The views from the balcony were fantastic. The Condo was very comfortable to stay in.

Two minor things the couch in the living room was hard to get out of and the mat by the front door had a curl at the end that made it a safety hazard.

Our building was under construction! Very unsafe. Call to tell them and they found us another room but it took for ever and we had to call them back because they didn’t return our phone call. We got in late and we had plans but had to wait. After we got in our room it was very nice. But I had to call them back because they only had us book for 1 day and we were staying 2 days. It was not the birthday stay I had planned it turned out to be a headache.

Loved the hot tub and how close it was to the beach

Easy to find, and has a good location.

The counters and kitchen could have cleaner. Also, the bed in the master was extra firm/hard.

Location and having a washer and dryer in unit.

It had a lot of the amenities you look for when having a family vacation. The one draw back was not being allowed to bbq on your deck which learning that by our own mistakes.

The twin bed was broken but when I reached out I was given a credit, which was nice. The condo needs a little tlc there were some light switches broken, blinds broken in big window but didn’t cause to much of a problem. Also would have been nice to have box fans for bedrooms they get warm at night during summer

It was beautiful, clean, spacious, so close to the beach.

The apartment was clean and quiet. It was nice to have a washer/dryer available. Our accommodations offered enough space to allow us to spread out comfortably.

Vacasa has the worst communication. They send out angry mail stating that you must fill out paperwork or risk losing your rental but do not attach said paperwork. There is absolutely no follow-up with any emails and trying to contact someone by phone is a joke. I finally received a text message two days after I checked out. They like to use the COVID excuse, but it has been a year. Get your act together. I won't book with Vacasa or Booking.com again because neither were helpful and made something that was supposed to be relaxing a high stress situation.
