Location is excellent, by the waterfall.amidst dense forest

Staff at the restaurant is not courteous.we wanted to place order from alcarte menu at 12 pm until 1pm nobody turned up. This being a remote place there are no eateries nearby. If you are on a fast or ok to get food at the.mercy of the staff at the restaurant or carry your own food then opt for it. If you accompanied by children or elderly suggest to carry food until the restaurant accepts your order. However room service was better. This been premium priced expected atleast a little more courteous behaviour from the restaurant staff

By far the Best resort in Coorg. Fabulous location, the layout, private cottages surrounded by lush greenery, impeccable service by ever smiling trained staff and delicious huge variety of gourmet food. Will certainly come back again.

Nothing much. Except the Nature walk needs to be simpler as mentioned in the brochure. Not the hectic trek with Rope climb down done without prior info which may not suit elderly. However lot of options to stroll and relax.

Its location, waterfall within the property, cab was always available to go anywhere. Morning nature walk ..guide at nature walk all was great

They should have their own Innova for pick up from Bangalore airport.

1. staff are kind and helpful. 2. buggy service prompt. 3. breakfast was the best meal and they cater a good spread. 4. well organised activities throughout the day that keeps you busy ( bonfire, pottery, tribal dance, Karnataka folk dance, zip lining, natures walk, High tea etc ) 5. there is a waterfall on their property ⭐️ and a waterfall close by , a shiva temple and a coffee plantation you can visit. 6. well maintained property. 7. refrigerator wasn’t working in our room and the staff was quick to replace it. same with the room landline. 8. Dog friendly property which provides variety of food options for dogs - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 9. wifi only in the room and restaurant which is good to unwind!

1. lunch and dinner could have a better spread. 2. high tea could be much much better. 3. as the property is in a secluded area, you need to depend on the hotel for your meals unless you want to drive out pretty far. Half board or full board package preferred for the stay due to its location. 4. Spa can be improved. 5. No AIRTEL service at all! only reliance ! plan ahead !

friendly staff. peaceful place. nice view from the breakfast area to the waterfall. The welcome drink was great too.

not value for the money charged. felt everything was pricey. Even Taj felt cheaper stay wise. Only Jio network would work. this could be informed in the welcome letter or booking confirmation so one is prepared accordingly. the letter did contain information on poor network but failed to mention Jio network is one that works around the area. place is quite far from Somwarpet as well. WiFi is the only way one can communicate via phone. the room was cleaned only if informed and that’s something we didn’t appreciate. The linen wasn’t clean either. There were cobwebs behind the mirror of the bathroom.

The location of the resort with private waterfalls is awesome and good for relaxation from hectic working days...

The food taste was not upto the mark according to resort ambience. It should be improved to the standards of the Heritage resort.
