We were over the top thrilled with this rental and thought it was professionally decorated until Chris told us they did it themselves. The built in bar invites you to concoct your favorite cocktail and the gorgeous granite top counters, new appliances...new everything for that matter encourages you to stay in rather than going out to play on the beach! We spent almost every evening on the front porch with cocktails in hand & playing cards all the while being watched by a curious white heron. We lounged at the pool that really is "on the beach" with spectacular views and we didn't have to nudge our way through the crowds of people like you find at all the high rises. How nice is that?! Oh and if you like the night life, just jump on the trolley out front to hit the restaurants, bars and nearby shopping. Another good point...it's ground level so we could walk right in and not deal with stairs or wait on an elevator. This is our new place....thanks so much for helping make it so special!!! Beachaven #6, Siesta Key. A spacious, quiet, warm beachside place to be. Settle in (and everything you might need is there), and head off to the pool and ocean, both a walk away. Welcoming, friendly people. Great manager (Ania) and cooperative, caring and responsive owner (Chris). Charming, Key-West Village nearby. You will have the most memorable time.

We had the most amazing experience during our stay. The Villa was beautifully decorated, attention to detail was on point - it exceeded our expectations. The villa & accompanying carport area was clean and well-kept. The kitchen was gorgeously remodeled, had all the bells and whistles. The Gulf-Side property has a laid back, relaxed vibe. As you sit poolside, you feel like you're sitting right on the beach. The clubhouse by the pool was so convenient, with a full kitchen and bathroom amenities, we were able to hang by the pool all day long, on many occasions. The property manager was on site and available, if needed, though we didn't need to reach out to her during our stay. The owner, Chris, responded quickly during the booking of our stay - made us feel welcome and comfortable by answering all the questions we had up front. We enjoyed visiting Siesta Key Village for meals and shopping - Highlights were Toasted Mango for Brunch and The Hub Baja Grill for Lunch and Dinner! We never had to use our vehicle during our stay, as there is a complimentary trolley that took us everywhere we needed to go on the Key. No wonder Siesta Key has been voted #1 beach, 10 years in a row... We've already booked our return visit to this quaint Gulf-side retreat!
