We really enjoyed staying here - it was a good fit for me and my three boys. The beds were comfy and it’s seriously just a minute or two walk to be down on Main Street! The owner was very communicative and responsive.

This was such a great place to stay for a retreat to nature. The hot springs are such an easy walk away you don't have to feel like you are too far away from the pools, shops or places to eat. The property had everything we needed to relax and have a good time, not to mention nice, clean, and well maintained. Thank you!

Loved this house! It really has everything, backyard fire, bbq, comfortable couch and even laundry. We had a great time here, so much to do in town and everything is a walk away.

The cabin is perfect! It is clean and well furnished and had everything we needed for our weekend. The location is good - close enough to walk to the pools and springs yet slightly away from the crowds. Kathryn is very responsive and conscientious. A great host.

The Rustic Inn home is beautifully done, rooms are comfy and cozy, everything you need for your home away stay. This is our favorite place to stay, for our yearly visit to Lava.

Absolutely loved this little cabin!! It was perfect for my family of 4. It was clean and cute and had what we needed. It is close to all the restaurants and the little town store when we needed things! It was one of my favorite places we’ve stayed. Such a nice and relaxing weekend. The host was friendly and checked in with us. Check in and check out were simple!

We had a lovely time at the rustic inn. We stayed in the property next door last year, and we truly enjoyed our visit to the rustic in this year. Everything we clean, and Kathryn was amazing to chat with and coordinate check in times. We have added this property to our annual visit in the winter.

Such a cute house/neighborhood. We loved how close it was to town. Loved being able to walk to breakfast. We loved that the house had a nice fire pit for roasting marshmallows. We can’t wait to be back!!

This home is so clean and homey. Nicely updated, yet comfortable. The yard is well maintained, and we loved the covered patio. The kitchen is stocked perfectly with dishes, pans, and utensils. We go to Lava 2-3 times a year and will definitely stay here again! 10 out of 10!!!

Great little cabin type home!! Very clean and comfortable! The owner takes very good care of the place! It had everything we needed. There was a lovely back patio to sit on as well. It was very relaxing and close to all things in Lava Hot Springs. No central air but it does stay fairly cool, we weren't there much during the day so it wasn't a problem. It could also have a bit more lights but again it wasn't that big of a deal. The owner likes to come and check in with you after you get there. I'm assuming she has had bad experiences before and wants to talk in perosn with whoever is renting the place. Overall this is an amazing home. I will definitely be coming back for another great stay!

We went to lava Hot Springs for a family reunion. This place was in a great location, was very clean and perfect for our family. We had a great time

The house was so much cuter in person than in pictures. The yard was amazing! It does need a/c the rooms got a little hot. But the house was amazing! Awesome vibes

This was a great little property. Cozy and clean, yet well-appointed. Recently renovated with nice appliances and everything was in good shape and well-maintained. Definitely MUCH nicer than most of the places to stay in Lava. Location is great - within walking distance to everything, but in the residential section so it was quiet. Listing says it'll hold 6 people, but I wouldn't recommend 6 adults. 4 is a better fit for adults, but you could put a couple of kids on the couch like we did. There are 2 bedrooms with queens, and the beds are comfy. My kids like to travel with their own pillows and blankets, so we had their bedding with us. There's a few extra pillows and blankets in the house, but not sheets or pool towels for the hot springs, but we had brought our own so no biggie. If you're planning on going to the hot springs and you don't bring your own towels, you can rent towels there. Back yard has a little fire pit, which we really enjoyed, and even a BBQ if you want to cook out. My kids hung a hammock in the trees and that was a fun way to relax. There's a washer and dryer in the unit, which is a huge perk if you're staying for more than a couple of days. The owners have tried to provide everything to make your stay comfortable. They were helpful and responsive while booking and had some good suggestions for activities. We'd definitely stay here again.
