Our family of 5 (two adults, 6 yr old, 3 yr old, and 10 mth old) had a lovely stay at Kathy and Bob's cottage condo. As hosts they greeted us upon arrival, gave us an overview of the place, and also provided us with recommendations on activities for the kids and family friendly restaurants. The condo was impeccably clean and we would definitely stay again when returning to Point Pleasant.

We got lucky with some awesome weather. Robert and Kathy were extremely friendly and welcoming. Robert recommended us a great place to eat dinner. The place is small, but it was just what we needed for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids (2 yo and 8 months). We brought a pack and play so it made sleeping quarters a little tight, but we’re were only in the rooms to sleep. The mattresses were not the most comfortable, but the convenience of the location was worth it.

This second floor cottage is a stones throw away from the boardwalk and beach. Stayed here with two teens. One slept on the trundle in the living room, the other took a bedroom. It’s a cozy fit with a split bathroom (stall shower upon entry on first floor, toilet upstairs). Use of the grill/picnic table area is a bonus. Very clean, nice yard, great for 4 people… more than that may be tight. Open outside shower is great for getting the sand off. Quiet area, close to all PPB has to offer, wonderful host couple that live in the front house gave us great suggestions of where to go in the area. First time staying in PPB and we had a great time!

Great last minute getaway to the beach. The house was immaculate and the owners were extremely friendly and inviting. The location can’t be beat. It is literally a minute or two walk to the beach. Would stay here again.

The location cannot be beat, 3 blocks from the boardwalk and in the middle of everything. Bob & Kathleen are truly wonderful people that were very helpful in answering any questions we had. Definitely recommend staying here.

Bob & Kathy could not have been more adorable, kind and accommodating when my boyfriend and I arrived for the weekend. They introduced themselves, gave us a quick run down on the place, then let us go about our business of unpacking and settling in. It is obvious they take meticulous care of their belongings as everything from the cleanliness of the apartment to the beautifully maintained landscaping of the property was just incredible. The location could not have been more perfect and waking first thing in the morning and taking a walk along the Point Pleasant Boardwalk and getting coffee was pure bliss. We'll definitely be renting again. Wonderful!

The hosts of the home are very nice and friendly. We had a last minute idea to rent a place for a couple of days and they were very accommodating. Home is very clean. I will recommend staying here to my family and friends.

We stayed 4 nights and we thoroughly enjoyed our mini vacation. Bob & Kathleen are very friendly, approachable and keep their property spotless. We were greeted upon arrival and we were quickly made to feel very welcome. Knowing we were bringing a toddler, they went out of their way to find local activities for our little one to ensure we had a fun trip for all. This goes a long way and was most appreciated. Inside the home is very well maintained and the description is very accurate. We initially had 4 adults and 1 toddler and it was very comfortable. The bedrooms are cosy and we slept very well, both with their own AC units. The lounge has a nice sized wall mounted tv (for the little one), comfortable furniture and a AC unit. The dining room is a nice size and also has nice furniture and a AC unit. The kitchen has all necessary appliances and everything we needed was there. Outside grill with propane was clean and the seated area was a nice touch to enjoy our food from the grill. We will definitely be looking to reserve this property again next year and we would recommend this home to anyone interested in staying at a clean, well kept house 2 minutes from the beach with our without kids. Thank you Bob & Kathleen and we hope to see you again sooner rather than later.

I chose this place based on the cleanliness in the pics. Did not disappoint. It was so clean. Bob and Kathy are the nicest people so sweet. They as owners made up for the changes that the town and beach itself made. I hadn’t been there in 10 years, so lots of changes, but beach is very clean and the restaurants recommended by Bob and Kathy had amazing food. Highly recommend.

This house was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Clean, separate bedrooms for our son, and very close to the boardwalk and beach. Bob and Kathleen are some of the nicest people we have ever met, and were more than helpful during our stay. We hope to come back here for years!

Exactly as described. Shower is downstairs and small but has a removable shower head for washing kids. Wicker furniture in the living room is adorable. Everything was spotless. We hope to come back again soon!

Bungalow is spotless, nice size for 4 adults. Host met us upon arrival and departure an could not have been nicer. Shower location is odd and is challenging regarding drying off so bring a robe and it is fine.

My friends and I came for the fourth of july weekend and stayed on the property for four days! We had an excellent stay in the tiny little home and truly enjoyed our experience. Bob and Kathy are so welcoming and kind. We enjoyed speaking with them and even though we mostly were not in the house, every moment spent there was full of fun and enjoyment. It goes without saying what we think about this property and the owners, as this is our 4th year renting! But for those that haven’t rented this property before, here are some highlights: *5 minute walk to the boardwalk & 15 minute walk to shops in town (Arnold/Bay Ave) *2 bedrooms, bed/couch in “living room” and extra roll away bed *Baby gate at top of stairs (perfect for families with toddlers!) *Standing shower on ground level/inside door (could be slightly inconvenient to those use to a “full” bathroom and with small children, but most importantly...it gets you clean!) *Off street parking *Free WiFi & Smart TV *The property owners (Bob & Kathy) are super friendly, laid back, accommodating and just feels like they’re part of your family! We will definitely be back for years to come, as long as we’re able to and they will have us!😊 Thank you!!

Property was clean and adequate. Owners were very nice and live in the front house. The pics were a little deceiving. We thought this house was on the beach but it was just a super short walk so not a big deal at all. AC's were window ac's and were loud since there were four of them. Also, there's no a real living room. It's more of a weird uncomfortable bed (that you have to put sheets on) in the front room with some uncomfortable chairs. There was direct tv so we could log in to Netflix, which was a nice surprise. And. there was a fold up bed which was convenient (but crazy uncomfortable) for my husband to sleep on so the four of us could sleep in the same room. The biggest pain was the shower. It was right when you stepped thru the front door! And it was a tiny shower stall. And after showering you have to go up the stairs to the living area. This was a huge pain since I have a 2 and 3 yr old and really could've used a tub. They do give you one beach pass which was unexpected. You're very close to everything so you don't have to get in the car unless you want to. Overall, this house was fine for a few days away. Don't expect luxury. :)

We had a great weekend. So nice to park the car and walk everywhere. Location is awesome!

This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed here and we are never disappointed...hence why we always come back! Bob & Kathy are very accommodating and friendly, we couldn’t ask for better hosts. Just so others are aware, we are a family of 4 (2 adults/2 children) and this place is just the right size. There is only a standing shower, right inside the door, as stated in the description, but we’ve never had any issues (location/stall only), as it works and gets us clean! Thank you & well make sure to recommend to our friends & family!

The place fit our family perfectly and was so close to everything we needed!

We (My myself, mother and 3 yr old) had stayed here in 2016 and we were very happy to hear this place was still available to rent for the time frame we were looking for in 2017. I can't say enough nice things about this place...as it's the perfect size for a family, walking distance to everything (Boardwalk is only a block away; and Arnold/Bay Ave (in town) is only a 15 min walk), and it has off street parking for 2 vehicles. I think the best part about staying here are the owners, as they are very nice, social and accommodating. We highly recommend staying here if you are thinking of coming to the area, you won't be disappointed!

Perfect for my family of 4, we loved that we could have breakfast and the house and head to the beach. It was such a close walk to the beach, which was convenient if you forgot to pack anything .It was an adorable layout and really clean. We can't wait to come back next year.

This was a great place for our young family of 5 (kids 9, 8, and 6). We spent most of our time away from the rental but it served all our needs well. The proximity to the beach and boardwalk was outstanding when lugging all our beach needs or when returning home in the evening with tired children. The cost of the beach was a little disappointing but the rental comes with one adult pass which helps. It was clean, had everything that was advertised, and owners Bob & Kathy are very accommodating. Be sure to ask for their dining and beach spot recommendations.
