The property was very well maintained and very clean. It exceeded our expectations with everything needed for a great vacation. Kitchen is very well equipped as my wife enjoys cooking and baking. Great location. Near everything but still very private.

Probably the best equipped unit we have ever rented. Owner was exceptionally responsive to all of our questions and inquiries. Easy walk to the beach and boardwalk attractions. Very comfortable for our extended family of 9. Would rent this place again.

Nice place for the family
Exactly as pictured and described. Clean, well-appointed. Just two minute walk to the boardwalk. You can see and smell the ocean from the porch in the morning. Easy walk to downtown shops. Our family had a great time.

Beautiful Property in a Perfect Location
This home is beautiful home and has a great layout for guests. The master is enormous with a king sized bed. Two of the bedrooms are connected through an ensuite bathroom, which is great for privacy.
In terms of location, it's really perfect. It's a few steps from the boardwalk, downtown, and restaurants, but still isolated from crowds.
The owners of the property care a lot about the quality of the home and providing the guests with everything they need. That is evident through many pots/pans/utensils in the kitchen as well as the beach gear, bicycles w helmets, and baby/toddler furniture. I actually ended up bringing more items than I needed.

The pictures are true to the property. Great location. Clean & well kept. Beds were comfortable. Deck was awesome. Owners were responsive and helpful.

A pleasant stay!
This home has it ALL! It's very well equipped and even had things I hadn't thought we needed. We really appreciated the use of bikes as our large group couldn't bring enough. The home is a quick walk to the boardwalk and a great location to shops and restaurants. We had a wonderful week and hope to stay here again next year. Thank you Gary!

Wonderful location!!! Well thought out amenities for your stay. Very comfortable beds. Have everything you can need. Short walk to the beach! Owner very responsive and professional.

Wonderful Vacation
The owner was fantastic, quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The property was clean, well stocked with a great location! We all had a wonderful time, would return again.

Great house in great location!
House was exactly as described and was perfect for our family over a long mother’s day weekend! Instructions and communication were clear from booking through checkout. We especially loved how organized and clean the house was - we were left wanting nothing! Would certainly stay again in the future!

This is a very nice, spacious place.
The kitchen has everything we needed. There was plenty of room and counter space for several people working at the same time.
