The house was amazing and location was its equal. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation away from the crowds, this is your place. A beautiful home at the end of the road. We enjoyed and had the entire beach to ourselves, which was so much nicer than the resort atmosphere we were accustomed to. We will definitely be back!

The Conch House was just what we were looking for, a peaceful escape. The house was well kept with plenty of space. The 4 bedrooms, each having their private full bathrooms, gave everyone privacy. The living area was very spacious so we had plenty of room to gather together very comfortably. The property has its own sandy beach which is larger at low tide. The pool was perfect. There are spectacular views of the iron shore and the natural beauty of the island. the narrow road to access the house is amazing. The local knowledge of Lott, our property manager, was priceless and he was kind and responsive. The Conch House, the island and Lott were better than we could have imagined. We will be returning to this paradise.

I will start by saying we enjoyed our stay and the view is amazing. There were some things that need to be addressed: No water pressure throughout but upstairs it is non existent after 15 seconds, showers had to be taken downstairs and the downstairs showers barely had enough pressure to rinse. Take your shower as quickly as possible. We ended up taking many showers at the outside shower down the steps heading to the beach, it had decent pressure. Cookware in poor condition and limited. AC in upstairs bedroom (up stairs to left) not working. Door latch to sliders from kitchen not working and wouldn’t lock. Pool light not working. No blinds upstairs in bathrooms. Rental states three 5 gallon waters are at house, but there was only one. We ran out on second day but picked some up while in George Town. No folding beach chairs and the plastic chairs that were available all had some form of damage, we found 3 that were usable.

This was our family’s 3rd trip to Exuma and the best so far! The Conch House was perfect - I can’t say enough nice things about it. The house is gorgeous and the location is fantastic. The proximity to Santana’s and the Tropic of Cancer Beach was the best! The property manager was also wonderful - very communicative and helpful. We’re already booking our trip back and will be staying at The Conch House again!

The home was very private and had a great beach area with places to snorkel. The water was a bit choppy during our stay so we weren't able to take out the kayaks or paddleboard but we were still able to enjoy the water and snorkel. The home was perfect for a family of 6. We enjoyed a fabulous catered dinner at the home and the large dining room table was perfect for it. The kitchen could use some additional items such as pots and pans and a more modern can opener. The house was very comfortable and absolutely loved the views. It is a bit of a drive to get to and is very remote but we loved the privacy and it is close to Tropics of Cancer Beach and Santana's and Mama's Bakery which is a plus! Overall, I would recommend the home and we enjoyed our stay in the Bahamas at The Conch House.

First time to Exuma but I already want to go back. The house was nice and updated and plenty of space for 2 families of 4. We loved snorkeling in the ocean right by the house and having a pool. We also loved access to the kayaks, paddle boards, etc. We called to have the A/C and pool pump repaired and the response time was good. I would recommend getting some sort of mosquito spraying to make sitting outside at sunset more enjoyable. The scenery is so beautiful but the mosquitoes kept us from sitting out there as much as we would have liked. The house is in Little Exuma so it was a 30 minute drive to Georgetown and a 20 minute drive to Brown’s Marina. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us!

The Conch House at Little Exuma is even better than the pictures. Everything is outfitted so well, the outdoor area is incredibly nice. We went with our family with young children and another family with young children, and they loved the pool and beach. We would definitely recommend staying here if you come to Exuma!

The property and house was great. It was our own private beach. It was perfect for 4 couples. Having 4 bedrooms each with their own bathroom was ideal. The patio and pool area were very nice. The few draw backs were there were only 6 chairs to bring to the beach for a party of eight. The cookware needs to be replaced and one bathroom had no bath mat, wash cloths or hand towel.

The property was very spacious and the ocean views were spectacular. We had a peaceful stay and enjoyed the gorgeous weather and local food. Mama's bakery is a must visit, just down the road. There were a few missing kitchen items I wish were provided, as well as more family games, and a working laptop computer. However, if you are looking for spectacular ocean views away from it all, this is the place for you.

This property is so nice! So beautiful. Great for our family stay. The kids had so much fun in the pool when they need a break from the beach. The property was clean 🧼. I will defiantly recommend to others!

Our first time to Exuma. This house was amazing. Great location as well. We loved being by Santannas and Tropic Breeze. We felt safe the entire time. The house was stocked with everything in the kitchen we needed and plenty of things for ourdoors to do, ex. Kayaks and paddle board. We will DEFINITELY be back!! We had a lovely multi-generational family vacation at the Conch House. The house is spacious and was appointed with everything we needed for our stay, including beach chairs, cooler bags, and snorkeling gear, as well as cooking supplies. The house is a short drive from Tropic of Cancer Beach as well as Santanna’s Bar & Grill in Williams Town. The roads are rough getting to the house and beaches, so I recommend renting an SUV. It’s a good 30-to-40-minute drive to Georgetown and the supermarket, which is the only downside. We took advantage of the grocery pre-stock service. It helped a lot to have food and beverages at the house when we arrived. You cannot beat the seclusion of the house, and if your main aim is relaxation, you will find it here!

The house is beautiful and well maintained. The property manager is pleasant and prompt with her response time. The bedrooms are all spacious with gorgeous views. It is very close to many beautiful beaches and some of the best food on the Island. The only downside is that it is very remote. I would recommend renting a Jeep or 4-wheel drive vehicle to make accessing it a little easier. We loved our stay at The Conch House.

We did have a wonderful trip. We loved the house. The house was perfect for 4 couples with 4 bedrooms with in suite bathrooms. The view is beautiful. It is very very remote. There are two great restaurants with beautiful views, Tropic Breeze and Santanas about 10 minutes away in Williams Town. There is not a grocery store in Williams Town. There are also very beautiful beaches that are very close to the house like Tropic of Cancer and Forbes Hill beaches. The closest grocery store is in Georgetown which is 40 minutes away. The grocery store had very limited choices. The only real issue we had was that the electricity went out part of everyday. The house needs a generator!!!! It was very stressful when we arrived and there was no electricity and only one flashlight in the house. There were also many lightbulbs that were burned out with no replacements and there was a shortage of bedding, towels, hand soap and cleaning supplies. Overall we loved our trip and would do it again if there was a generator.

We had a wonderful trip and this house is beautiful! We had the beach all to ourselves. The pool was wonderful in the late afternoon and evenings. We had 6 adults in our group and could had used a few more beach chairs ( a couple of them were broke) we ate out at lunch and cooked in the evenings so we could have used a few more cooking essentials but other than that everything was wonderful. We will be back!

This house was perfect for our family of 5. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The communication before we came was fantastic. They answered every question quickly and made sure we had everything we needed. The best part is the beach. It is one of the most beautiful beaches we have been to. The property is remote and quiet, which is just what we wanted. We had the beach to ourselves our entire stay. There are a few things that need replaced (for example: pool lounge chairs) , but it is not anything that took away from our vacation. We will definitely book the Conch House again!

What a wonderful property and exquisite island. The water and surrounding islands were stunning. We had a fabulous time and are thankful to have had the opportunity to share a week at the Conch House. We've traveled to some incredible places and this ranks way up there. Our family of 5 stayed at The Conch House a month ago and miss it already! The property is just exquisite from the details inside the home to the outdoor paradise. Everything was well thought out and accommodating for guests. The location is extremely secluded and peaceful. The owners communicated very well about what we should expect and offered great tips about Exuma that helped our trip run smoothly. We stayed on the water most every day and looked forward to coming "home" each afternoon. Make sure to visit Tropic of Cancer beach, Blu on the Water, Chat 'n Chill, Thunderball Grotto, Shirley's, the straw market and most important....rent a boat and go on your own adventure! We spent one day on a boat tour with Aquaquest and one of the stops was a sand bar in the middle of nowhere that was absolutely breathtaking! The Exuma water is intoxicating, more than any amount of Kalik or Sands you could possibly consume! Our family will be sharing memories of our Exuma trip for many years to come!

We loved staying at the Conch House with our family. It is a beautiful secluded property with amazing water views and easy beach access. The house was very well laid out with four private bedrooms with attached bathrooms which pleased everyone. Having access to paddle boards, kayaks and snorkel gear was a huge bonus especially with my teenage kids! We loved the close proximity to The tropic of Cancer beach - one of the best beaches I have seen and Santana's Bar and Grill which had amazing food, sea views and a cool vibe! We never got tired of watching the different colors of blue and green in the ocean right from the house and the star gazing at night - it was magic! Fiona gave us recommendations for restaurants, food shopping and activities which was a nice touch! We booked a private boat tour seeing iguanas, swimming pigs, beautiful sand bars, swimming in a grotto with thousands of fish and diving to explore a submerged plane! Thank you Fiona for sharing your beautiful home with us! What an wonderful way to experience Exuma in the Bahamas!

Our family had a wonderful stay at The Conch House. Great pool and amenities. Beautiful flowers and other plants on the property and a private sandy beach with beautiful aqua blue water. If you want seclusion, this is your place.

Every moment was wonderful. The house easily accommodated our party of 8, with modern, spacious and comfortable bedrooms and sep baths for each. The outdoor space is absolutely perfect, we had a 10 out of 10 beach to ourselves, plus a fantastic pool and plenty of shade which was key. If you stay, we recommend hiring Gavin the chef, who can secure fresh seafood and other rare foods ad restaurant quality meals, exquisite homemade desserts. We would highy highly recommend this spotless home and Exuma.

Our stay at the Conch House was everything we could have asked for and more. The property is simply amazingly beautiful and secluded. The views from every room are breathtaking. The house is newly renovated and very clean. It is well stocked for cooking and snorkeling. Ocean kayaks and paddle boards are available as well as chairs for the beach. The only thing that I wish we had was a large tent to offer shade for the sun sensitive in our family. We had an amazing week together The great room/kitchen combo is conducive to family gathering. The house is close to several great restaurants...Santana’s , Tropicpal Breeze and Turtle Pond. Georgetown, the main settlement with most supplies is a 30-35 min drive. You may want to stock up on way from airport. The people of Exuma are the kindest and most helpful around. They love to chat and will offer suggestions as well as help. Definitely recommend. Fiona is a pleasure to deal with on all aspects of vacation.

Our group of 8 could not have asked for a better place to stay and relax than the Conch House! It is exactly like the pictures, if not better. Plus, all the extras provided were very appreciated. The Conch house is the absolute perfect spot. Pictures in the listing are spot on - everything is exceptional here and if anything the house has more space and is bigger in person. We had 4 couples on our trip from Western Canada and we loved all having master bedrooms and en-suites. While the house is south of the airport getting there was part of the adventure. The last part of the drive in is on a fun rough road- nothing scary, you just get to take your time and take in the island style of driving. The property is amazing- nearly private beach, great water toys, perfect pool, hammock and deck chairs. Rooms were as described and beds were perfect for everyone- house is super sound proof and we barely heard each other at night or in the mornings if someone was sleeping in. We loved the quick access to Tropic Of Cancer beach if the wind picked up at Conch (less than 5 minutes away) and if you park just south of the main beach parking you can have the south part of the beach to yourselves.
