Location and rate is the best for this apartment. The apartment was very clean and very well organized once we entered the fist time. It provides all the basic accommodations. I do consider to provide exceptional review because it merits no matter it was not comfortable enough for us, five people (I traveled with relative in the late 70"s and 80's). The apartment is good up to five young guests, and perfect up to three guests. In general our stay was good, considering it was the cheaper place found in the area. One time getting into the apartment the code didn't work, it was late and we didn't have access to the direct contact number via WhatsApp, we contact 24 hours emergency number and a new code was provided in a few minutes.

Due to the size of the apartment I do recommend a smaller size of the dinning table if the apartment provides accommodations up to five people. Giving more space will help to be more comfortable.

the decoration and equipment of the apartment were very good. very nice. it had two bathrooms which was very comfortable, but the two extra beds were sofa beds, which was impractical, although, they fulfilled their function.

The apartment was cosi and fully equipped. It is located in the middle of all the attractions, but the street is quiet. The staff is extremely friendly. They answer instantly all requests, and nothing seems hard for them. Perfect for families with kids. Perfect for exploring Lisbon.

The quality of this room for the price is one of the best I've had in all my travels. Location is prime and staff were present to answer any questions i had. This was a perfect fit for my family of four. I would absolutely book again

Lovely apartment, exceeded expectations with the things it had to offer and the promptness, friendliness and professionalism of staff. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Lisbon. Incredible stay.

Nothing , it was perfect.

Excelent location- walking distance to most of the popular sites. Very safe area and accessible to metro and train station.

The only thing that didn’t work that well for us was the washer/dryer. It has very little power to dry clothes. Besides that- everything was perfect.

Residentas Aurea was in a perfect location, and remarkably quiet for the liveliness just outside its door. The building has been beautifully remodeled and sits in a very central location near to plenty of restaurants, shopping and activity. Cleaning was provided every second day.

The apartment was a little bit small, with limited storage and a cramped bathroom. Overall, it was lovely, but perhaps not truly suited to four or five people, as advertised.

We loved the brightness, spaciousness, design and location of the apartment. We loved the "goodies" that welcomed us in the apartment (rose wine, Nescafe pods, water, juice, milk, jams). It was great knowing there was someone in the lobby to assist us with anything we needed.

Our apartment wasn't ready for us at our check-in time due to their regular housekeeping being sick, so we went to a cafe nearby and had a late afternoon snack while it was cleaned. They were apologetic, which is why they may have offered housekeeping again later during our stay (it wasn't expected).

an apartment with all the things that you need. love it! they even have washing machine, washing powder ready, coffee maker with capsules and milk, some snack with jam, ear plug, etc. very well equipped!

Location, location, location. Location can't be beat. Steps to everywhere. Cute balcony gives a glimpse of the busy streets below. Hosts were wonderful. Prompt to respond to our queries. Gave us insights and suggestions. Wonderful kitchenette for a quick bite for the kids. Felt like home away from home.

Despite closing the doors to the balcony, it was still noisy on weekend nights. Wish there was a proper second bed for the kids instead of sofa and trundle underneath. Not enough space for luggage to go anywhere. it was a pretty small apartment.

Marvelous location, easy access, friendly, accommodating service.

The room is extremely loud - it comes with the splendid location and is in no way the fault of the hosts (the windows actually do a great job given the conditions outside), and they did provide earplugs, but if you are sensitive to noise and/or have to work while there it is something to consider.

excellent location and modern / compact layout with all needed facilities for a short stay. house was clean, easy to find/enter and vey well appointed. beds were comfortable too
