The home is divided into two seperate apartments. We were a large group, my grandma has mobility issues and having access to a ground floor apartment was perfect. Both apartments were exceptionally clean.

I liked everything. We thought we could park in the driveway but guests cannot use it for parking. However, we never had issues with street parking.

A bit of a walk to the beach but certainly doable.

Very friendly host and fantastic property! ideal for a family with kids. Felt very secure and lovely neighborhood with many places to pickup food. Large supermarket (Pingo) just few minutes walking. Well equipped with modern kitchen and laundry. Very specious and comfortable house with relatively large garden.

Non reserved street parking available if you have a car. It’s free and seemed safe. High chance of having to park a bit away from the property based of parking slot availability.

The house was beautiful, decorated so well and everything in perfect condition.

A small bit far outside of the town for our 2 small kids so we took the bus regularly. Buses frequent though so it didn't really take away from our experience. And cost €2 per adult for unlimited travel per day.

location was strange

The apartment was super comfortable. Two big bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and a big kitchen with a dining room. Exactly as described and on photos. Aircondition! A kind of tarrace / garden with a common space for all guests. Super location for sightseeing this part of Portugal. 5-15 minutes by car to all beaches. 30 minutes to Lisbone. 20 minutes to Baca da Roca. And the owners are very friendly people. They welcomed us with a bottle of wine and a bottle of Port wine! I recommend.

Very clean and tidy. Modern decor. Looks like it was recently refurbished. Standard was exceptional and couldn’t be faulted if that’s important to you.

Town centre was a short drive away. On the map I thought we could of walked. We had a car so it didn’t matter but if you wanted to be a bit closer to restaurant and shops etc (walking distance) then other properties maybe better for you.

We took a team to participate in the Ibercup in Cascais, hiring the ground floor and 1st floor apartments of this modern building. Well kept modern accommodation, perfect for family groups or sports groups like ourselves. Air conditioned rooms with a great outside eating space and barbecue. Just lacks a washing machine but provides a laundry service. Hosts were absolutely excellent. Sorting out our requests within 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend.
