The location and the closeness to the beach makes it an excellent choice. Overall stay was good and the staff was courteous, polite and friendly.

Parking can be improved a bit. Also considering the location, the kitchen timings can also be looked at and increased a bit more.

The most efficient front desk staff. They arranged a lot of things for us at the most reasonable prices and comfort. Helped in every possible way. I had a medical emergency, and they offered to take my spouse to the pharmacy. Neat, clean rooms. Service with a smile. Restaurant has a lovely menu with reasonable prices and tasty food. Location is excellent at the cusp of the main shopping areas and the beach, all within walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. Nothing to complain about. They even gave us a delayed check out without any extra charges. We thank each of the staff for making our experience so memorable.

Room sizes could be a bit bigger.

it’s a nice hotel in a great location in Pondicherry, walking distance to the ashram, beaches and French colony/Whitetown. Staff were friendly and very helpful, and the food in the restaurant was absolutely fantastic, kudos to the chef! Room was clean and bathroom of a decent size and good hot water supply via the heater.

the outside open gutter could be covered up, but I guess this is an issue for Pondicherry in general.

Lovely staff. Very friendly and helpful. Beautifully decorated hotel. Everything was spotlessly clean. Beds comfortable, showers worked, with hot water available all day. Good location for exploring the best of Pondicherry. Our parents also enjoyed their breakfasts and dinners at the hotel.

The meals menu for lunch and dinner is very limited The vegetarian food option is of two three items only, and preparation is average . There is a need to improve the quality of meals and increase no of dishes

Pondicherry has parking issue in and around the beach area. Hotel has their own parking space; however you'd always need assistance for parking. It's a hassle for the staff more than the guests.

Excellent location. Breakfast and lunch - both were good and fulfilling.

Very nice stay. Hotel is situated in white town but the location is still very quiet and peaceful. 1.3 kms from the rock beach, surrounded by good cafes. Staff is super helpful. They will answer all your questions with a smile. The service is quick, honestly i have never experienced this quick service before. The moment you call for something, within 5 mins they will come to your room and help you. The room and overall hotel is very neat and smells so good too :D 5/5 for my stay.
