Place was wonderful for our family! Owner was very accommodating , answered all our inquiries very quickly. Was a wonderful family vacation. Location was great.

This is a duplex with shared walls. The location was good, though it is quarter mile walk to the beach access, which is further than anticipated because you have to walk down the road a bit (totally fine for adults, less fun with little kids and beach gear). Internet didn't work for hours while I was working on crucial work project. Smart tv didn't work for a day and a half. While place is a mix of nice new features with really old. Nice master shower, barely functional knives. Nice tv, community pool gate that doesn't latch shut. Speaking of community pool, there was a big loud group of college age kids partying and drinking there all day one day. Other days it was pretty quiet and nice to swim in. One bathroom had hand soap and the kitchen had dish soap, but otherwise sparsely stocked. Backyard had many iguanas which was fun for kids but the big black snake was a bit scary. Welcome to Florida I guess!

Das Haus ist geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet für eine vierköpfige Familie. Als Ausgangspunkt für vielfältige Touren abseits vom ganz großen Trubel Floridas ist das Domizil bestens geeignet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war reibungslos. Alles in allem ist Quartier zu empfehlen und bietet ein gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.
