Property is in a great location, it is so clean and has all amenities. Had such a lovely stay will book here again

Comfortable apartment in a convenient part of town. Quiet. Excellent for the price. Easy to find, free parking garage across the street. Great Wifi.

The apartment was good

I don't like how the they received us. We were supposed to arrive between 21-22h but we had difficulties with the traveling and we contacted with the receiving person to tell her we will be late. She told us the check in is until 23h, so when we arrive at 00.05h, there will not be anyone to receive us. I was polite and excused us for the situation and told traveling issues happen all the time...and we don't have where to go to sleep, if not at the PAID apartment. She said she sorry and stopped answering my messages and, as you can guess, we were left on the street. Even though we have paid for it! I understand their working policy but "really?!" For one hour you left us on the street! I don't know how someone can go to sleep, knowing she left someone on the street, really! But maybe that's what we can expect from someone who is managing 7 properties and all for her is business. No human feelings involved.
