Centrally located to town and easy access to Slipway centre. Rooms are basic but more than adequate and provide for self-catering.

I had booked a room with sea view and ended up with a room facing the parking lot. I don't think nay of the rooms have a real sea view but the ones facing the sea are much quieter.

It's a self-catered studio apartment with basic amenities and the room was very clean. The Studios as adjacent to the Slipway Hotel with very good restaurants and great ambiance. A nice place to unwind and relax.

We spent 3 hrs waiting to be checked in as the only staffer was away at hospital we were told.

I had a fantastic stay at Slipway Studios. The location in the Slipway complex is great - right by the ocean with cafes, bars, shops and restaurants all downstairs. It's a two minute tuktuk ride to more restaurants and nightclubs. The reception and cleaning staff were lovely and the room had everything I needed: kitchen, fridge, microwave, cable TV, superfast WiFi, fan, aircon, hot water. Masaki is a very safe area to stay in Dar and I highly recommend Slipway Studios. I enjoyed it so much that I booked an extra month!

Everything OK but air con not working, replaced 2nd week, fan,.light whold not turn off. Unable to use room for most of the day ,then thy charged for a full day, which should have been no change for the trouble they caused. Tt
