The location of the apartment.

The sheets and pillow cases were not clean and they smelled bad like used.We informed the owner about that at once but he didn't reacted at all even after four days when we left. The mattresses and the pillows were uncomfortable and old. It was extremely hot with no air condition.In addition there were too many penalty (fee sings) all over the apartment which made it look hostile.I would not recommend it at all.

Location is decent

House is too rustic and needs renovation, windows will creek, amenities was available just for the sake of it, everything was too old and obsolete. Not safe for infants flooring has too much ups and downs due to badly done floor repair work. Carpet was too dirty proper cleaning was not done, insufficient number of fans were available on site, Bathroom hand faucet is a pain to operate. Owner should invest to earn, it felt like cheating, showing deceiving pictures and listing down amenities which are rustic and don't work properly.

The location of the apartment is quite convenient as it is walking distance from the mall with the same name and also it's around 20 minutes walking from one of the main attractions in Budapest Fisherman's Bastion.

The fact that there were no available fans when we arrived at the location. We had to wait for the fan to arrive and we only got enough for 1 room and we travelled as a family of 4 plus one infant under the age of 1, therefore one fan was not enough. There were 2 other USB fans but to be honest those must be some sort of joke as they do not cool at all. Nevertheless those 2 small fans did not even have the cables so they were useless until they were able to provide us with the cables. Another thing we didn't like was the delay in communication with the host. I felt that the checkin instructions took too long to be sent. Also when I phoned the host to ask about the fan situation she mentioned that someone will come to clean and check the linen (we checked in at around 14:00 and we even made a request about it), however we thought that was already taken care of. In my opinion that puts a doubt in the mind of the client.

The appartment was nice and clean. It was in city centre. The kitchen was equipped. There were more towel than we needed.

Location is great. It's close to the large shopping center. Apartment is large. There is a coffee machine there - nice touch.

Place hasn't been cleaned at the time of arrival (16.00). We had to wait until after 6 PM for cleaning to be completed. Hopefully it was an isolated incident, but we were tired after long train ride. Bads are very noisy and there's very little soundproof between bedroom and living room. Management is slow to respond. You will be required to fill out a form and provide passport information (which is fine, just inconvenient).

A great flat with a great host. A very good location in case one would would like to stay on Buda side of the city with great connection to local amenities.

Generally, it was okay! The location is very good, the apartments are big, all the rooms are separate. These are the apartments we would like to live in. Near the apartments, there is a big mall with everything you need, as well as restaurants and pizzerias. Deli railway station is also not far from this place, just one tram stop away.

The apartments were a little bit dirty. When we arrived, a man was cleaning the apartments, so we had to wait about an hour. In general, the situation is quite strange: you can check-in starting from 15:00 in the afternoon, and you need to check out before 10:00 in the morning. It turns out that you do not have a full day to rest, but only 19 hours. Also, we didn't like the sound insulation of the windows, because we could hear everything that was happening on the street. For example, garbage trucks arrived early in the morning one after another and woke us up. In two rooms out of three, something was knocking in the radiators all night, it kept us from sleeping.

The hotel was not clean and washroom and bed rooms do not have keys. The towel and pillow and other stuff were not clean.

Good location, responsive staff, good value for money

It was not so clean. Most of the dishes and pots were dirty as well. Quite simple furnitures. Maybe too simple and old.

Well-equipped apartment, the location is brilliant. The host is very friendly and always in touch.

I wish the plates were a bit cleaner.
