People ring the room bells in the middle of the night, the place has low security, anyone from outside can get in the elevators. My coworker had people trying to get into her room in the middle of the night several times. when contacting reception their answers was that it must have been a mistake. The have support only over WA, the answers are not timely. A hotel needs to have a way to contact them directly and right away.

The breakfast was very good.

To busy area around the hotel.

All was great. Was not able to use pool but next we will.

The doors to the rooms do not close themselves automatically - it is a threat for burglary. Communication over Whatsapp was too invasive - not everyone wishes to share their details. Staff was rather useless except for one lady from the bar and breakfast who could speak English and mitigated all inconvenience. They wanted to charge me more at the check-in - you can't pay at the check-out. I'd recommend investing in-room telephones because the WiFi was down a few times (phone data reception was very weak). No irons in the room, just the steamer on request. Overall, I had a bad experience considering the price and image of the hotel.
