored our stay. The kitchen was well stocked. The home was very clean! The bedrooms were spacious. There is a beautiful beach within a very short walking distance (minutes). The location is perfect. Five stars all around!

Lovely Cozy little cottage for a peaceful getaway. Good suggestions on the frig door for local take out. Be sure to bring your spices with you, if planning to cook. All the essential hardware is available including the lobster pot! Cozy beds.
