The location is excellent - very quiet street in the centre of the city. There’s a great supermarket 2 minutes’ walk away - a huge plus. Every convenience is provided in the studio - it’s a good size with a lovely balcony. I loved the peace and quiet - a great place to rest and relax. A good range of toiletries is also provided and everything is very tasteful with real consideration for guests. Mr Andreas was an excellent host. I would highly recommend this property. Thank you.

It looks very recently remodeled. Very clean. Very comfortable. The view from the balcony wasn't great, but not bad either. The staff were great, very helpful but not intrusive at all.

It would be perfect if it had a private parking space, but it was easy to park on the street right next to it.

Charming one-bedroom apartment with one bathroom recently refurbished to a modern contemporary style, located within easy walking distance to the city centre. Useful local amenities around the area. Would definitely choose it again.

Room is very clean and comfi. Everything you’ll need during your stay is there. Lovely shower and specious balcony. 10 min walk from Kalamáta center, supermarket on the corner. Owner Andreas is very kind.
