Wonderful location and stay!

Good location, spacious, tight parking, but overall good!

We loved the location of this property. We had a beautiful view of the Seneca Lake from the townhouse, and enjoyed the property andirondack chairs and firepit several times during our stay. The property is within walking distance of many wonderful restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, breweries, pubs, church, the State Park and more. A delighful vacation beginning to end.

Our stay at Watkins Brewery Vacation Rental on Lake Seneca was absolutely fantastic. The unit is spacious and was impeccably clean. The view of the lake from our balcony was wonderful - truly something out of a postcard. The amenities provided were top-notch. We’ll definitely return in the future.

This house was great - comfy beds, modern, water view. The only thing I’d recommend is a few more glasses in the kitchen, but the nicest rental we’ve had in Watkins Glen.

Clean, safe, excellent location on the water, easy walk to all the local restaurants, shops. Would stay again in a heartbeat thank you!

The property was beautiful. It was clean and well stocked. Kitchen had everything you need to cook. Tops or Walmart were near by to pick up groceries. The view of the boats was peaceful as we sat on the balcony with our coffee in the morning or watch the sunset cruises come back home. We only heard the train go by once during the 4 days we were there. Must see Watkins Glen state park but go early in the day. Host was very responsive to my emailed questions. Can't wait to rent this property again!

This was my second year staying here and I absolutely love it. Everything is within walking distance and the view is amazing. The kitchen is well appointed if you decide to cook at home and the place is very clean. We’re looking forward to staying there again next year!

The rental was clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful weekend away. The location was amazing...just steps away from everything in the harbor and the town of Watkins Glen. It is also at the point of the lake so when visiting the vineyards you could choice either the west or east side of the lake. I also enjoyed sitting on the dock and relaxing by the fire. We would definitely stay there again!

Overall the setting was great - very convenient and mostly quiet but the truck traffic from the main road outside the rental was noisy at times.

This was a great find and we can’t wait to come back!

Great location in Town and adjacent to the lake. Within walking distance to shops, food and Watkins Glen State Park. The listing is accurate - no surprises. Communication with the owner was easy.

We were two couples in our early 70's. When we booked Ann reached out to me to let me know there are stairs, we were fine with them but anyone with impaired mobility should look elsewhere. The tohnhome was immaculately clean. We did not cook so I didn't pay attention to cookware. One thing that wasn't there was a corkscrew. There is a wine store down the street (walking distance) where we purchased one. We also walked to Graft restaurant where we had a wonderful meal (they don't take reservations). The townhouse had a view of Senaca Lake from the living room. There are railroad tracks right outside the back of the townhouse but in the three days we were there I never saw a train. You are on the main road that goes through town so there is some traffic noise. One thing to note the small bedroom with the queen bed has no closet or dresser. Don't miss Glen Falls State park we were there late September, the weather was cool so not crowded the day we went. The waterfalls were beautiful lots of stairs but interspersed between flat paved areas. We had a nice stay and would recommend the townhome.

Great location close to many wineries and walking distance to Watkins glen and many restaurants in town. The townhouse was very clean, spacious and extremely well stocked with kitchen items, k cups, soap, trash bags, paper towels and more! The view from the bedrooms and the living room were amazing. We didn’t check out the fire pit but a cool amenity! 10/10 recommend this property and would stay here again!

a perfect place for a visit to the watkins glen/finger lakes area. plenty of space, kitchen was great as were bedrooms and bathrooms. truly a home for your stay. a few provisos, it is a 3 story unit with living spaces on upper floors and parking on bottom so you'll get your stairs in. also, it is close to the main roa into town on a hill, so the traffic noise from 18 wheelers can be annoying if windows are open. but the attached garage and all the amenities made this a perfect townhouse. great views of the lake, the easiest access to everything in town and super easy to find when arriving.

Property was very nice, clean and the fact the host provides most necessities is an added benefit such as linens, towels, soap, detergent etc. The fire pit area was nice also. Loved being right by the lake.

Property was extremely clean and we appreciated having towels and linens included. Unlike a lot of other properties, the check out process was just to take the trash out! Location was great and it was walkable to many attractions. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful location, great easy going owners, immaculately clean and perfect!

We stayed here with my two sons (5&6 yr old). Everything in the town is within walking distance including the National Park (about 15 min walk or 5 min driving). The garage and patio are a nice addition. The washer and dryer made life a lot easier since I didn’t have to worry about my boys getting dirty and not having enough clothes. Such a nice property to stay at!

Can't ask for a better location...balcony overlooking the lake, easy stroll to downtown restaurants and shops; mere steps to boat tours and longer walk/very short drive from the state park. Roomy, bright property with comfy beds. Loved having a garage - kept the car cool in the summer heat!

Excellent location!

We stayed over the Fourth of July weekend. The apartment was very nice and having a garage was convenient. We watched the fireworks from the communal dock area and had it all to ourselves. It was a great view. We really enjoyed being able to walk into town as it is one of our favorite places.

This property was excellent! It was very clean and the owners paid attention to detail. The deck overlooked the lake and the patio by the lake was very relaxing. We walked everywhere. Town was very close and we walked to the gorge. I definitely will be back to stay.

Even our picky teens loved this beautiful place and didn't want to leave! We all felt relaxed and comfortable in this clean, modern, well equipped, and ideally located townhouse. Even your car is comfortable in the garage! There's no need to go out, because you can enjoy the lake view from the balcony or the common patio area, but if you do go out, you can walk pretty much anywhere in town. Captain Bill's (where you can book a boat ride) is only a stone's throw away. Don't waste your money at Seneca Harbor Station hoping for lakeside dining. We recommend getting takeout (try the Ukrainian restaurant!) and enjoying your meal from your balcony. Yes, there are some steps in the townhouse. We think they got us in shape for all those steps on the fantastic waterfall hikes we went on! ;) The host is kind and attentive, even going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We would LOVE to come back for another stay! Thank you! Thank you!

My mom and I had the best stay! By far this property was the highlight of our trip. We can’t wait to come back!

Property was clean, location was excellent. Stairs will keep you in shape. I would return. Enjoyed our short stay, would’ve loved to have stayed longer. Highlight was Sunset cruise on True Love Schooner within walking distance.

From the time I boooked this townhome until I departed it was so easy. The property is beautiful, well appointed and so very clean. The views of Watkins Glen and Seneca Lake are endless. You will love staying here as the town is so close to be able to walk to all it has to offer.
