Very clean rooms and hotel area. Large rooms. Everything works. Hotel is relative new. Lovely garden. Pool is clean and shady in the afternoon. Staff are very kindly and helpfull. Best location. We would definitely book again.

Only WiFi is interrupted sometimes but just for short time

Beautiful, serene and well kept small-scale property located at short walking distance from Lipah beach. Large and clean appartments, all with comfortable terrace in two level villas. Great breakfast with sufficient choice options. Helpful, friendly and caring personnel. Amazing snorkeling around the coral reefs of Lipah beach. Plenty of good local restaurants in the neighbourhood. Lay back and enjoy is the motto. Incredible value for the more than reasonable cost.

Everything was fine, better than expected

The setup was great for families with a kitchen and excellent AC. It was very clean and comfortable. Solid construction which meant it was quiet and blocked out the roosters and dogs for the most part. The pool was clean and well maintained. The staff was helpful and easily coordinated scooters and laundry. The grounds were beautiful and the villas were far enough apart to give a good level of privacy. The swing seat on the front port along with the fans were luxurious! Close to beautiful Lipah beach.

The only fault was the wifi would quit every now and again.

we had a really nice stay at Sukun Babonsay Villas. The room was very spacious and clean. The garden and pool was very beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helped us with the scooter renting and the renting for snorkel equipment which only took a few minutes.

The room and facilities are great. A magnificent garden to relax in and help keep all villas semi-private. The staff are friendly, helpful and never intrusive.
