Clean, cozy and comfortable apartment with very attentive and kind host/support. They were super quick and helpful with the useful information. Perfect location in the city center near the Finikouda beach. Highly recommended!

An apartment in a prime location and quite perfect for a couple, well equipped and maintained, we had fun staying there. Apart from a small technical question (electrical adapter=yes. and hot water switch on), we didn't encounter any problems and we didn't contact representatives of the apartment, that is, you can arrange it yourself and everything is clear and clear. We cooked food at home, did laundry twice, ran a vacuum cleaner, showered in the wonderful shower. Beyond that, the location of the apartment is just perfect. 3 minutes from the beach and the promenade, and the whole area is full of restaurants and pubs. Under the building there is an Indian mini market at good prices, across the street, if you cross the small parking lot, there is a local cafe with great toasts and bureks and to the left another mini market (Fadora). Thank you very much for the hospitality, it was just great, we would recommend!

If there is a small thing that may have bothered us during our stay, it is the comfort of the bed, I recommend the owner to change to a more modern orthopedic mattress.

Great positioning with impressive view of the Finikoudes beach. The host was very helpful and present (via whatsapp, as I asked). The apartment was clean with every thing you need in an apartment. We found exactly the same facilities and conditions as in the photos and Booking description. Our plane landed at 9.20 in the morning and we were allowed to leave the luggage in the room until cleaning is finished. Thank you, Katerina(out host), for making our stay very pleasant!

Everything was great! Close to the beach, restaurants and all of the attractions. The apartment was really nice, and the customer service was exceptionally helpful.

I appreciated the fact that the location was very central and the studio was very well equiped (air conditioning, washing machine, hair dryer, coffe machine, kettle, microwave ). The studio was very clean and the bed was confortable.

I didn´t like the fact that the air continioning ventilator of the apartment next to us was placed on our balcony. Therefore during the night when it was used it was disturbing.

Bed was comfy, check-in was very thoroughly explained, and hosts were informative and helpful. Great hot water shower, a super good ceteal location, 1 min from the beach, easy parking a lot of restaurants and caffees.

There was a funky smell in the apartment when we arrived but with an opened window for 10 minutes it was fixed. Kind of humid inside but considering the proximity to the sea, it's normal.

The internet kept going on and off, that was the only issue i had.

Photos online are a deception as the apartment is not that big in real life. You have to walk down the road into a car park to dump your rubbish and because of this people leave their rubbish on the stairs of the building making it smell. They fail to mention that it is next to a ‘mens club’ :/ These apartments definitely shouldn’t be advertised for more than 2 people, my brother had to go and stay at a family members due to the ‘camp bed’ being tiny and completely uncomfortable. The double bed in the bedroom squeaks so loud and is rock solid it is impossible to get a good night sleep. The outside door to the building is broken and made us feel insecure at night, we were told it was being fixed numerous times.

The apartment is really beautiful, and the service was great. Overall, we are really satisfied!

There really weren't any major issues, however, the internet connection/wifi signal was pretty bad (connection was very unstable). Nevertheless, this didn't bother us that much since we spent most of our day outside of the apartment.
