Habitación cómoda y limpia. La piscina, jacuzzi y gimnasio vienen muy bien después de las salidas a la ciudad. Ubicado en las afueras, pero de fácil acceso para visitar la ciudad y parques de atracciones. Parking gratuito.

El desayuno no tiene casi nada para intolerantes a la lactosa, ni leche vegetal. Estaban de obras en el campo de golf y resultaba muy fea la entrada.

All staff were very professional and dedicated in making our stay as perfect as possible and it was very much appreciated! 10/10 in my books. Such an memorable experience there!

Everything in the hotel was hood

Horrible breakfast. Everything finish within minutes and was never restocked. There was no eggs and no orange juice for the 3 days out of our 4 days stay. Breakfast Staff was unfriendly and never respond to questions.

We stayed for 7 days and we loved this hotel! The breakfast was amazing and there was a lot of different options. Staff was really nice and made our stay extra comfortable.

La taille de la chambre, le coin cuisine, la piscine, le jacuzzi, l'emplacement au calme, la laverie

Avec les embouteillages de L.A. les temps de transport sont doublés, on a mis 1h pour aller à Universal Studio, 1h30 pour Santa Monica...donc l'hôtel est un peu éloigné aux heures de pointe

I like the location of this property and comfortable for a family.

The water was very weird on our stay, definitely wasn’t clear water and felt slimy because when you shower it just feels like you have soap on still.

Realmente el personal nos apoyo en todo momento. Llegamos al hotel, antes de el horario para realizar el check in por un vuelo de horas, y el personal nos dejo entrar antes para descansar. El desayuno es asombroso

Lo único es que no hay muchos lugares para sentarse a desayunar.

Great breakfast that is included, and easy facilities that was all we needed while on holiday.

The king studio suite has “balcony” in its list under “facilities”. Our room did not have a balcony and was told it’s first come first serve, I arrived 30 minutes after the check in time

I enjoyed the size of the room. Pool and jacuzzi was inside. Gym was clean and in order. Fireplace was cozy. Breakfast was warm and quick.

We could hear a dog bark a good portion of the night.

The staff were super nice and accommodating. I am glad I had a good front desk team that were continually all smiles and kind. I also used the fitness center and it was super clean, I enjoyed the silence as I worked out.

The bed on the left side, towards the main door of my room, was so caved in that when I sat on it I was quite concerned. However, the middle and the other side of the bed were fine. Also, the coffee maker I had in my room did not work at all.
