This was my second stay and won’t be my last. The place is very close to the beach and not far from some great restaurants. The place has everything you need and the bed is so comfortable. Book your visit you won’t regret it. Greg is quick to reply back to questions or concerns you might have. Cheri

I found The Laughing Lizard by accident one day and thought the name was so cute so when I decided to travel I checked it out. I am so glad I did!! It’s small but still has everything you’d need. It’s clean, the bed is very comfortable, the location is perfect, did I mention it’s clean, and the owners are THE BEST! I highly recommend this sweet place. I will return!

This property was excellent! Very clean, comfortable, and came equiped with everything we needed. The location was perfect and Greg the home owner was great! Communication was very clear and he was attentive to the questions we had. Check in was so easy as well. My husband and i would definitely stay here again! Thanks again Greg!

The Laughing Lizard studio was a great space for the two of us. Everything we needed was right there, including items for our beach day. The wagon, chairs and umbrella were great. The location was great with a bar right across the street that we visited several times. The beach was right across the street and a short walk to the actual water. We'll be back soon!

Cozy Getaway
There was a bit of confusion regarding check in time with the property manager, but other than that, this was a wonderful place to stay. It’s close to the beach, local restaurants, bakeries, and shops, and the neighborhood felt safe and cozy. Just minutes away from Clearwater and St. Pete’s by car, and less than an hour to Tampa Int. Airport, this place really can’t be beat.

cute and convenient
so close to the beach and cute shops/restaurants right across the street. Owner was very communicative and made everything very smooth. Only issue, and this was my own fault for not reading description more thoroughly is that there is no stove in the kitchen. there is a toaster oven and microwave, crock pot all provided, my mistake for not noticing. but property is very nice overall!

What a cute and cozy 1 bedroom 1 bathroom for our couples stay. Great location near food and right across from the beach! Greg the owner was very accommodating! The rooms have everything you need for a wonderful short weekend or long vacation!

Wonderful stay!!
I came here on my honeymoon with my husband for a few days. The manager of the property was so hospitable and always replied to my messages if I needed something. The beach was clean, lots of restaurants and shops about 10 minutes away. Perfect location for a nice and relaxing time!! I will definitely be coming back here.

Great place to stay!! Super clean and steps away from the beach.
Greg was super accommodating. Very clean, great location and super cozy! Our girls getaway was perfect in the honeymoon suite with the king bed and futon sofa bed (all very comfy.) The 15' swim spa outback was surprisingly fun and relaxing! We can't say enough great things about the Laughing Lizard!!
The beautiful beach is just across the street. Beach Waves grill is a MUST for food and drinks and you walk past it to get to the beach!!

Overall the area is very laid back and everyone was so welcoming! Greg was absolutely awesome, and we would go back in a heartbeat. We even considered staying an extra day or two if it was available. Go get away !!!!

Excellent Stay!
We stayed here for four days in March and it was fantastic. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and across from the beach! Greg was an amazing host right from the beginning. We spent every night at the swimspa which I highly recommend!

Perfect Winter Getaway!
We loved staying at the Laughing Lizard! Greg was so helpful and told me all of the great places to eat and things to do in the Indian Rocks Beach area. The unit was SO clean and perfect for two people. The beach is right across the street and lots of restaurants within walking distance. The swim spa was a nice feature and we used it every night. Our only complaint was the quality of beach chairs available and noisy people above us late into the night. Would still highly recommend this condo!

Perfect, quiet retreat, beautiful sunsets
Greatly enjoyed our time and the easy walk to the Gulf. Beautiful sunsets every night; make sure you go. Cute space that provided all we needed. Love the tropical vibes and enjoyed the swim spa. Greg was very attentive when we ran into an issue with the washer. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Great couples getaway
Great LOCATION. We parked our car on arrival and could walk to beach, restaurants, and bar without having to drive anywhere. We really enjoyed the swim spa. Greg was very helpful when there were issues with the lock. We'd definitely consider staying again.

Beautiful property in a great area. Love that the beach is steps away from the front door, and enjoy the little cafe across the street with magnificent cappuccino ♥️

Cute place
We had a good time - our first time in Florida. We drove down from Minnesota. We didn’t spend a lot of time indoors. We were at the beach and kayaking. It was clean and very cute. We had trouble with the washing machine, but my husband got it to kind of work on one of the wash cycles. The property owner did try to help us, but we got it figured out. It’s a great location and a short walk to the beach.

Laughing Lizard
The place is in a perfect location. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and a bar. It was an ideal place for just my husband and I for the weekend.
Suggestions for the owners:
1) the air and fans don’t produce enough cool air. It’s a little uncomfortable at night.
2) the plastic cover on the bed is not ideal for sleeping.

Quaint bed and beach stay
This was a lovely place to stay, clean, comfortable, close to the beach. The unit was ready and avable earlier that expected. The owners went overboard in making us feel welcome. We will define be back.
