this property has everything you need for a quiet stay on the lake. Incredible access to the lake with a firepit, kayaks, and easy access to boating at Seneca park. Perfect location to see lots of area on all of the Finger Lakes!! I highly recommend

Awesome! The place is right on Seneca Lake with a fully protected sunroom where we spent a great deal of time enjoying the view. The location is convenient to the Finger Lakes has to offer.

The cottage is very clean and the location on the water is perfect!! We enjoyed the all seasons room while it rained and loved jumping off the dock into the water when it was nice out. Loved the firepit. The cottage has all you need for an enjoyable stay.

My best friend and I could not have been more satisfied with our 10 days at this property. We felt at home from the first step in the door. The house and property were immaculate and the view of the lake was everything we’d hoped for. The location was perfect for our plans to visit waterfalls and lighthouses. We drove north to Rochester and Sodus Bay and south to Corning. Easy day trips. We spent each evening in the sun room playing cards and there’s nothing like having coffee and breakfast watching the boaters and birds on the lake. I guarantee we’ll be returning guests! Our accommodations inside were perfect for our week stay. Plenty of room to stretch out and get comfortable. The 3-season room looked over the lake and gave the illusion of literally being right on the water. The most spectacular part of our stay was the outdoor area of the cottage that had a spectacular view of Lake Seneca. We watched the sunset every night, and had coffee in the morning on the lawn taking in the beauty of the lake. The owners responded quickly to our VRBO emails and were very pleasant. The AC went on the fritz on vacation day 3, and the owners had it fixed the same day. This was our first visit to the Finger Lakes and it was magnificent, and the best attraction of the week was that beautiful view of the lake right in our back yard. Kevin & Theresa Ohio

Gorgeous, peaceful and quiet. If visiting Seneca Lake, you need to stay here! Beverly was quick to communicate with us regarding check in and even called to check in with us to answer any questions and see how our stay was going. The house was as pictured and included thoughtful features such as smores sticks, a large Keurig machine with k-cups and the TV had Netflix and other apps. The only thing that was not as described was that there was no bunk bed - only one full bed and a futon. This did not effect our stay but thought it could be useful for other people to know! Our party of 5 will be staying here again in future trips to the Fingerlakes. 5/5!!!!

We arrived early and stayed late- never wanted to leave! Everything was perfect. The hostess is a gem and this house is an absolute oasis. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to visit again. That view!

We had a wonderful spring stay! The house was beautiful and the location was close to lots of wineries and delicious places to eat. We hope to go back when the weather is warmer so we could take a boat out on the lake.

Property is beautiful especially the 4 season room overlooking lake. We spent most of our time in that room watching the sunsets! Very clean and decorated nicely. First time we stayed in east side. A tiny bit further from wineries but still a great find!!!

Even though it was the middle of November and even though it was cloudy most of the time, our stay at this house was fantastic! The house itself is beautiful and the pictures in the listing actually don't do it justice. We really appreciated everything being on one story and the setting is gorgeous! The hosts have thought of everything. We are definitely looking to go back at some point.

We had a great time on Seneca Lake at this beautiful home. House was nicely updated, well stocked, and very clean. We truly felt like we were on vacation sitting in the sunroom with a magnificent view of the lake watching the sunset. Short bike ride to Sampson State Park. We would love to stay here again!!!

The house was great. There's a new addition of an extra bathroom that was a pleasant surprise. The host has pretty much everything you could want for the stay.

This was a great first experience with VRBO. The cottage was really comfortable. Loved looking out on the Lake during our stay. The owner was very gracious and made us feel comfortable staying in her home.

The home was beautiful for a long weekend getaway. We’re lucky enough to be able to escape to the Finger Lake region a few times a year and Beverly’s home was one of the best finds. In a quiet neighborhood with the closest winery about 10 mins away it was the perfect escape! Great hosts as they informed us of an impending snow storm of 12 inches plus which we had no idea of. Fortunately they let us know so we were able to get home in time. Hope that we can stay again in the future!

This pristinely clean and perfectly decorated home was an ideal place to spend Christmas with my son whom I have not seen in 6 months. The house is spotless and well appointed with everything you could possibly need including basic spices and cooking staples. The quality of the sheets, mattressed, pillows and towels all exceeded any homestays we've experienced in the past. Beverly was attentive as an owner and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome in this beautiful home. The scenery out the window is as if you're on a ship and the sunsets were remarkable. I'm grateful for these days I was able to spend with my son and will always remember Christmas 2020 here. Perfect cozy little place on the lake. Beautiful views, close to a bunch of wineries. Exactly what my girlfriend and I were hoping for and more!
