This was a beautiful stay and very clean. The owner was very nice and responded to emails and any concerns immediately.

It would be hard to find a more beautiful setting. It is as wonderful as it looks in the photos. The house was very clean and the staff was friendly. It is only several minutes to the National Seashore Headquarters in Eastham and there are numerous beaches on both the Atlantic and bay side to visit. Orleans has many restaurants: we recommend Sir Crickets for the best beer batter fish and chips. We bought lobster and cooked it ourselves at the cottage. The secret for getting the lobster pot out of the cabinet is to turn it on its side!

This was our 2nd visit to the property. Wonderful waterfront location, near restaurants and attractions. Fishing on site, Kayaks available which we used often. Overall a great stay and we would come back again

Our family had a great time on our getaway. The house is charming and the views are incredible. Great place to relax. Great hospitality from the owner too.

The property is situated in a beautiful spot on the water. The big windows and the working fireplace are wonderful. However, light in the toilet was not working; the cooker also was not working properly; the pots and pans were dirty and old, peeling off etc., really unsanitary. Also the selection was limited not really for a family cooking proper food the entire week. And there are no cupboard for storing food. The manager contacted me once via message I responded explaining the issues but never heard back. So overall this was not up to the expected standards given the price per night. Gorgeous location and nice little cottage but management really needs to invest on proper cooking gear and re-organizing the kitchen to make it really usable by families or people who actually cook proper food daily. If you do not cook then you have no issues with it.

This two bedroom house is adorable, comfortable, and immaculate. It is literally right on Orleans Cove. The view is beautiful. We were able to see the sunrise and sunset from the couch and deck with plenty of water wildlife too. We enjoyed the stay very much and wish we had had the time to stay longer!

Very relaxed setting with a water view. I really enjoyed lighting a fire every night in the fireplace too. Quick drive to many beaches and stores. Looking forward to staying again.

This was the perfect getaway for a few days! Property is well taken care of. The view is beautiful from the deck overlooking the water!

We had a good experience overall. The property is very close to the busiest road on the cape. I did not realize this when I rented. It is very difficult to pull out of the property. This was the biggest drawback.

We had a great time. The cottage looks exactly like the pictures. We had a bulb go out in the bathroom and it was fixed the next day. Very clean with all the modcons and, most of all, an amazing view!

Beautiful property, spectacular view.

We've been regulars at Anchorage on the Cove for the past 15 years. This year was a little different for us because the owners gave the management responsibilities over to Del Mar. The tradeoff was losing the personal touch from the owners and only getting one week's stay, but overall, the management group was efficient, personable, and helpful. The reason it took so long to write this review (a month later) was that we were waiting to see if we'd get our $200 damage deposit back (were never charged that before). Since there were issues upon our arrival, we quickly took pics, made some calls, and sent them on to management to ensure we weren't pegged as the guilty party. Del Mar was responsive to our calls and resolved the issues we identified. The parking was a problem that management couldn't resolve, and I encourage them to figure out a way to ensure that guests respect assigned spaces. We could've done without several days' anxiety from this, but we enjoyed our stay overall, recently received the full damage deposit back, and all is well.

The place was wonderful. Thank you for allowing dogs it is so very very appreciated. The dog run was so nice to have. The house was perfect. The view even better!

We enjoyed Foremast very much. The location was wonderful! Being right on the water was beautiful and quite serene!!
