This was a great holiday house to stay at on the Gold Coast. It is in a nice quiet neighbourhood and an easy drive to the theme parks and out to the freeway if you want to venture on the Sunshine Coast as we did.
The house has everything you need and we utilised the pool every chance we got.
We all enjoyed our time here and unlike another holiday house we have stayed in previously on the NSW South Coast, we didn't have to clean it on arrival. Everything was good. I would recommend this holiday house.
The only negative thing we found was the window coverings in the bedrooms don't block out the early QLD sunrise. There was quite a gap between the blind and the window architrave on one of the windows where my grandchildren were sleeping and generally, the blinds seemed to allow quite a bit of light in on the sides of the windows.

We had a lovely stay at your property Louise. It was a beautiful house, spacious and clean, perfect for our family.

It was at a prime location with easy and short drive to surfers paradise.
Short walk for our teens to CG Aqua Park which they absolutely loved !
Louise was prompt & easy to communicate with and very helpful.

Absolutely beautiful property! The location was fantastic, so close to everything and was in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood. The property had everything you could possibly need (plenty of towels - bath and beach, fully operational kitchen, games, pool) all of which which was very convenient.
The kids had the best time playing dress ups!
Everything from communication, to the facilities was just perfect and ensured we had a great trip.
Cannot recommend this property enough.

Perfect holiday home for families to enjoy the best of the Gold Coast. Located in a quiet residential area within walking distance to Ferry Rd Market and Australia Fair. Room for everyone, with numerous entertainment areas, four bedrooms and three seperate lounge areas! The front deck and pool were a winner and we spent most of our time here. Great hosts and genuinely lovely people. Would highly recommend.

Everything you will ever need on a ski vacation! We had such a great time, private property with plenty of beautiful open space, and close to Sunday River! Trevor was a gracious host and very responsive. We hope to return next year!

Great property - spacious, clean and well-furnished. We had plenty of space for privacy as well as shared spaces. Kitchen had everything you would need and the pool was clean and sparkling. A small thing that needed fixing was that the advertised bikes weren't in good repair but everything else was fantastic and allowed us to indulge in the theme parks, shopping and beaches easily.

Perfect house for 2 families with children ranging from 4yrs - 12yrs. Well appointed, so much space thay even 9 of us didnt feel crowded or ontop of each other. Lovely outdoor areas. Hosts responded quickly to queries and were lovely to deal with.

The house is in a perfect location, short distance to supermarket, fast food outlets, shopping centre, parks and water views but still in a lovely quiet street. You can tell the owners Louise and Mark take great pride in their house and their guests. The house is immaculate with great furnishings that seem brand new. Kitchen is very well stocked and the house is so spacious and comfy. You also have the added bonus of a lovely pool. We felt so welcomed by the owners and very safe and secure in the property. I would highly recommend a stay here, you will not be disappointed!

This house is so well equipped with absolutely everything you need for a family holiday. Comfortable, clean and location is central but very quiet! Perfect for our group of 2 families the kids really enjoyed their week at this house!

A beautiful family holiday home that is in great proximity to all the important things and has all the amenities you need. Was a fantastic stay for our family and friends holiday with our young babies - very clean and lots of space to spread out in.

The property was in a handy location and a well appointed property. Easy access to all rooms as located on the one floor.
There is a step in one of the bedrooms which may be a challenge if mobility is an issue. Beautiful pool area. Would recommend for a rental.

Our stay here was fantastic. It has everything you need and in walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and shops. Our group enjoyed it so much, we have booked to stay again this year. Highly recommend staying here.

We very much so enjoyed our 4 night stay here. As a group of young adults we loved the variety of board games & the very generous sized pool .
The house location was great for new year festivities & also supplied very secure parking.
I will definitely be recommending this home to anyone who wants to stay on the Gold Coast. The owners made everything so easy for us!

Our family spent a week here to celebrate my dad’s 80th. This house had everything - it was a home away from home. Our kids lived in the pool till night time. Louise was an awesome host and very accommodating. Would highly recommend this home for big family groups - more than enough room and space for everyone.

Everything has been thought threw, the house flow is designed for socialising children and parents, plenty of room and the photo's are accurate. A secure environment with facilities to help you have a relaxing time and close to everything too, Louise is very accommodating, why would you hotel it when this is available. Close to theme Parks, Beaches and all Shopping centers, plenty to choose from if you want to UberEats. Parking spacious, Outside eating area is clean and tidy, Beds are comfortable, Pool Maintained regularly by pool man. Clean, maintained and professional, Great value, and greater value if you utilise the space / price, thankyou so much

Louise’s home was everything and more. We had such a wonderful weekend, and the little added extras made us feel like royalty. Would recommend to anyone. The house was big enough for everyone to be comfortable. 5 out of 5. Top place!

The holiday home was great. everything was perfect. I loved the fact that the owner allows previous holiday makers leave a few items of food in the pantry. this made the home far more homely and not an expensive rush to the shops for everything. My only gripe was the fact that the fire blanket and fire extinguisher were not wall mounted and in plain site. They were there though but hidden in a cupboard. Safety first Guys.

I bought my family, including Grandparents to the Gold Coast in November and stayed at the Residence. We had a fantastic time and could not have asked for a better place to stay, it was well appointed, spacious and just perfect for us and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in a very nice quite location. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed at The Residence over 17/18 New Years and had an absolute ball. You can tell the owners really cared about providing top class accomodation as opposed to just wanting your money.
Location is great, pool is excellent and the house itself is pristine.
Would recommend to anyone looking to stay around the Gold Coast.

We had a wonderful stay at The Residence @ Southport. The house was so well equipped with all you could possibly need. It was secure, clean and having the different living areas was ideal for our stay. We loved the location of the property, so close to the park and the pool was amazing.

We would like to say a big thank you, your home was beautiful and we had a great stay. It felt like home as soon as we walked in. Plenty of room for us all, and the kitchen was amazing and well equipped. The property is central and close to Australia fair shopping centre.
We also got to enjoy a night out without the kids after the great recommendation for a babysitter. Thank you for having us. We will definitely be coming back.
