My partner, his mother and I were all thrilled with this space. Exactly as described and then some! It had every amenity we could have needed from kitchen supplies and cleaning products to toiletries, backup kitchen supplies (I baked a cake while we were here) and more! It was also absolutely charming inside and the front porch was a great place to unwind after all the hiking we did in the area. Very close to downtown too! We will absolutely stay here again!

This was a great property to stay at. Good location, everything you could possibly need and super cute. The photos really didn't do the place justice. I would certainly stay again.

The property was tremendous, with regards to location, beauty, and comfort. The hosts were spectacular in communicating and taking care of us (e.g., after a snowy and icy night, the host promptly salted the (very steep) driveway to ensure we could tour the region that day). In addition, the property had almost every item you could possibly imagine or need--no need to pack almost anything but clothes and personal items :) Thank you so much, and we hope to be back one day if you will have us!

We were in the finger lakes apartment on the first floor. The house is so charming and quaint. Comes stocked with everything you'll need. The owner is communicative as well. Our favorite part was relaxing on the porch with beautiful views. Would definitely stay again.

This clean and well set up apartment was just a few minute walk to the heart of town. Easily accessible to the state park and vineyards. This was the ideal place to return to after a day of hiking and wine tasting, made dinner there and ended the night with a fire in the backyard. It’s a hilly area, so wear comfortable shoes when venturing out.

Great first-floor apartment with lots of room and all the amenities. Beautiful location overlooking the town of Watkins Glen. An easy walk to downtown; minutes from State Park, wineries, and more. Definitely recommend!

This is a lovely, older village house located on a hill above Main Street. House was spotless and well maintained, with a beautiful view from the comfortable porch. It was great to have such a well appointed bathroom and lots of kitchen staples, which always helps. The grounds were extremely well kept and clean. It was the perfect place for us to stay for our weekend at the race track. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars for location was (and this was my own fault for not being more vigilant), for us, that we were unable to drive our truck with the trailer on it (it's a steep driveway and limited parking for large rigs like ours), and thus had to do a lot of shuffling around with getting our car unloaded, where to leave the loaded and hooked up trailer Sunday night, etc. But on the plus side, it was very entertaining to see people get up the various hills that were visible from the porch! It could be a little noisy at times, but didn't bother us at all. Overall, it was an excellent location for our needs. Kaitlyn does an excellent job with this property and we hope to stay there again next year - we'll just plan our vehicle issues a little better next time!

We stayed in the bottom level apartment and really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and had a lot of of character and was stocked with shower and laundry essentials, which is a nice touch. It was on a busier road than we anticipated, which is not a complaint, just an observation. Great location that is located close to downtown Watkins Glen, the state park and Nascar track - all less than five minutes away and about a ten minute drive to all the vineyards on the other side of the lake.

It was a nice place with all the comforts of home. We will definitely be back.

The home is very comfortable, well appointed, centrally located, and the owner is always accommodating, and hospitable to us and our dogs. We’ve stayed here twice and we’ll be back.

The house was absolutely lovely! I would 100% stay here again without hesitation. The only thing I'd suggest is to wipe the inside of the fridge down in between each guest. Other than that 1 thing it was absolutely perfect. Truly felt like home away from home.

Everything is provided! The place has a beautiful front porch with an excellent breeze. The streets are crazy steep but that only adds to the charm of the area. We walked down to the lake and sat at the pier to picnic. And Watkins Glen park is close by. My group of girlfriends and I thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing weekend! We had a great time with this property as your base in Watkins Glen. We were two couples staying two nights while our kids were at camp. The house is spacious, well-appointed, and many "extras" thrown in. Whenever we rent a house, I remind everyone "it's not a hotel - they won't have shampoo if you forget it..." But, they did! They had all the extras that a hotel would have if you forget something. Also, lots of area maps, guides, etc. We weren't at the house enough to enjoy it as much as I would have liked, but it was always comfortable to come home to.

The location was perfect. Walked into town often. We went expecting to have to bring lots of basics. It was well stocked with everything we needed-- to, p towels, soap, shampoo, etc. It was like visiting someone's home. We spent lots of time on the front porch watching the world go by. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a lovely stay at this spacious, gracious home. The rooms are large, welcoming, and comfortable. We were concerned about 2 couples sharing only one bathroom, but it is large and well appointed. The owner thoughtfully provided both full length and make-up mirrors in each bedroom. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the space allowing for privacy and quiet. We enjoyed our evenings on the spacious front porch and meals around the large dining room table. Downtown Watkins Glen is a short walk, but far enough away to keep street noise from disturbing sleep. This home truly provided a weekend sanctuary.
