The check in was smooth except the bedrooms had puddles of water on the floor from condensation coming from the AC units. Although that was an easy fix since the unit supplied a mop and bucket. The first night, I reported the shower head in the main bathroom did not work and the handheld showerhead was leaking. The property manager immediately responded but never sent anyone to fix it even tho we had a 3 night stay. The view from the unit balcony was beautiful. It felt like we were on a cruise ship while watching the sunset. But the listing displayed direct beach access which was deceiving since the beach was so eroded that the entrance to the beach was unaccessible. No one can control mother nature, but the unit description shouldn't include, "direct beach access" in the description and beach photos from several years ago. Otherwise, the unit was very clean, the washer/dryer worked well, and the AC units kept the entire room nice and cool. We did lose power due to a storm in the middle of the night and only had one standing fan to help cool down until power was restored about 10 hours later. The unit manager said power outages happen often due to storms. If that is the case, the unit should have multiple fans or ceiling fans. Since this unit was on the 2nd floor corner unit, we couldn't open the balcony door to create a crosswind thru the apartment because the room immediately filled with CO2 from the backup generator. So 90+ degrees in the room until power restored.

The day we arrived i reached out to the property manager about the rooms no being cleaned. The day before we left i got sick with a severe sore throat and a green discharge form my eyes. They day i got home i had to make an appointment with my physician and was told i had a bacteria eye infection and needed to take 4 days off work. This trip ended up costing me a lot of money and time off work.

Had an awesome time! The condo is beautiful and very comfy beds! The only request from my son would have been a tv in the second bedroom.

The apartment was well laid out and was great for 2 friends traveling. The apartment was sparking clean and well kitted out. Particularly loved the balcony. More clarity on the key box and some day one coffee would have been appreciated.

The unit itself was very nice. Clean and well maintained. The owner was easy to communicate with and answered all questions. The only disappointing issue was that the pool was undergoing reconstruction and unavailable to use. This was not communicated and would have likely altered our plans to stay here since this has obviously been underway for some time. But for the most part, a great stay.

Great vacation spot, quiet location. Not easy accessibility to the beach however; the steps/plank leading to the beach are not very safe. The aesthetics of the apartment are beautiful; however there were some things in the apartment that were not working properly; 1 A.C in the livingroom/kitchen area did not work and the A.C in the smaller bedroom did not work properly. All in all it was a pleasant stay and really enjoyed the pool area.

The host was always available to respond to my inquiries. Very friendly condo, the apartment is completely remodeled, and everything is well maintained. The apartment is very spacious. The two parking spaces were underground which I considered very convenient and safe. We use the facilities such as the BBQ area and the pool and definitely enjoy it. I will definitely reserve the same apartment again. Highly recommended. Rincon is a beautiful town to relax, rest and enjoy your weekend.

Had a very relaxing stay at Javier’s condo. It was spacious for our family of three and had all the amenities; pool, balcony, 2 bathrooms, proximity to restaurants and places of interest. Would definitely recommend and hope to go back soon!

Very well appointed, comfortable 2/2 with a view of the Caribbean Sea. Quiet location, accessible to local restaurants, bars, and beaches. This was our second stay at this apartment, and it won't be our last. Highly recommended.

The apartment was very clean and was as it appears in the pictures. The only thing I would mention is that you could not walk to restaurants from the location. The beach access was very quiet. Also, be sure to bring the beach chairs from the unit to the pool since there are no chairs at the pool.

The place was very nice. Everything was very nice. The only thing that would make the place better would be a more comfortable couch, more trash bags, and paper towels. The air conditioner in the master bedroom was leaking. This this me knit picking so don’t confuse this with a negative review. The balcony was great and overlooked the beach. Pool and beach access was very nice. Place is close to restaurants and supermarkets. The place as a whole is definitely recommended. I would stay there again.

It is obviously one of the nicest units in the building, right on the end, just high enough to provide some privacy, yet low enough to see the green grass, pools, and gated community amenities. The beds are comfortable, bathrooms are lovely. Great value, too! The pelicans put on a good show. Note: oceans currents can be very, very strong in Rincon, and conditions change all the time; Heed warnings. All in all, we had a good time, and would do it again.

This place is decorated beautifully and updated. It was clean and in a great location. Host was super. Amazing, amazing views! We’ll be back!

This is is nice little place to stay in Rincon and I would stay there again. The apartment was nice and clean. Perfect for two couples, although the second bathroom is very small. Javier’s directions were great and he was very responsive. The beach was nice, but the steps to get to the beach need repair. There is no beach right in front of building. It was very fun watching the Pelicans and it’s close enough to walk to a lot of places. The pool was not very clean, so we did not use it. Overall we had a great time and would stay there again!

We had a great time in Rincon. Beautiful weather and an awesome place for my kids to surf. We got in very late, so finding the correct lockbox to get into the apt was a challenge, but once we did we had a great stay. Would absolutely recommend.

The owner was responsive to any questions we had. The apartment was tastefully furnished and comfortable. Amazing views of the sunset every night. Would definitely go back again and again.

My bestie and I visited PR for the first time. This was our birthday trip and we didn't want to stay in a touristy spot. We found this listing and it was perfect. Very quiet so that we could relax after our long Island excursions. We traveled the whole island during our visit. There is so much to see and do. We would definitely recommend to others.

Few details in the cleaning but excellent communication with owner. Beach right in the property. Everything as published. Will stay again.

The apartment was very clean and has tasteful modern décor, the online photos are accurate. The grounds are well-kept, the pool was perfect. There is a small beach off the pool area. We loved the location, just far enough from town so its not too noisy, just a short drive to several local beaches, restaurants and bars. Javier replied very quickly whenever we had questions. Thanks for letting us use your apartment during our stay in Rincon. We would definitely stay here again.
